Quality of Service of Associates; layout; prices in most cases

Brought the order within 5 minutes of my arrival to my car. Excellent! Well definitely shop like this again. The only problem I have with this target is that maybe a third of the orders I place sometime in the next hour come back is out of stock. But I pretty much can get everything I want sometimes its a little bit of a hassle.

I love Target. Everything from avocados 🥑, sandals 👡, and cosmetics 💄, to books 📚, trendy home furnishings and just about everything else. The staff is friendly and I cant think of one negative thing to say about it. 😉

Staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoy shopping at my local store.

This is the worst Target. I mean no target is super great but this one is the WORST. They are often out of goods. Along with also constantly blocking item selections with carts and stuff. The employees have never been an issue, but they obviously have bad leadership at this store. Corporate should definitely check this place out more.

The store was clean and organized. Good inventory and when I couldnt find something, it was easy to find an employee on the floor to ask. Im surprised how much groceries I pickup at the Target. We had a bag of pears recently from Target and was surprised how good they were. Better than what we picked up Safeway just a few days earlier. And there is lots of parking.

Customer service is great, employees are very nice. Met the sweetest cashier named Grace while checking out and had an amazing conversation. Talked about her HS near Target while she checked out my items/helped me with my Target app, above beyond job requirement. Had a great Target trip!

Fantastic customer service at service desk. They couldnt find my hold and looked extensively for it until they had located the product I needed. Plus I was given a percentage off my purchase for having to wait.

The convenience of drive up or pick up is what makes my Target experience extremely pleasant. The prices are competitive and the fact that I dont have to wait for something to arrive helps. The sheer packaging from mail order is something that we sometimes forget...not very friendly to our environment to have to recycle cardboard. Not all recycled items actually get recycled, but instead gets shipped off to other nations as basically garbage.

I love the products and style and quality at a pretty good price. What I cant stand, though, is the rewards programs. They are not easy to use and make me angry every time I check out. Store employees cant explain them well, either, and even if they know a lot about the system, it does not make it easier for me to use. So the whole thing is of no use to me at all. It has the opposite effect on my desire to shop at Target.

The product I bought and picked from the Issaquah store didnt come in any package, which is concerning especially during the pandemic. At least a bag or a box will have been highly appreciated.

I love Taget in Issaquah! I live literally a mile down the road and it is my go to place for anything around the house espesh food. The parking lot is so easy to park in and not to mention the lot shares with a bomb food truck. So go to Target, then go to food truck!They have all the basic essentials for house, bath, body, fashion, food. They have a really easy check out service and i love it. OR! Ill buy online and go in store to return and its quick and easy because there are no lines. 🏂🏂🏂🏂

Close to where we live, conveniently located around other stores I shop at often and they have products that some other stores dont carry.

I wish they would/could keep the store moreStocked. I end up still having to get a lot shipped from Target.com. I will say the pick up/bring things to your car is awesome, fast and friendly. Wish I could review that 5 stars.

Fast and friendly service.

One of the worst Targets in America. The shelves are almost always empty, regular items hardly ever are in stock and the back corner of the store where season items usually are is a complete mess. I shop here out of convenience since it’s so close to home but I’ve stopped just on the fact I never find what I’m looking for. You’re better off driving a little further to the Factoria Target, trust me.

Was immediately greeted upon entry by two happy associates, was kindly assisted at self checkout and was not hassled or given dirty looks even though It was close to closing.

Its a big store, clean (only on the front of the store, $1 section was trashed) and well-maintained, with big selection of merchandise.

It would be great if the staff would actually wear masks

Called this Target location in Issaquah this week to see if they had some spare styrofoam for a project I’m working on. I had the fortune of speaking with James at guest services who kindly offered to go and check in back. It’s worth mentioning that I called a dozen other stores in town for the same thing and was met with answers like “I don’t think we do that.” But James wanted to be sure that he did all he could. In the end his supervisor said they couldn’t due to policy but nonetheless I greatly appreciated that James was so kind over the phone. He didn’t have to check for the styrofoam - all the others I called hadn’t - but he did out of kindness. And now I’ll be glad to visit this Target before trying other stores first. Thank you, James!

It was a simple process. I have mobility issues so it was very helpful for me to drive up to receive my order.

I always find what I need here. They have the best deals on pampers, which is a big deal! Staff is always friendly and helpful when I need assistance in the store.

Go to home Target. Visited the downtown Seattle store and I’m that much more happy we have our store in Issaquah. Plenty of parking and a decent selection of basic home goods.

Store is clean and organized. Grocery available. Shelves normally stocked. Great check out process during covid.

I appreciate Target taking steps to address customers taking more items than they need. Sadly, there are customers who are abusing the system and finding ways to continue to hoard certain necessary items. Store employees are working hard to make sure that does not happen, referring customers to the new store policy. I am disheartened at the situation I witnessed today where a customer became angry with the cashier when she was just doing her job.

To be honest Im not a fan of Targets at ALL, but Im was VERY impressed by how clean, organized and put together the Issaquah, WA Target is.Plus Zoe was amazing! She approach me with great customer by notice we may need assistance without being overwhelmed or off putting. To be honest I work in retail and would totally steal her from Target.

Online order and pick up was very easy and customer service very friendly.

Was able to check availability on the web and was able to get exact location to find the product I was looking for. This helped me with a very efficient trip to Target.

