Terrible experience. Ordered a planner and a few accessories for over $90. The planner was absolutely HUGE. Emailed them and they offered for me to ship it to them at my own cost ($16) and then pay $5 for them to ship it back after they edited it for me. It was an investment but it was worth it. Well, because of the pandemic their store was closed by the time my planner made it back to them so it was shipped back to me. Totally understand that is not their fault. However, I emailed them about getting at least my $5 back, and have never heard a word from them. So, I spent over an outrageous amount of money for a planner that I cant use and cant even get $5 back. Ridiculous.

Drove from Monroe to Issaquah only to be met at the door with a sign “closed to the public”!!If that is the case please add that information to your website!

I REALLY love working with PurpleTrail. Their online design software is flexible, I love how you can pick a predesigned project and change it to pretty much anything to suit your needs. Their their live chat feature is great if you are home working and have any questions during the process. They are also super helpful if you go into the store. They will help you design exactly what you want. The products they produce are of exceptional quality. This is my second time to use them for invitations, mailing labels and envelopes. I also just got one of their planners. I cant wait until my next project to use them again.

Absolutely horrid. I drove from Snohomish to the store to get a planner Id had my eye on but didnt want to pay $8 for shipping (from Issaquah, really?) and was told when I arrived that I would have to order it as they dont stock anything in their stores. It certainly would have been nice to know that before I made the hour drive. Perhaps you ought to put a notice on the website so this doesnt happen to anyone else, assuming customer satisfaction matters to you.

I love the variety of premade cards and the help that you can get while youre trying customize something is amazing
