Really great sale section in the food and actually a pretty good selection in most of the store. A little depressing. Also has easy to remember hours!

I have had to remind myself that the staff are doing the best they can. Please remember that.

One lady very offensive and unhelpfull. Treated me with discust. The other employee helpfull but cross ordered off by first very offensive lady. I think she was manager.

The staff here is really nice and helpful! Someone walked all over the store with me to find a very specific geometrical comforter. Another employee just started that week, but stopped what he was doing to jump on the second register and ring me out so I didnt have to wait. He was very nice and attentive, talked about how to set up apple pay on his card reader. Great job guys! Thank youuu

Has a LOT of different things for good prices!

They have great customer service. They didnt have item I wanted to get so they called several stores to find one and put it on hold if they had it. Very friendly and extremely helpful to get the special deals.

I rarely find anything here that is that much of a bargain. They have some things that are okay though. But while I was here I was looking at trash bags. I went over to Fred Meyer and found the same trash bags for the exact same price. Im sure there are thing here that are bargains, but my experience is that its pretty easy to tell why its a bargain (cheaply made/shoddy).I rarely find anything here I need.The store was fairly clean. I was not greeted upon entering nor did I have contact with store personnel during the 30 minutes I wandered around.

Felt like it was over priced myself

A clean big lots store with a nice rotation of merchandise. Staff is friendly, and products are in line with the pricing. I go here for small purchases as well as seasonal decor items and Christmas wrap/bags

This store is always stocked and very clean. Nice employees that greet you right away and offer assistance to help find what you need.

Store was a little light on inventory, but the staff was fun and there are some great finds here! They have a little of everything- furniture, home goods, decor, food, toys and more. Definitely recommend.

I stopped by to get a item that a different location didnt have. Its a nice and well kept store.

Been here twice to the location and the womens bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. So much dust in there its disgusting.

This place has the RUDEST employees ever! There is one who is ALWAYS rude...not sure the name but its a girl with short hair (like a boy cut). She has absolutely NO business working with the public!!!! Surprised nobody hasnt punched her in the face for being soooooo rude yet!!

It was fine, cashier a little rude

Manager with a name starting with a j was incredibly rude and refused to give me cash for my debit purchase refund. It was only $65 and he acted like they could not cover that much with the cash they had on hand, such a joke I have to wait for my card to get credited when debit is same as cash. Avoid this store if you dont want to hassle

Ill preface this by mentioning that this is one of the nicer Big Lots ive been to. Its well organized, has a nice assortment of items and seems to be clean enough.The reason for my 3 star rating is based on my last visit. There was an 1 employee who was stocking the floor who was mask less. Every other employee in the store had a mask on except this one employee. Im not exactly sure how this person didnt see the error in their way, but what really concerned me is how nonchalantly the masked coworkers were treating this person in blatant violation of the stores policy.I understand some people dont believe the pandemic is real in the face of increased infection rates and a quarter million deaths, but it is the stores responsibility to enforce this rule onto their employees for the sake of your customers.I love this big lots, but if I spot this person again I can almost guarantee i will take my business elsewhere and wont be back until a vaccine is being distributed.To this person, if you so happen to read this, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Had the futon we wanted for the price advertised. In and out quickly and efficiently.

They have what we needed. The stuff that didnt have? They called another store foot us and we weft and got it at that location. Very helpful at Issaquah and Renton locations!!

My family and I love love love this place! You can find wonderful holiday decorative pieces for your home! Theres also house and patio furniture that is available at much cheaper prices than a typical furniture store, theres also food and kitchen items. Ive been shopping at Big Lots for years and highly reccomend this place to my friendsamily!

Big Lots always has great furniture thats less expensive than most stores. We also found some home essentials and cleaning products very easily. The workers here were very helpful and kind!

Its fine for what it is. I found a great deal on 100% cotton sheets. It was my first time here. Id check it out again if Im in the neighborhood.

Always great prices although you never know what you will find. We enjoy that aspect though. They often have great imported items.

You can get some great deals here. They have a bit of everything except fresh food. They overfill the bags, pretty stingy w them. They say you can reuse them like 120 some times, we have found they have ripped by time we reach car. They have a gentleman who retired and decided to go back to work pt. He is theyre most helpful polite employee He drives a big diesel truck. the other employees not so much🙄. .

The Big Lots here in Issaquah is great. Nice and clean. The prices are clearly marked. The furniture selection is fantastic .The staff although slim is very friendly and helpful.This location has all you need, and for young adults starting out why would you go elsewhere. Prices better than Walmart and Target for sure

Poor inventory management. Online it showed there is one on stock. We called and confirmed before going. When we went, store clerk said their computer showed one but actually nothing in the back. Such a waste of trip and time.

I use it most for over the counter medicine and supplements, toiletries, kitchen items and common items like Tide, soap, garbage bags, foil, TP and such. If you know your prices, there are deals to be had. The staff are pleasant. No complaints.

I work here so i cant say anything really. I love the prices we have, my bosses are friendly and work with me and my health issues which is great.

I went in for a look with my BFF and was greatly surprised by the cool furniture, pillows, candles and so many more things. The staff were very friendly and attentive! :)

Nice stop for some off-brand snacks. This store is sadly understaffed each time I visit, which extends the visit time far beyond acceptable. Otherwise, this location is close to several other shops, and is an easy walk from the plaza.

Honestly, everything is either a great deal or way overpriced. No middle ground.

Not much in stock for fall or halloween, and there prices are getting high for alot of the food items! Not like they used to be!!

Bought 2 harbourtown recliners at great deal during thanks giving 2 years back. The recliners are still working well and i must say they r more than worth the price we paid.
