I approached Frame Central with the task of framing a beautiful, Murakami print. The image was round, and I had found a posting of a similar image framed with a round, acrylic frame. Frame Central carries the same line of acrylic frames (Prisma) and was glad to take on the task of framing my round print. There were a few setbacks in timely delivery of a perfect framing. The tabs used to secure the image in the frame were supplied as rectangular. These tabs are suitable for rectangular frames, but the sharp edges of the rectangles mar the paint of round frames. Kelly of Frame Central worked very hard with Prisma to correct the issue and was finally able to deliver a perfect framing. Kellys communications through this process were excellent.

Frame Central has framed several pieces for me and each piece is perfect. The frames are made from real wood, affordable and look great. In addition to supporting a local business, I have beautiful pieces of art.

She gave me a lot of options and allowed me to reuse some of the parts that was left from the original frame to bring down the cost of a new one. Will definitely go back them for other projects.

I had previously spent a small fortune on custom framing at another store before trying Frame Central. Their work has been meticulous and very professional, competitive in price, and it was wonderful working with someone as knowledgeable as Kelly. I highly recommend Frame Central for any custom framing.

I took in initial photos for a project to match to existing frames and mounts that are 15 years old (yes, they still look timely!). Frame central was extremely helpful in helping me find the right frames and expert at finding the right matte to match my existing portrait mattes. We agreed the photos I had were of poor quality so Frame Central took all necessary measurements and held them on file while I spent the next few weeks perfecting the photos in a lab. When I was ready to continue they had all information on file and made it very easy. The finished work was exactly what I was looking for!

I recently had Frame Central frame a couple of pieces of artwork that I got from a street artist in Florence, Italy. They were so helpful in picking out the right frame and mats, suggesting multiple options on both so that they enhanced the artwork without overpowering it. The results are just perfect and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely use them again for future framing projects, hopefully with more artwork from Florence :)

We recently had two items framed from Frame Central (Highlands Dr) Issaquah, WA. I would have to admit that given a framing service, I was a bit apprehensive of what we would encounter (services, pricing, etc). However, I was pleasantly surprised - the employee who assisted us was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Tony really has an eye for this line of work. Tony took the time to assist us with various options - all of which were good - ranging from a lower cost and up. We discussed Pros & Cons of each option. However, at NO point was he pushy or rude! He was great regarding letting us experiment with matting/frames while making helpful suggestions. At the same time, he let us make our final decisions!!Although one of the pieces takes more time to complete and still cant wait to see, we were extremely pleased with the one item that was completed. Even though we know that Tony did not personally do the work himself, he was able to write up our requests as ordered as though he had completed the fine workmanship himself!Thank you once again Tony for the time to make everything look perfect!! I recently had these folks frame a large water color for me that had been previously framed in a lets-see-how-little-we-can-get-away-with-spending manner, which did not do justice to the painting. Framing is so important to the complete appreciation of a picture that I asked Frame Central to simply use their best judgement in complementing the image. We worked through several options in less than 20 minutes and the finished work was ready in less than three weeks. I am completely satisfied with the result and happily recommend this company for your framing needs.