It is so nice to be able to shop online, where I can see all size and style options, then pickup exactly what I want and know that it will be there at the store instead of hoping it’s in stock. I especially appreciate this when I’m picking an item up with my child with me - it’s just SO much easier! I’m always able to fine parking and this particular Target does a great job of having what I need compared to other Target locations.

Terrible experience with Target. Ordered online and didnt receive one of my items 60 days ago. Unable to process the refund online, in-store, and then tried calling 5 times, each of which went over 30 minutes before being disconnected or me needing to hang up.

It was easy, everyone was friendly. Also when I checked out they were worried it was not the right color because it was Rose Gold but it looked coppery. It was the right color but I really appreciated that they took the time to double check I received the correct item.

The chubby guy in electronics as of 4/24 keeps false inventory numbers of Nintendo Switchs so that he can try to upsell Switch lites to customers. I drove an hour and a half to this store because of this and his excuse is that. The target website is a third party. I told him that isnt an excuse for keeping innacurate inventory data, it may be a third party but the API of the website works from your stores inventory directly. He tried his best to get away from me while apologizing profusely. I was too upset to ask his name.

Staff are very helpful. Use the Target app to know if something is in stock before driving out. In store pickup is great, too! Saves time and sometimes get a better price, too!

Update: This store is improving with speaking to customers, still have long lines. Not enough cashiers on deck, but the lines go pretty quickly.This Target is always fully stocked, no issues with that. The staff is dont speak to you. I pasted by 4 team members nothing, this was the morning run to target....

I walked through this target store and was really disappointed . The employees are busy stocking shelves and do NOT say hello ! Only 1 salesman said hello . I realize they are stocking the shelves but if you can not find item like me you will probably go elsewhere! Oh well it goes like that some of the time

I’d give 0 stars but I can’t. I was just here with my boyfriend. I was in the area to get my lashes done and decided to stop at Target since I needed some makeup. The whole time we were looking at makeup, a young blonde girl (looked about 15) continually walked by looking us up and down, not once asking if we needed help, indicating to me that she thought we were going to steal something. I didn’t even bring my purse in. She walked by us probably 7 or 8 times before pretending to fiddle with a product on the shelf. If you’re going to watch someone like a hawk, at least ask if they need help so you’re not so blatantly obvious about what you’re really doing. Perhaps she was just new and had nothing better to do. I debated just leaving at that point and spending my money elsewhere but ended up purchasing the makeup anyways. When we went to check out, the lady shoved all our items to us without offering a small bag or anything, as if I’d really carry my items out without a bag after what I’d just experienced. She was overly friendly and helpful to the people before and after us. I won’t be coming back; I don’t even live in the area, but thought I’d warn others of my experience. It’s a really annoying atmosphere to shop in.

I like Target for the most part. Upset that the got rid of the 5% redcard. And the fact you allow stores that are within 10 miles charge significantly different prices is really upsetting. I thought Target was a corporation not interdependently owned stores. I was buying an item I looked up on line at my normal store and it was 26.99 and then this store I am doing a survey for wanted 31.99. That is a huge mark up.

One of the nicest targets Ive ever been to. Wife loves it, we always find good merchandise and do most of our shopping here. Staff is always cleaning, organizing, like many stores there isnt a whole lot of help at the end cash registers but thats everywhere!

Clean store and helpful employees. I’d give it 5 stars if the employee setting up the new Hearth & Hand section wasn’t complaining about how kitschy they thought the collection was. I personally liked it and it was pretty inconsiderate to speak that way about a section we clearly like because we are browsing it. And really loudly, I might add...

This target is always fun to shop at and I think that not having 30 staff members coming at you asking you if you need help is also very nice!🥱

A shout out to Justin who helped me find one of the elf on the shelf’s pet friends, the St. Bernard. It was out on the store floor, and I asked him if he could check in the back to see if there were any left. He did, and he found one and brought it out for me which was a total life saver as our Weimaraner ate our last one and my children were planning to set out what remained of it, believing Santa would heal the stuffed pet. Now when they wake up, they’ll find it intact, and instead of thinking Santa’s sleigh will no longer fly, they’ll believe in a little bit of magic, so thank you for taking the time to help, Justin, it might have only seemed like a small thing, but to a mom of two young children, it meant the world.

I was in the store early on a Saturday morning. My sister & I were picking up some last minute items for an event we were doing. Looking for something, we came around a corner and definitely both had the look of “where is it?” An employee, who was busy stocking, spotted us, asked what we were looking for and walked us to where it was located. Later another employee cheerily said Good Morning, and asked if we were finding anything alright and said please ask if you need any help. When we checked out, our cashier was so nice. I am a Target loyalist, but this is by far the nicest location I have ever been to...Good job Issaquah. Keep up the good work and let your employees know that they are valued.

I am a Target fanatic but this location is the worst. I moved from Phx, AZ where all the stores were Super Targets and always completely stocked and always had new merchandise. The Issaquah Target always has empty shelves or all of the merch still in boxes all over the store. I thought stores have people stock the shelves over night and I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s so disappointing b/c it’s only 5-10 mins from my house, but I’d rather drive farther and visit a store that is stocked and doesn’t have full boxes everywhere. This seems to be a management issue, I don’t understand why it’s acceptable.
