First time coin purchaser here, and as soon as I walked into the store Riley was the first person to greet me. Riley was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable. Had a bad shopping experience here. Theyre closed most of the week and the hours on the sign are not accurate. Men clients obviously preferred over women. Took them 30 minutes to acknowledge me. 15 more minutes before they came back when it took me 5 minutes to decide. Attendant was rude. When I went to pay they thought I was pulling out a weapon from my purse instead of a wallet. Gee thanks. Wont come here again. I tried this location a few times and similar results. 2014 experience. I checked with mint.gov and theyre about 30% higher.

Very pleasant ambience. Hassle-free parking. Most helpful and courteous Mr.Zach spent more than two hours patiently reviewing and identifying my large old coin collection. Gave very valuable advise. Very satisfied with Mr.Zachs pro-customer service quality. Will certainly recommend this place. Saw many customer walk in, sell their gold or buy valuable coins and walk out satisfied with a smile.

Zach was incredible helpful went I went in to ask how much theyd give me for my Sapphire and diamond ring. Although I didnt take their offer because I felt I could get more from selling to a private party - he gave me extremely helpful information. He shared the total carat weight of the diamonds, checked whether it was white gold or sterling and educated me a bit about sapphires. I have purchased silver bullion from Bellevue Rare Coins located in Issaquah. They have a great selection of silver rounds, coins, bars, etc. I appreciate the fact that they strive to keep their inventory stocked. I never really know what new items I will find. I usually shop online, but i went into Bellevue Rare Coins in Issaquah to browse and now im a regular shopper! The selection at this location is really good - great collection coins both US and World, as well as silver bullion coins and junk silver old US coins, AND currency. But the main thing that brings me back is the customer service. Ive had the pleasure of working with Zach at this location and hes really friendly, talks coins (hes a collector too and is great to chat coin hobby with), and he really cares about his customers. He recognizes me when i come in and based on our conversations he puts together bags of world coins, silver, and currency. He makes suggestions and points out coins that have beautiful toning. Great service, great selection, highly recommend this shop for beginning to experienced collectors or just gold/silver hoarders alike!

Nice professional staff. (Daniel) I dont know how much profit these guys make and I dont want to know. We took in a bunch of old jewelry coins silverware. Walked out with much more cash than expected. Daniel was nice and had a good sense of humor. Very fair and explained everything. We left very happy .

Best place to buy and sell gold or silver and a huge collection of rare and interesting coins. I go in this place alot and Zach Wilmarth is always very helpful with finding things that I have an interest in and trying to get things in that i ask for. Great place highly recommend especially if your a new collector Zach is very educated and patient and can answer all of your questions.

These guys are great to work with weather youre buying or selling bullion. They can often beat online prices when youre buying bullion. Im very happy with my customer experience.

I went to the Issaquah branch of Bellevue rare coins to sell a ton of US mint sets. I looked up the retail prices before going in to see how much they take off. The associate was very friendly and fast. He added up all the sets and when it came to give an offer it was way more than I anticipated. Needless to say I was very happy.

I hope no one does business here. Save yourself from poor customer service/relations and drive to the Bellevue location. Completely disrespected me by offering me $100 for 10g’s of 14k scrap. So I decided to split the pair of rings and said okay I’ll just sell this one for $50. He then looked me dead in the eyes and said I can do $40. I walked out. Complete joke and a rip off. His smug, superior, arrogant attitude is why I will never come back to this location. I drove 15 minutes down the street to the Bellevue location and got offered $214 for the 10 grams.

Zach in Issaquah is extremely patient, kind and helpful! Took the time to help me find a specific coin I was collecting.... always treats me with the utmost respect when I take items in to sell (even when the items turn out to be of no value)

Super good service; I went to ask for the thing that yesterday I couldnt find in Alderwood location (18411 Alderwood Mall Pkwy Suite F, Lynnwood, WA 98037) and they didnt have it either, but Zach said I can order it for you. And asked me If I would like to order it, so I ordered it. And because I felt treated on the way that I think I deserve, I bought even more things.The store is big. It has many different products and good atmosphere. I noticed that the staff takes their time to give each costumer the best from them. Zach understood all I needed it.I saw around me, the costumes was happy waiting.Thanks Zach.

This place is a rip off. Appraisal on a platinum wedding set and gold band with platinum inlay was 1/10 of what the insurance appraised value is. Dont expect much if you bring your stuff here.

I mostly deal with the Issaquah store Zach is the main man I deal with but when his not there or busy his co-worker help me out. They are a friendly knowledgeable group

They wont even tell you how much they charge when you sell them an ounce of gold. The man I talked to was rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER bring my gold to them after the way I was treated.
