My experience with that shop was outstanding. It starts with the fact that unlike some other similar shops a human picks up the phone. The next step was a scheduled appointment in three days. The repair was announced to last two hours, in 90 minutes I got a phone call telling me the car was ready. And the cooperation with the insurance company and the quality of work: everything was excellent. Based on that experience I recommend the services of this establishment.
Their website says they allow walk-ins but that is just to get you in the door. I will definitely never give this place business because of their false online advertising! I know they do good quality work because that has occurred for another family member (only reason for two starts instead of one) in the past but they really angered me that they wouldn’t even look at my car and basically said they never do walkins.
Repaired very tiny rock crack on my windshield just for safety. Took 20 minutes. It was not very noticeable before fix, but it is even more noticeable after fix and more bothering. And one of the hole is even black. After researching more online, I believe for this small size crack, it could be done better. Not happy about the result.Update: I have called the shop and leave my contact. I am waiting for general manager to call me which have not happened yet.
Shopped all prices in Bellevue vicinity and this company was the cheapest by far. 23% cheaper than Safelite Glass. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Also the Italian restaurant next door is an excellent place to wait.
Quick, was able to get windshield replaced when I had time to bring it in. No issues with the install.
JD scheduled our appointment for the 8am to 12 noon window. Never called, never provided update status or eta. This was a NO SHOW. Very unprofessional.
Filed a claim for a cracked Model Y windshield with Eastside and talked to the lady to order the glass from Tesla. She mentioned they have to do it via email and it takes some time to hear back from them. I called a couple of times to check in on the order over the next two weeks. They hadnt heard anything yet from Tesla.... A month after I filed the claim, I called back to find out the status and then she said that they didnt have me on file!? Basically it was a reset and then had to order the glass again. Im canceling the order and going with a different company to get basic stuff right. Very frustrated by the experience.

I was driving 520 where theres a lot of construction over by Microsoft and a rock hit my window this morning. It was about 7:50am. So I headed over to Issaquah And they had some free time to fix my window right on the spot. I believe normally they make you call in and get a reservation, so I was taking my chances. But I was really glad that they could see me. They were quick very polite and considerate and got me on my way. I highly recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very minor rock chip I wanted to take care of before it turns into something worse. I checked the website for rock chip repair, and it says they have drop-in rock chip repair between 8:30-4:30. Drove over there and was told they were booked out a week, didnt even take a look at the damage or acknowledge supposed drop in service. Went to another shop and was in and out in 30 minutes.
They put in a factory replacement windshield through my insurance. All my parking and lane sensors were correctly calibrated without going to the dealer. You cant even tell there was work done. Tanya took care of everything and all I had to do was drop the car off. Thanks!

I had the rear window to my Subaru Forester replaced. They were able to schedule me in sooner than other places I contacted, their price was better, they took the car in as scheduled, did the repair in a timely and professional manner and were very pleasant to deal with, exactly what you want any car repair to be.

I have broken my windshield twice now and these guys have done an awesome job of replacing it and ordering the correct one. I have to have a custom one from Honda built for my Honda pilot and they always order their correct windshield.
Little feedback as to the work done for a quarter-size chip in my windshield, I was expecting the fix to be invisible but it looks pretty much the same as before the fix. It feels however smooth to the touch and seems to be holding up. Lets see and re-review in some time.

Cheaper than I thought and just all around good service. I originally started my claims process with my insurance through safelite. After a couple mistakes of the wrong windshield, then telling me that my HUD might be blurry after replacement with an aftermarket windshield and they cant do anything about it unless i buy OEM for considerably larger amount of money, I decided to go to Eastside Mobile Auto Glass for my wifes X5. They replaced it with aftermarket but guaranteed the HUD wouldnt be blurry or they would replace it and did it for considerably less money than safelite was charging. Granted they dont have the mobile service (I think, im not sure I even asked because the lane assist camera needed to be calibrated in the shop) that safelite does, but im talking a savings > $300 for aftermarkte and >1000 for OEM. Anyhow, Im not an auto glass expert, I just know they are much better than safelite.

