Touchdown flooring has a customer for life. The great care, attention-to-detail and fantastic follow-up is exactly what I want from a business. The fact that it is a family-owned and run business means the best customer care. The pricing was excellent (and I like to shop around for a good deal!). I only wish I had more floors that needed replacement. Over the course of a few years, they’ve replaced all the old flooring in the house except for one bedroom—which we will be doing soon. The installers were fantastic and very accommodating. The measurements were spot on! Very little remnants meant we did not pay for anything extra! I recommend them every chance I get!

Approached Touchdown Flooring NW after first trying Lowes. Lowes was fine, but the experience was night and day. TD Flooring was friendly, efficient, we got more bang for our buck, the service was great, and the installations (flooring and carpeting) were quick and on time (also safe - masks, social distance etc). We would 100% Go back! And of course, its local and family-owned - another plus!

We were delighted with every aspect of working with Touchdown Flooring and with Sergio, Mia and Jordan! After Mom passed away we decided to replace all of the carpeting in her condo prior to sale. Touchdown provided a suggestion for a carpet brand and color at a fair price, and which worked beautifully with the other interior finishes.Once the carpeting was ordered, they kept us in the loop on delivery timing from the East Coast. It was installed promptly and as planned so we could proceed with the real estate listing. I was at a red light and saw Touchdown Flooring in Issaquah. I had recently been shopping for this and had been to two other places. The big retail hardware store sent out someone for an estimate (I paid a fee) but after two weeks of calling I still had not gotten a price. The other floor specific place had me in line for an estimate.I had some time so I dropped in and met Sergio, the owner. I explained that I was looking at resurfacing my original hardwood floor and adding some new flooring to the upstairs bathrooms. It was late in the day just prior to closing and Sergio told me he could not get away right now. Are you kidding me? I never expected immediate service for this type of thing. Who does that anymore? I knew right away that this was the right place.For me, time and schedule is more important than saving a few pennies. I want to know quickly what it is going to cost, and I want all scheduling time lines to be met on my terms. This team nailed it. I got my quote the next day, and scheduled the work to begin on MY very next available opportunity. The whole experience from my time at the red light to WOW these floors look great was about two weeks. The actual process took about three days, less than anticipated, and the crew was on perfect time every time. I could not be more happy with the service and the end result. The price came in about average on what the others were charging (I finally got a quote from the other two) but there is no way they could have beaten Sergios personal service.

My Wife and I cannot stop smiling! Our home has been completely transformed and it turned out even better than we dreamed it would thanks to the professionals at Touchdown Flooring. From start to finish, our experience with them has been extraordinary.We first met with Junior, who walked us through the different types of wood and was incredibly patient with us as we took our time deciding on the perfect wood for our home. He let us take multiple samples to our house and encouraged us to take our time and to look at it at different times of the day in different lighting. Junior’s cheerful disposition is always uplifting. He always greeted us with a warm smile and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.The owner Jordan assigned Arnaldo and his son to handle the installation. I cannot say enough kind words about Arnaldo and his crew. It was a large job, and it was not easy. Our home has a lot of curved walls and weird angles. Not only did the floors turn out amazing, but Arnaldo designed a custom staircase for us!! He even added white trim for that extra pop. Arnaldo and his crew were always incredibly professional, kind, and first and foremost talented. They are true craftsmen. Extraordinary carpenters who delivered on every promise they made and, in the end, exceeded our expectations. The only thing that I would say they could improve on is cleaning the garage after they are done cutting. Once I mentioned the amount of dust, they came right away to take care of it like true professionals.Thank you Junior, Jordan, and Arnaldo! We are so happy with our floors, but I have to say, we are going to miss you guys!!

The workers here are dishonest and bring remnants to install the flooring. They wander around the premise and pilfer personal items from the customer. The workmanship is hardly commendable so any other business you choose is better than this one.

