Awful service, I’ve been waiting for an hour with 5 other people and none of us have been able to get the vaccine even with an appointment. No point on making an appointment here go somewhere else.

I dont understand how a pharmacy this large can be so often out of stock of basic medication. Their online system will often indicate your prescription has been delayed; but it should be ready by . Upon calling the pharmacy, Im often on hold for over 30 minutes to find out what the real status of my Rx is. And half the time I dont even get that far - their phone queue hangs up on me. Good luck if you try to go in person to see whats up - they often have a queue of 10-15 people, with the pharmacy techs moving at a snails pace. I once stood in line and watched one of them sift one by one through a couple boxes of prepared prescriptions trying to find a specific one. Im not asking for world record speed or anything, but it should not take two minutes to check someones name against a box containing 20 prescriptions in alphabetical order.

If you’re looking to use the pharmacy PLEASE go spend your time elsewhere! You will be waiting a minimum of 30-45 mins AT THE MINIMUM. The staff is clueless as to what’s going on due to the overwhelming amount of people. Their online booking system is completely overworking the staff. Stop booking appointments if you can’t serve the people. I come 20 mins prior to my appointment and am writing this in line another 45 mins late to my appointment with guest who have been here since 12:50….it is 2:30. They do not care about the customers and just wonder around confused and slow. Asking people to refill out information they already have as well. I’m so disappointed in this place. And sitting here reading the reviews it’s sad and obvious they are doing nothing to help their staff with this issue. Michelle one of the pharmacists even claiming they are “booking us doubles”. You overwork your staff knowing you have a shortage and expect customers to be happy. Please give your staff a break and only book what you are able ! Simple solution that seems to pass over the clueless minds working here.

I have been going to this Walgreens in Issaquah since 2004. I have had great service and not so great service at times & things dont always go the way they should. The issaquah Walgreens is a very busy pharmacy & I feel the Walgreens staff is doing the best they can... I will continue to be a loyal Walgreens customer.

Not sure how this place is still in business. Worst pharmacy service Ive ever seen. Doesnt matter if you call days ahead, or request a refill online, it wont be ready when you arrive. It will also be out of stock every single time. If they tell you theyre getting more on Monday, that means Friday, if ever! They also dont tell you something is out of stock until after youve requested a refill, which means youll have to cancel the refill, and get a new one from your doctor! Hopefully this entire chain goes out of business soon as the pharmacy is the only thing keeping them open, and they cant manage that!

I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running there. I had my prescription ordered, they were out of stock, then there was an insurance issue, then they’re out of stock again because apparently these people don’t know how to order and they ran out again. What??? How do you not take into account the last people that ordered? If you know how many you have to order, you make sure you accommodate everyone, that’s just how it works. Everyone who’s ever ordered for a business knows that. Won’t ever be returning to them because apparently they can’t follow simple ordering protocol.

I had ordered two photo books to a Walgreens in Bellevue and when I went to pick them up they said that no one had worked on them and they were not made. I called the Issaquah location and Aiden at the photo center was SO helpful and worked very hard to get me my photo books on short notice. I placed the order to them and he got them to me within 2 hours! I was so disappointed with the other store and felt so grateful that Aiden did all that he could to help me get my books in the short time that I needed them in. Aiden is awesome!

I did it my PCR 2 days prior my travel and mentioned that when I took the test. They said that they cannot make it priority to finish within 48 hours. However, the lab told me that they can make it and get the result and travel as planned. AVOID THEMNote: I put start just to post my review

My mom and I went to pick up prescriptions for our family and we got lucky with the line for cars being not that long. They had our prescriptions on the shelf and the lady serving us left to go get them. 10+ mins later, we are watching the other line of cars get served multiple times and drive away while we are still sitting in line not knowing why it was taking so long. No one communicated anything to us and they just kept serving the other line while our line was at a stand still. We ended up leaving without our prescription because of this. Gonna be transferring to a new pharmacy real soon.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Each time you go here expect at least 5 cars in each drive thru lane or 6 people in line inside. Either way you’ll be waiting 40 minutes or more.