Price was right. Scheduling was easy and the job was done quickly. They even transfered my work parking permit decals to the new windshield. Would definitely recommend.
Repair itself seems to be fine (rock chip) but the pricing online is unclear. They quote $79.99 for a chip repair then charge a previously undisclosed $40 mobile service fee after the repair.
I have been going to here for years for my auto glass needs. They always take care of u. I would not go any where else.
I called to see if they could replace a windshield seal & after explaining my issue the customer service person was very nice to inform me that my problems didnt seem to be what would cause that. I appreciate the honesty instead of just having me come in to replace my window for no reason.

We feel so lucky we found you! While driving back home from our Christmas holiday visit in a hard rain storm, the rubber seal around our front windshield popped out of the window frame. Fortunately for us, we pulled off the highway right at the off ramp that leads to the corner where Eastside Mobile Auto Glass is located. We saw the sign, drove in, and asked for help. They were wonderful! Took care of us immediately! They were kind and did the work much better than the original installation, plus they taped it down so the silicone would have a chance to dry out ! All this gratis--what a wonderful gift for this senior couple. Another shop might have charged us a lot of money because of the emergency nature of our situation. I cant say enough good things about this wonderful company and their people!
Just picked up my car and I am so happy. I was surprised to find that they vacuumed out the front floorboards and dusted off my dashboard. The process of booking the appointment online was smooth and seamless. I dropped of my car with no wait. Received a call two hours later that my car was ready. I went and picked up my car again with no wait. The price was very reasonable too. I would go back again!

A few months ago I came in to replace my front passenger window and my front windshield. It went off great but afterwards anytime I rolled my front passenger window up to the top the sensor would mistakenly think something was in the way and my window would fully unroll. This was a small issue but very annoying and persistent, especially on the freeway. I called East side auto a few days ago and they got me a next day appointment to fully take apart my door to find the jam or broken sensor which is highly impressive to me! I have an old VW and it is notorious for being difficult. Every time I go to a VW dealer or any shop they tell me how insanely hard and long the process of work will be and it generally takes 3+ hours at the dealer to fix door or mechanical issues. East side auto did it in less than 45 minutes! They did not charge because it was residual from the first job. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work and customer service of this store.

Made an online appointment at 8:30 am. Did my do diligent and notified my Auto Insurance. They pulled my car in right away for service. 15-20 mins and rock chip service was done. I made an appointment for 1AM to fix windshields on two of my cars. I called the office when nobody showed up at 2PM. I was told that the crew is on its way to my place. Another 50 minutes passed and I called office again. I was informed that they should arrive in about 35 minutes. So, I just cancelled this all and will use another, more reliable shop. I had to do a lot of rescheduling to free up my cars to make them available for repair. The most important they never called me to inform about been late, but I had to call multiple times. They never apologized.10/19/18. I received a call from the owner of the business few days later. He apologized for the situation and offered a discount. A technician arrived on time this time and work was done well. I even received complementary car wash coupons.

Poor, and extremely unreliable service. Its been about 3 weeks, and 2 appointments that we had to take during the work time, and we still have no windshield replacement for our car. The first appointment had no outcome since the company did not properly understand that the crack is few feet long and cannot be repaired. The second appointment had no outcome since the company was not able to get correct windshield, despite of having been given VIN and all car details several times. We had to repeat a lot of information to them over and over, since they keep losing data (e.g. VIN number has to be repeated in nearly every phone call, and there are many, several times they seemed to have no record of us, etc). They never call back, they say they would, but they simply never do (this happened maybe 5 times with us already, since we are unfortunately communicating with them a lot). We tried to go for another company, but they are apparently all owned by the same people, so its all walking in circles. I will do a lot of research next time to avoid this company or anyone associated with them, its ridiculous.Worst experience with windshield replacement Ive ever had. Not again. I am pretty sure the job will take less time than the many hours we spent on the phone, or waiting for appointments.

