Most unprofessional and difficult company in Seattle to try to do business with. They are unresponsive and the quality of their lumber is horrible.They do not answer the phone or return voice mail. Ive been tying to contact them for over 2 weeks and cannot speak with someone even when I physically drive to the location.Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and overcharged for defective lumber. This company is rude, unprofessional and completely unresponsive. Its amazing how a company like this can stay in business.Potential Clients.... Run far... Run fast.

I thought I would check out the place as I hadn’t been there in a long time. I won’t be back.The sales staff were nice but they seemed incapable of processing a simple order - computer issues, knowledge issues. The place was empty except for staff. The yard help was slow and when I got back to the job site they had loaded the wrong material.

Have used BMC in Issaquah for buying materials several times over the last couple years and I am always so pleasantly surprised by their customer service. They have some of the most kind and helpful employees. Will definitely buy from BMC again and again. Thank you BMC!

Changing my post.Previously created by our office manager (a social media Juggernaut) after a frustrating experience I conveyed. Our old sales person from BMC quit and things went bad but they appear to be making it right.Today I met with Jim Mori the store manager and hopefully we got things worked out. Ill go 3 stars for now and see how things go with the rest of the order.

This is the only real lumber store in Issaquah. If you cant find something at the big box stores or need something above builder grade then BMC will either stock it or they can get it. Their trim and millwork section blows away theyre local competition.Open to the public.

Do they ever pick up the phone anymore? I have been a customer for years but i have tried calling a few times and it seems they never pick up.

When it comes to customer service bmc Issaquah is hands down the worst lumber yard iv been to. They truly don’t not care to help. I will never spend another dime here. Iv been here various times in the past 14 years since I started my company and only once have I had a good experience with a man who use to work in the millwork department that no longer exists. Prices are high to. Go to Dunn, go to chinook, go anywhere but here!

Is this place ever open? The last 2 times Ive driven here, theyve been closed during their normally posted business hours.Fortunately this lead me to discover that the other local chain has improved their selection of millwork, so I will no longer have to deal with these clowns.

Don’t know how BMC stays in business! Never answer the phone and people at counter are rude and inattentive. Stood at counter for 10 minutes before being helped because 2 people were helping one customer and two more were just B. S. Ing. I’ll never go there again. I can get more help at the Home Depot

This is a building supply place geared toward pros, so its best to at least have an idea about what you want before you start in on the people in the store. Their selection of many things you think you can find at Home Depot or Lowes is far better and of typically higher quality, plus they carry a whole host of specialty items you didnt know about which perform an awful lot better than the big box stuff. Plus, they have very capable people working in their custom shops who can order most anything and facilitate what you want pretty quickly ... if you have an idea of what you want.

Bad ass spot if you are getting BIG projects done at your house. Needed to add a beam in my garage and I needed help calculating the dimensions for the glue lam for the correct span. Had a very knowledgeable staff that was able to assist with that as well as give option just in case.

Go to trm in maple valley. BMC is high price and full of them selfs would give 0 stars if possible.

Great staff, helped me all the way to figuring out what type of materials would best suit my remodeling. Would absolutely recommend this place if you want to get things done right.

I like it, it maybe closes earlier and not open on Sunday, but this store has nice trim selection and it is always empty, just the way I like it.Kitchen cabinets department is pretty poor in my opinion, they sent me design blueprints and never replied after that, did not even get me a quote, so I decided not to proceed with them.

Since their customer person Frank is gone, their customer service is gone too. They forget and simply do not respond to requests. Waste of time.

There is a lot of wood here. If you love wood, as I do, then this is your place.

While they have a huge variety of materials, their customer service is terrible. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was for their selection of materials. Half the employees I talked to made me feel like I was burden, the others had little clue where materials where.
