Very helpful even gave me a free vape cuz the disposable i got was dead

The owner was extremely helpful. I went into a vape shop for the first time as a buyer, knowing nothing at all, and he took his time to select the right product for me. He asked questions about my purpose, my flavor preferences, cloud thickness, and how I was doing in life. He taught me about the different brands and then assembled my vape for me so I could see how it’s done. He gave me more than I came in looking for and then offered me great competitive prices. I would return just to say howdy, but I’ll be buying tons from this man for the foreseeable future.

I remember going here frequently in 2016 as it was near my work. The employees would constantly change the prices on things day to day and just pocket my money. Needless to say I stopped going there and drove to literally ANY other shop instead.

Really Happy with options they have, Ali helped me setting up my new gadget, and shown me everything I need to know to avoid burning heating part in my tank. They have plenty of ejuices as well, so it is difficult to one from more 250 flavors. Overall, great service, product knowledge and price!! Certainly coming back!!

I bought an electric lighter from this place only to learn about their horrible return policy. No returns, they only thing they will let you do is exchange something broken for the same item. The lighter I got uses electricity and butane. It will only light 2-3 times per charge rendering it next to unusable. For $30 I would expect better. It also says nowhere on the package where it is manufactured, which is illegal. Not too hard to guess though, its obviously counterfeit.

Great guys! Pricing is a bit higher than online, but I think it is because of the stocking price, rent, etc. Overall, thought me how to prepare my coil! Great place! Recommend!

The prices are insane, but otherwise its a pretty decent shop. Glass prices are even higher than the retail weed stores which was disappointing. They were willing to price match an expensive electronic unit for me before, so that was nice. But unless you are stopping by to restock some supplies or look for a unique adapter, you are going to get bent over. They wanted $80 for an open-box/display mod that goes for $50 online brand new, try to charge $80 for simple RDAs. It would be nice if prices were displayed, I went in the other day not knowing what I wanted for the first time- and it was impossible to price out the build because the poor guy had to just keep trying to remember the price of items off the top of his head. It was clear I could spend 30 minutes building a kit with him only to get to the register and get a surprise.They do however stock all the little essentials quite well. Juice isnt cheap- but its totally competitive (if you arent buying in bulk online and have to pay shipping- youll pay more online). They have almost always had the little restock items I needed in stock so the reliability is good. Their juice selection is impressive, and they are really helpful with juice selection, and in the past were really good about letting you sample (I havent bought juice in a long time).Lastly, I would say it was a little disappointing to go in during the Covid mess and see employees without masks, but thats just sort of is what it is.

Will not be returning to this place. I went in on a Saturday to buy 4 puff bars and a bag of Kratom. Today I opened up a new puff bar to smoke and it didnt work. So I went back to ask for a new one being one of the four didnt work. When I walked in the same guy that was working on sat was also working today. I told him the puff bar i got didnt work and he let me know being not same day he couldnt let me return to get one that works. Go to this place all the time and now will never return over yes 12$ to keep a customer happy. Bad customer service. Find it hard to understand how someone cant return something they dont know is broke until opened a few days later. Do they expect someone to smoke 4 puff bars in just a day to know they can return. Come on

Didn’t care for my experience with the shops owner (or manager) surprised they’re still open.I would avoid this place, over priced, rude staff, and too many other options for vape needs in Redmond for a shop like this to continue their bleak practices.

What this place has that many lack is a sense of ownership and pride that every employee brings to work every day. From sampling for regular customers to understanding that maybe I really do just need the one atomiser right now and now the entire box. While I generally mix my own juice (36mg Cinnamon Red Hots) because we go through it so fast, its refreshing to find a store that sells flavors like Extreme Mint, Cinnamon, Guava Kiwi, and so on instead of things like Dragons Blood, Werewolf Fur, or Red Diamonds. Keep up the good work guys!

When I 1st came here I knew nothing about vaping and I wanted an alternative to smoking. The staff here was very helpful and patient with explaining the different types of vaporizers and how to use them. Every time I have been there since I have had nothing but great, helpful service they always have good suggestions and are knowledgeable about the product. I know there are other places that have cheaper prices but I like it here, the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is nice.

Quality products at are premium price. Its not terribly outstanding but the staff is really friendly, and the interior has improved and its a pretty chill place to hang out. Not good for cheapy glass but great deals for bigger pieces. And juice is usually well stocked.

