Went two times in one week. First time employee told me that I couldnt taste test a flavor. Really stupid policy since it is time to get past Covid-hysteria. 31 flavors and you cant try any??? He was also kind of quick and dismissive. Saw another comment about him. Not surprising. Went back a few days later and two different employees working. Since I couldnt taste test the one I wanted to last time I asked which was better between the one I wanted to try and a similar one. I was told I dont know, I dont live in your head. Was asking for an opinion, not diagnosis. Forgivable if the employee wasnt otherwise also rude and dismissive. Also, since I work in Cust Svc it takes a lot for me to call out an employee. Like they have to go beyond not polite and tread into actively rude territory. Im there for ice cream though, not friendly people. Id probably give 5 stars even with current employee issues. Current employees issues + no sample... ehhh. Ice cream was decent though. I like the chocolate dipped cones (even if both times I was told they were out before they looked and said otherwise.)

A bit on the expensive side, but a fun treat now and then. Mostly friendly workers, and good flavors. Love the Stranger Things line of desserts! 😊

I have been to this store many times and every time I had a bad experience with this one employee. He has purple hair and he was very rude towards customers as well as his own co workers. If you ever come to this store and see that he is working, I suggest you go back to your car and leave. He is very disrespectful. He needs to be taught how to treat customers and his co workers with respect.

The people were super nice, but without bubble gum ice cream I have no reason to come back.

We were indecisive as to what to get for my 17 y/os birthday. Phillip took the time to explain the difference between the ice cream pie, cake, and pizza. He was very helpful and EXTREMELY patient! We left with a mint chocolate chip cake that I know shes going to LOVE! Thanks Phillip!!

I ordered some ice cream and cookie sandwiches for my friend’s birthday to be delivered by Door Dash since she is not leaving her home and only wanted ice cream for her birthday! They did not have the flavor that I ordered so they called me and allowed me to make a substitution for a cake that was approximately the same price. They took the time to write a birthday message on the cake. It was delivered timely and she loved it! Thanks for the great service! I live in Virginia so it was extra special to be able to get it delivered. Thanks!

Don’t suggest coming here unless you want terrible customer service. I use to work at a basking robbins and I’ve never seen any of the employees treats customers like the worker here 🤷🏻‍♀️ Please choose your employees wisely..

Employee has been very disrespectful 2 times of visiting. So much so the second time the lady in front of me walked out mad at him and then I tried asking a question to be ignored for the customer behind me and also walked out empty handed... wont visit again.

We ordered a cake and we went to pick it up and they didn’t make it so we picked it up the next day and the name was spelled wrong they did offer to fix it.

Funny how you ask Mr. Pink Hair how he is and he glares and responds with good, then doesnt bother asking how the customer is doing. THEN as Im leaving, I say have a great night and his response is sure. That in my eyes is the poorest of poor customer service and I was only here to pick up door dash. Ill be sure to let the dash office know about this as well because people dont deserve that kind of treatment. Im sorry if he doesnt care for his job but thats not acceptable in any line of business.

Friendly staff but happened to stop in the day their terminals were down, so it was cash only - during COVID. So, no ice cream that day for my family.

Always the best service. Went there tonight and got a quart of Cotton Candy ice cream for my daughter. We love it there. And its even cheaper than the one in Redmond.

Ice cream is good - as at all B&Rs, but the lady owner? Not too nice. Gives a fake smile and hello at first but then - forget it. And dont EVEN try to open that freezer door! Has a caniption fit! Wow :(

I ordered a cake that was described as ALL ICE CREAM turkey cake as opposed to other cakes described as ice cream and cake combo. Understandably, it does cost more for all ice cream shaped, which I paid. Unfortunately, I received a half white cake/ half ice cream cake. Of course I did not know the substituted white cake for half of the ice cream until served it at the party. I call and requested a partial refund as I did not get what I ordered based on the description on the Baskin Robins website. I was told “There are lots of Baskin Robins and THIS one makes their cakes differently”. I asked why I was not told and was told “you did not ask, eat around the cake”. Since when is it up to the customer to ask if when they order a cake is it really made the way the written description says? They refused to refund anything even though I was charged for an all ice cream cake.

They have ice cream, they must have at least 32 different flavors. Thats like enough to have a different flavor every day for a month.

Im partial to 31 Flavors (aka 43 flavors) because of the rich ice cream. No bathroom here. Otherwise clean shop and polite staff.

They should consider changing a little better with the times... Maybe healthier with less processing... live cultures?

Ok, they closed my location in eastgate. Went to Gillman and had the GREATEST service ever from a associate named Hannah. She was so professional and one of the nicest person to ever help me.I will definitely be back and the manager needs to get more associates like this young lady!

Just got two, the worst milk shakes at this place. i just an ice cream and milk what looks like blanded with fork for a few seconds. wont go to this place any more

Not the most service friendly, wont take mobile app, nor electronic payments, prefer cash, the queue is random as I watched people walk in and served before me. Location is a corner storefront in this outdoor strip mall. If you need ice cream try a different shop, I will.
