1/15/21 8:15am this is the second time that the cashier has tried over charging us! $50 for 1 yard of good topsoil/grass really! We didn’t pay and went to a different Pacific and they only charged $25!What’s up with this girl? We won’t be going there if this is going to be a problem!

Wonderful and quick service throughout the entire process from providing advice on the right type of soil to choose, quick scheduling and skillful maneuvering by the driver who had a challenging driveway to negotiate for 3 loads of 20 cu yards each. I have purchased soil from Pacific Topsoil for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the quality.

Just called the issaquah office to schedule a $1700 bark blowing service and the woman I talked to could not have been more rude. I asked for a quote and she wouldnt even give me the total cost, just the price per yard. As if I should have to calculate this in my head myself while on the phone? People call for a quote for a reason!! She put me on hold so I hung up. No appointment made, Im so turned off. Word of advice, how you treat your customers is everything. No wonder your reviews are horrible. The face of your company are the people who answer the phones. Find better people! We are return customers, we ordered over 80 yards of bark last year and had the blower service.

I will agree with Kai, I have tried to call to place an order for 10+ yards of mulch for my company and the lady over the phone did not have the best attitude. She sounded very annoyed and irritated that I called. I will still be using you guys for my larger commercial jobs but still could use nicer people.

Fantastic service and pricing.What an awesome team--they provided four big loads to my difficult delivery location and worked with my changing schedule to accomodate my tractor break-down. These pros really went above and beyond to advise me through the project and help me stay on schedule. Ill be back!

Great comunication with employees and the only problem is that they closed two yard stations close to the city

Horrible customer service. Was quoted over the phone 2 times for the same price of $28 per yard. On the third time we called for an order, we had it delivered while we werent home only to find out that the original price quoted wasnt correct and that it had gone up to $37 per yard without anyone telling us. When we called to find out why, we didnt even receive an apology all we got was thats to bad and they quoted you the wrong price. Will never recommend to anyone, and if you do have to use them, make sure you write down everyones name that you speak with and triple check everything. Shady people.

The customer service woman is the worst, can someone please fire her? putted me on at least 20min of hold and turned me off for 3 times, the service seems ok but just people is the absolute worst. wouldnt come back again

I have been using Pacific Topsoil products for 21 years in landscaping. Their soils, mulch and bark are of the highest quality. I never put any other in the gardens I work in. I have never had a weed problem or odor problem, no extra garbage, debris or big rocks. Their products are very consistent and so is the pricing. Their hours are very accomodating for lanscapers and with various locations all around the Puget Sound. My business would not be where it is today without Pacific Topsoils.

Smallest of the PTS locations. One thing is the location; now that Issaquah has become the new Redmond as far as snootiness and out of control population growth, 900 has become a nightmare. Trying to get in and out of here is like dodging bullets! With the non stop flow of BMWs, Lexus SUVs and Audis, they are too entitled to let the working stiffs into traffic. I see them even speed up so you cant get out! Sounds like there is going to be some major construction on 900 soon to widen it, we shall see how that goes, and if PTS is planning on closing or moving this location.