Needed new vape. Not too customer service focused. All business. No “Hi, how are you” or “Thank you”.

Its a much better store than when it opened. The store is twice the size with twice the selection. Bit pricey, but you pay for convenience.My biggest gripe is that they sold a bunch of the same tank, but didnt increase their inventory to supplement the need for the coils. Forces us to shop elsewhere and thats not great business planning.

Place sucks, the owner is a real rude dude. Ahbdul is a poor excuse for a business owner,as he has been ripping people off with his credit and debit machine and has as of today never fixes it. I was a loyal customer until the owner failed to fix the situation,and put the blame on me the customer. Do not take your money or business here. Maybe if youre lucky they will blow clouds of vapor into your face too.

I waited to write this review for 6+ months after my initial purchase of a sub ohm mod. I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. The unit I purchased is still working strong. I was a cigarette smoker at 1-2 packs a day for 15+ years but after getting a mod at this shop I havent had one since. I recommend this shop to cigarette smokers that have little to no experience with sub ohm vaping. Pricing on MODS is higher but expected with a brick and mortar and a 6 month replacement guarantee on equipment.

The staff is hella chill, always have a smile and like to get to know you. They can usually guess what I’m getting that day, or if something new comes out that is similar to my usual choices they are always excite to show me. I’ve tried just buying the same juices online or at other stores but their prices are always the lowest.

Bad prices. Charged 7.99 for cheap metal pipe, wanted an extra 1.10 for screen.

Staff was great and selection of juice was also awesome. They let me trial over a dozen juices and spent over 30 min chatting with me during to help me get the most out of my current vaporizer and to make sure I found the best juice for me. As with any brick and mortar store their prices are a little elevated but I couldnt recommend them enough. Im only giving four stars because the place was filled with a constant vape fog, while this isnt unexpected for a vape store, it was pretty thick and a little ventilation would go a long way to make more people comfortable. I was OK but my girlfriend had to leave because it made her uncomfortable.

Overpriced, ripped me off twice, they try to talk you into buying a setup when you walk in for juice. Ive been in there twice, both times with different people they tried to get me to buy something that I wasnt interested in for at least 10 minutes! Wouldnt go in unless you have to. (if you cant make it to Top Vape in Redmond) Otherwise the store itself is extremely nice and they have a wide selection.

This place is alright, the merchandise is up-priced, a little bit too much, almost as if they dont know how to run a business in terms of getting wholesale bulk deals, almost everything is 30-60% more than amazon. however the workers there are very nice and friendly except for one guy out of 6 so far. Everytime I walk in the door whomever is working greets me and immediately asks how Im doing and what I need. I purchased my first mod here and have been nothing but pleased with the product. The selection of juices is pretty solid as well as accessories. I do recommend this place for anyone looking for a good quality vape shop.The only reason this is not a 5-Star review is the prices of the items. The stuff here is priced pretty high. Im assuming its because its in Issaquah (wealthy area) with the tobacco/nicotine tax.

I was a bit apprehensive about visiting this shop. It wasnt the location that made me apprehensive nor the area of the shop. My apprehension was based on the little known product... Kratom.Kratom isnt widely used yet is legal in virtually every state and is a viable alternative to prescription pharmaceuticals such as Xanax, Adderall, Oxy, and etc. After a phone call to the shop to inquire if they sold it, I decided to drop by.Upon entering I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Once I inquired about Kratom I was pleasantly surprised by not only their selection, but their vast knowledge of it and its usage. The consultation I received was not only educational, but enlightening. A sheet of their Kratom inventory and its usage types/scenarios was given to me in order for me to make an informed decision. This is something I had not previously encountered at any other shop in the past. I had to know exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door at other shops.Once I decided on the type(s) of Kratom I desired, I was surprised to receive a discount ... just because!Although Ive visited a different shop in Factoria and Redmond, Ill definitely purchase Kratom from this shop in the future. And so should you.

I wdnt out to Redmond and the 30ml bottle at this shop was around $24 and 15ml was $14 DOLLARS!!I went to redmond and the prices for 30ml were $18 and 15ml was $8 i believe!The place was called: TOP VAPE. I HIGHLY recommend that place as for the smoke shop in issaquah should only be a glass/tabacco shop they cut their stuff and gipp people HARD...