Well I had a great experience...I requested a quote online, got a great price, and took advantage of their mobile installation option. The only in-person interaction was with the installer and he was pleasant and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this business! I highly caution anyone from doing business with Eastside Mobile Auto Glass. This business is both unethical and deceitful in their business practices. I had the misfortune of having my windshield replaced here only to find out that in the process of replacement they damaged the electronics of my vehicle.The owner, whom I notified, refused to work with me on any fair resolution. I dont understand how you can take a car somewhere, they damage it, and then refuse to assist! I am now out over $600 in labor and time to repair the damages they caused. There are a lot of choices to consider for window replacement so I beg you to consider anyone else over this place!
Quick, walk-in, while-you-wait windshield chip repair. Theyve repaired two chips for me over the years, and it was quick and easy both times even with no appointment. Repairs have held up well.
Windshield was good and havent had any issue with it. People that work there are nice and accommodating. After dropping $350 though I was a bit disappointed to find little pieces of glass all over my seats and dash.
Really bad experience!Stone hit the glass at highway, glass got a crack (not broken).Called to get a quote and be told a cheap price around $300. -- told them every detail, so they could not estimate wrong.After getting there at the appointment time, they broke the glass and told us the price is $500....No time to drive the car with broken glass in rainy days and had to accept this..., not fun!Go there if you want similar experience...
The staff here is exceptional! We had a truck broken into on Christmas eve and had plans to drive over the mountain pass for Christmas. Although they werent able to replace the window they suggested crash wrap to allow us to drive over and enjoy the holidays. When we arrived, they got us in right away, cleaned up the broken glass and didnt charge as in the spirit of Christmas. Thank you to the staff at Eastside Mobile Auto Glass!
Windshield seems to be working out ok. But found a bunch of rubber debris all over the inside of my dash and had to reinsert a piece of trim on the outside of the car that they left flipping around. Shoddy work.
Safelight said it would take a few weeks to find my windshield (brand new 2016). Eastside found me one in 5 minutes/scheduled to fix right away... I talked to a real person as well! Courteous and polite.
I have had nothing but problems with this company since they did my windshield. They didnt reattach the antenna by the review mirror, and put the trim back together on the overhead area. Then to top it off my dash, the part closest to the windshield started cracking. It wasnt cracked before and is now cracked in 4 places. I did get through to the manager one time. He told me it couldnt have happened because of them. Then said I cant hear you we have a bad connection. Since then I cant get anyone to return my calls. I have left messages to people and voicemails. Dont go here.

I need my windshield replaced. I went through their request a bid process on their website and found them to be local and less expensive than Safelite. So I scheduled an appointment to replace the windshield. I arrived early for my appointment and the woman at the front desk was not professional. She said she didnt have an appointment and blamed ME for not reading a further email in the thread in which they replied that the time they told me was available was actually unavailable. She made no attempt at even an apology.Advice: if, for some reason, you want to go with this outfit and not a better one, make sure you do not use email to schedule your appointment. And dont expect courtesy.The whole front office had less appeal than a Jiffy Lube.They lost my business.
The customer service is abysmal at best. After they installed the windshield, they parked my truck so that we had to do a TWENTY point Y turn to get out of their. It was no accident it was parked that way.Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Worst company ever. Do not use, ever. Made an appointment to replace my windshield that was smashed by a tree. Duck tape was leaking and glass and rain were literally falling in on me. They were late for my mobile service from 8-12. Told me they would send a technician out later, that did not happen. In addition, they did not even have the courtesy to inform me that they would not be coming back. I had to call them. My saved phone calls are record of them missing their window. They assured me on Tuesday because of their poor customer service that I would be scheduled first thing on Friday morning.. They called on Friday and there were no technicians in my area, so they had to reschedule me for next week Monday. Mr. Wiley in the office told me that he had to make thirty similar calls that day, which is obviously a reflection of their inability to meet their promise of, The best results at your convenience.