I have never had a worse experience with a pharmacy. I got a call saying my Prescription was ready, so I drove down to their drive-through. There are 2 lines, and within 10 minutes, Im completely blocked in. There were only 3 cars in front of me in my line, so I wasnt too worried. 55 minutes later, I got up to the window. Unsurprisingly -- at this point -- theres only one person handling the 2 lines. Then she tells me my prescription isnt ready and they can have it ready for me within 20 minutes. NEVER again. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

I had the worst experience of taking passport photos. I got two printed photos, and I requested an electronic photo to upload to the official website. They said OK but I had to buy their USB drive and they would put two electronic photos to it. I did so. So far so good.After I got home, I was totally speechless. As a common sense, you would expect your electronic photo look identical to your printed version - clean and official. However, heres what they gave me in that $7 USB.Are you kidding me? Messy background, tilted angle and completely wrong size, do you think I can upload this to official website to get approved? I could take a photo with much better quality at home, why would I drive a long way to your store, spend money of the photos and a USB drive and get this low-quality photo?I got back with the printed copy and the USB, and requested the original electronic copy. Their manager was there to handle this problem. He said: This is what it is. We always give raw photos. We cant crop it on our computer... in a very cold tone. He looked so impatient. I suppressed my anger because I wanted to get things addressed, despite his cold face. BTW, do you call this photo raw photo? Dont you think its too RAW for a formal purpose?He then started to scan my photo with a scanner and agreed to send that scanned image to me. BUT, he placed another order of a new USB drive. Wait. I stopped him, I have the USB drive I got from you one hour ago, I dont need another one. Can you put it in my USB? He refused immediately with raised voice: No we only put photos in OUR image this is the policy blah blah... Come on, why do I pay for your mistakes? Then he walked around, leaving me standing there, like saying if you dont accept it youd better go.I left the store, totally upset. The people here is so unprofessional and rude. They treat customers with very bad attitude. They think themselves as emperor, and customers should give them money no matter how rude and cold they are.Just dont go to this store. Otherwise your good mood will be completed ruined.

Typically the Rx that you need is not in stock, or you get 5 pills at a time so you have come back over and over again to get the full amount. The people at the pharmacy counter will ask you to wait a minute and come back to see you 40-60 mins later. If you do get someones attention then you might get the bonus of getting your Rx charged to another persons HSA account. Any other pharmacy in America is better than this place.

Walgreens has been very disappointing lately . I used to love going to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions, but this last four times that Ive been to Walgreens to pick up my medications there has been a problem with the prescription, they havent received the fax, they dont have the medication in stock, etc...To say the least I am very upset. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere and will try not to pick up medications from here again ever.

Is there something lower than one star? Looking at their reviews, do they care? Sat in the drive up for 5 minutes at the speaker. No one greeted or acknowledged. Parked, went inside. 10 guests waiting at the pickup counter with no one helping them. Invested another 5 minutes and then left. They said “sorry we are short handed.” How is that the responsibility of all the people waiting? There were at least 4 or 5 people in the back who stuck their heads out timidly when I started complaining. I switched my order to a different Walgreens. Not sure that will help.Good news there are a lot of other choices. Amazon will accelerate the evolution of this business also.

This star is for everybody working there who is always so nice and polite. However, upon transferring my prescriptions to this pharmacy from Bartells and requesting a refill via the phone robot, they filled my prescription in a Walgreens in Illinois... Not sure where that mix up happened, and then I had only refilled one of the prescriptions I have, and they filled all of them (which I didnt need). Now they wont stop calling NON STOP to say you have prescriptions with us that you might need a refill soon I will call you to request a refill when Im good and ready for Petes sake I dont need you to call me every! single! day!

This Walgreens actually tries to provide friendly service. The cashiers are nice. The pharmacy cares as well. They are made up of nice workers all in all. They have to deal with crazy homeless people, crackheads and prescription druggies all day. I think we all need to applaud them for keeping a straight face and maintaining a friendly attitude for the rest of us normal paying customers. 🏂🏂🏂

The providers are extremely knowledgeable, very efficent, and personable. Very easy access right off I-90 and several open appointments to choose from. This is an affordable option and you wont be waiting hours. Ive had 2 great experiences and this is coming from a local nurse.