Their proposal was higher than other bids, but it included so much more then other companies We were replacing carpet with wood and other companies wanted us to remove closet cabinetry, hire people to remove baseboards, etc. Touchdown included all of this for us and managed the entire process - thank you, Jordan. Best money ever spent.Regarding quality - our installer knew precisely what he was doing and took pride in doing it the right way, the first time. He assessed the project right away and proposed methods of making the flooring level with existing tile and really took his time and provided a quality installation. He was here for about 4 days, and we got to know that he has 10+ years experience and you can tell he enjoys what he does. The craftsmanship and details were important to him, and we appreciate quality work.About communication - we had a few speedbumps to work thought to coordinate workdays during a snowstorm, pickup and drop off of supplies, existing schedule conflicts, etc but the communication was well above par, and the project was completed on time while issues were discussed promptly. I’m extremely satisfied with the recent large flooring project Touchdown did in our home. After receiving multiple quotes from highly rated flooring contractors, we decided to go with Touchdown due to a combination of competitive pricing and a feeling of trust and confidence in the company. We liked that fact that they’re a family owned business who strive to provide excellent customer service. The owners Jordan and Sergio were outstanding to work with. I was most impressed when we had a concern after the first day of installation and called Jordan. He quickly called us back that evening and said he’d be there first thing in the morning to ensure the issue was addressed. He did just that and we were extremely happy with our installers going forward. The installation crew showed great attention to detail and were very courteous. We used Touchdown to replace our carpet throughout our house. Touchdown has the best customer service hands down. From the initial encounter in the showroom to the installers - every encounter was very professional. Did have a small issue with our carpet install, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product and we are happy! We love our carpet! Also, we had bottled-nosed carpeting done on our stairs and it looks amazing! Happy we went with a local company. Their dedication to customer service really shows in their work. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to tackle the bathroom.

Meh. Two stars for Sergio for getting the measurements done quickly and the people in the office- they are very nice. The third star for the person who installed the carpet. No stars for the guys who did the laminate flooring, I dont want to see them again. The owners did offer to fix the issues, but I was tired and done. To be fair to owners, this review is a few weeks later, if I had reviewed them sooner, it would not be good. Shop around.

I did my diligence when selecting the flooring company for an update on my home. I looked for recommendations from friends as well as my local Facebook community. Touchdown was one of the companies that was recommended. All the estimates i received were relatively close in cost but the service i received from touchdown was excellent. This is a family run company and they work really well together. Regarding the work, i had hard wood floors, carpet and laminate. The materials were top quality and the service was well beyond anything i could have imagined.

We dropped by one day looking for a cheap way to refresh the flour on the lower level of our house in Issaquah. The friendly, experienced and well informed staff talked to us about our different options and in the end we went with high end flooring from DUCHATEAU and we couldnt be happier. We have two rambunctious dogs that added a lot of character to our old maple wood flooring and they havent left a mark on the new stuff (over a year in). Although we did spend a lot more than we had planned to, we would do it again and were considering the upstairs floor using the same product.

Couldn’t recommend them enough! We originally started our flooring project with a big name home improvement store and were very underwhelmed with their installer’s service. We decided to call Touchdown to finish the job and they came out the same day to give us a quote and installed the floors only days later. 10/10 would use again.

Not a good experience. I requested a quote to owner Sergio before he opened this business back on December 2016. He offered to give me one only after I produced another quote from another company. Then he offered a better price in part of the job (wood floor extension) and a higher price on a separate part of it (stretching a carpet), so I hired him for the wood floor extension. Soon after he called me and asked me to ask the company doing the carpet stretch for me to do both jobs, so basically he brushed off the one job because I did not hire both with him. I took my business to Longs floors, where I decided to do the wood floor extension and the carpet replacement instead of stretching old carpet. Over a $15,000 job. No regrets, I will recommend Longs floors instead, and I will stay away from Touchdown Flooring.

“Touchdown” indeed! Changing the flooring in our house has made a huge impact on livability – more so than other improvements. We hired Touchdown Flooring to install Acacia hardwood throughout the house after they did a great job installing carpeting in all the bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. I almost always do home improvement projects on my own so I generally know what is involved, and what I am actually paying for if I do hire someone. After decades of dealing with contractors, I have developed realistic but high expectations of the people I hire: A fact Im sure these folks realize after interacting with me over the course of several jobs. Having installed some hardwood flooring myself (poorly), I knew it was difficult and took a lot of skill and attention to detail to get right. Touchdown got it right. Sergio and Jordan - the father and son team who own Touchdown - are the reason we decided to put our trust in this local business rather than Home Depot, Lowes, or another flooring company. If a problem occurred, we knew we would be dealing with the owners of the company, not just some representative 10 levels removed. One of the reasons we specifically chose Touchdown is that Sergio and Jordan have significant experience doing installation work themselves, so they know what works and what doesn’t and can answer detailed questions regarding the products they sell. They also know how to manage their crews and properly quote jobs. Properly quoting jobs is crucial as it is often the source of customer discontent as a job progresses and people are faced with unanticipated costs. When we originally had the job quoted by Home Depot, it cost us $50, took weeks to actually get the numbers, it was incomplete, and when we had technical questions about the proposed flooring, nobody at the store knew the answers. The person who did the measuring was abrupt, in a hurry and refused to measure the study because I had not listed the study in my request to them. I figured this was a clear indication of things to come. I also know that a warranty is only as good as the people offering it to you.Beyond the fact that it was a very large investment for us, we knew there would be people working in our house when we were not home installing a surface that our family would walk on and look at for many years to come - so trust was important to us. Having now hired them for 3 flooring projects (and probably a 4th soon to come), Sergio and Jordan have proven themselves worthy of that trust. They can also connect with you and anticipate your needs. Sergio - the dad - is especially adept at this when he quoted our job. He suggested changes to what I was considering and clarified why their quote was higher than Home Depot (because HD was leaving out a LOT of work!!) His son Jordan, is the young, calm, technically savvy one who minds the store and is great at interacting with a variety of personalities. Together, they make a great team and run a business that is actually fun and easy to work with.I can, without reservation, recommend Touchdown Flooring.

These people are the real deal. I was putting off doing my carpet for years because of what I thought would have been a hassle. The carpeted areas are over 2,000 sq. ft so its not a small job. The crew that came out were rockstar. They started at 8am and finished by 7pm. After such a long day of work the main guy with a smile offered me a helping hand with an ackward piece of furntiure. Jordan followed up with us right after the install was finish to make sure we were happy. We are indeed happy and will tell everyone about them.

The support Sergio provided as we remodeled our home for sale was unmatched. Where others tried to sell us cheap carpet with the idea that it didnt matter because we were selling, Sergio provided high qaulity product and superior installation so our buyers would be happy for years to come. My contractor asked me to get more bids so I went to Longs, Contractors Building Supply, Lowes, Home Depot and I even called Empire (the cheapest thinnest product & rep assured me it wouldnt be noticeable on the bulkhead steps!) None offered the quality or confidence the job would be done on time. (And I wasted weeks getting comparative bids!)I could have saved money on the carpet or settled for poor installation but it would have cost me in the long run. (Btw-we proudly showed our 5000 sq ft home to those who removed their shoes so our buyers would enjoy years of beautiful flooring.)I highly reccomend working with Sergio and his family. The man is incredibly knowledgeable about carpet and the installation process.

We started looking at bathroom flooring back in March with Jordan. We took sample after sample home to visualize and then return those samples and take others for a while and then repeat the process with even more samples. It was hard to believe how many options we had. Not once did Jordan make us feel pressured or seem annoyed with our indecisiveness. In fact, Jordan was always helpful in decision making. Sergio came to our house and measured the two areas where we wanted the floors replaced and gave us a quote soon after in April. Even after we had a quoted price we still continued to look at more samples just to be sure. We were always encouraged to look until we were sure. We were finally ready to have one of bathroom floors installed in mid-July. We asked to have the areas done one at a time to not have both bathrooms out of service at the same time. No problem! Two weeks later we had the second bathroom floor installed with the same quality. Living in the Issaquah area since the days of “Highway 10”, and “Issaquah Indians”, we have had opportunity to see many businesses come and go that offer products for the home. In the future, our flooring needs will all be handled by Touchdown Flooring. You can’t ask for better quality and service than what you will get from Jordan and Sergio.