The people at the pharmacy are always extremely helpful. I was there earlier tonight when it was super busy, the lady who helped me, Chazzy, was so so so helpful, even when a customer was being very rude to her, she kept her cool and was very professional about it. She was able to help me during the whole commotion which is super impressive. Not once did she snap, or seem dismissive to the rude customer. Chazzy was very respectful and even when it was super busy she was nothing but helpful and kind. :-)

Its ridiculous how long it takes to get a prescription sorted out here. Ive relied on this place in the past because its close to where I live and near the many clinics we end up at with my family. They are open 24 hours too. However Ive never had a good experience. Last night I went to pick up a prescription, nobody else was in the store, yet it still took more than half an hour from initial contact - We are working on it right now. Im done with the bizarre waiting ritual and will be seeking out a better-run 24 hours pharmacy now.

Literally every time I pick up meds here for my son they tell us come back in 15 mins and then they somehow never manage to fill it and we have to wait more. With a small baby this really sucks to wait for an hour. My son is wailing as we speak. Super fun. Thanks Walgreens.

Ive used this pharmacy quite often and yes, there can be a line, but Ive always found them to be polite and helpful. Its great that they are open 24 hours, when you have a sick child or need a prescription in the middle of the night.

The pharmacy has screwed up our orders so many times I cant count. The night pharmacist is completely unprofessional. All I want is for them to get the prescription right and stop wasting my time. Go to Costco for prescriptions you dont even have to be a member. Its much cheaper as well and has much much much much better customer service. Ahhh! I cant stress this enough, never go to the pharmacy here. Though they employ five times the pharmacists Ive seen at smaller pharmacies, they simply cant handle the load. My average wait time has consistently been over 30 minutes - and that is with a few dozen visits over the last six months. I felt I had no choice since my local pharmacy closed - but Im going out of my way to avoid this place now. Today I waited two hours. I waited that long because (1) they looked extremely busy and behind, (2) Im accustomed to waiting up to an hour anyway, and (3) I was working on my laptop, so it didnt seem like a big deal. Then I checked that clock - Ive been here 1.5 hours?? Then I get in line... to wait... to ask where my prescription is. Pharmacist: Oh, did you ask for a 90-day supply? Me: No. Pharmacist: Oh, Im sorry. Thats why you were waiting - we sent a fax to your doctor. Wait - what? Your system doesnt alert when someone is waiting to pick up, and you told them 30-minutes, and you decide to casually send a fax to their doctor? Its 7pm at night - whats the game plan here? Excuse me sir, youve been sitting there since last night, can I check on your prescription? Any way, I complained and they offered me $10 Walgreen dollars or whatever. Nope, Im going to post on Google and never go back there again. Your $10s of points only counts if I ever come back, silly. I overheard one of the pharmacists say that they have reduced hours and its getting hard to keep up. Yeah, Walgreens, if you cant make a profit being the only legit pharmacy servicing Issaquah, then ya might should shutter the store. This is your bread-and-butter business, for crying out loud. Why did my local grocery store (bless its closed-doors) with two staff members manage to get me in and out in under 30 minutes consistently? Avoid! You have been warned!

Ordered a medication without preservative and confirmed that medication was preservative free before driving there to pickup. only seeing that it was actually with preservatives. The lady on the counter even tried to convince me that it was preservative free. Needed to consult with the pharmacist to see that it had preservatives.

If I could do a 0 option, I would. The night pharmacists doesn’t care about their customers at all. My dad went in at 2 am for a fill and refused to fill it because it was too soon. My dad told her countless times “call the doctor, he will tell you it’s ok” she just responds with “yeah I’m not filling this”. Despite my father teller her he is in excruciating pain. All she had to do was make a call but was too lazy to do so.

Ive been using this Issaquah Walgreens location for years. There are so many very nice, knowledgeable, patient people working here. Well, youve heard the expression one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch? Well, one individual male employee who works the window frequently is so horrifically bad, rude and indignant that my wife and I have out to never use them again. Everyone has a bad day. Weve given this individual six individual chances. We finally complained and nothing was done. Six strikes and youre out Walgreens. Lightning strikes. Sometimes employees do the wrong thing. This cannot be prevented. You can tell a lot about a company based upon what they do when this metaphoric lightning does strike. Nothing was done. We were never contacted. Its unfortunate I want individual can spoil things for all the other very nice people. I have a large company. I believe in speaking the truth frequently, unapologetically and without reserve.

I cant even count how many times I have called and been in a hurry to get a prescription and had to wait several hours. I always call and they tell me that they can expedite the RX and I get there and wait over an hour in the pharmacy. One time I had the stomach flu and needed an anti nausea and was told they would expedite for me. Drove 30 min to pharmacy, still not ready, waited over an hour, still not ready. I was too sick to stay so I left and sent my Husband back to get it, he waited another hour in the pharmacy before it was filled. Was just told today hat my rx would be ready at 6 pm (was sent in at 4), 7pm rolls around-- we will have ready in 15min- still not ready. The drive thru convenience is SO not worth the long wait times.

Learn from my experience ... dont wait patiently for your Rx if the promised fill-time lapses ... PRESS THE CALL BUTTON!Due to miscommunication, the Rx technician didnt realize I was going to wait at the window for my Rx...he thought Id return (where was I going to go at 1:15am?). The technician never checked to see if I was still there so I sat for almost an hour before hitting the CALL BUTTON to inquire what was taking so long. This was very frustrating considering there was little to no apparent business being conducted in the wee hours of the morning.Lesson learned!

I am alerting customers to the fact that this Walgreens does not fill pain medications called in, even if it is a pain crisis and the patient is on hospice. Other pharmacies still allow emergency pain medications to be called in on weekends where providers are not always near a fax machine.

I was staying at nearby motel and had to make a late night trip to this walgreens. Conveniently open 24 hours on the eve of thanksgiving. As my boyfriend and i went to pay we noticed the obsurd amount of police officers in the store...as we went to pay for our items a police officer told us that the store had called 911 and said we were shop lifting and indicated they had us doing so on videotape. Embarresed and upset at the accusation one of the ten police officers went to review the survalence tapes. During the wait, another officer kindly issued both my boyfriend and i no trespassing citations indicating we were to never step foot on walgreens property for 3 YEARS!! Quite the extreme consequence for having not stolen a thing from the store! The tapes came back proving that we infact did not take anything from this location. However, the owner JOSCELYNE KEITH, who profiled us extremely WRONG and kept the no trespassing citation in effect dispite our innocence. Its not only embarresing what she did but the poorest customer service ive ever seen. This store should be shut down and the owner JOSCELYNE KEITH should be ashamed of herself for wrongly accusing us of theft and then revoking our right to shop at our local 24 hour conveinent walgreens for the next 3 years. Do not shop at this location or you too might be visited by 8 police cars and ten issaquah police officers all because JOSCELYN KEITH is the worst store owner in existance.

Walgreens night pharmacists don’t care about they’re customers. I tried to update my insurance information over the telephone because I obtained a new insurance card and and the man on the phone told me they would not process the info over the phone, that it would be “easier for the company” for me to come in and update it when I want to pick up my medication. I wanted to find out how much my medication was going to cost before coming in and this had made it very inconvenient for me. Underwent dental surgery earlier today and went to Walgreens Pharmacy to collect my medication and the pharmacist has misplaced my prescriptions and is now on break. Of what use is the medication without the prescription!With 4 stitches in my lower jaw, I had to go back to the dentist to collect the prescriptions all over again and then go to another pharmacy to collect my medication.Poor service and not a place I will go back to.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Ive had to wait over an hour for them to refill a prescription at least four times. I used Walgreens for 5 years but I no longer use any Walgreens and use a different pharmacy.
