I dont know what is going on with this company. At one time they were very reliable with good quality service. Recently I requested a quote for replacing three glass panes. The person never showed up. I called and he gave a lame excuse. I called several weeks later as I still had note received a quote. Tim said it would be done the following day. That was over a week ago. Very sad to see a company that has been in this area for so long with a good reputation become a company that has fallen to this.

Horrible follow through. A person came out to assess our needs, promised a quote but never delivered. I called a few weeks later and was promised a quote…still no quote. I’m ok if they don’t want my business, but at least communicate it. That’s just common respect. I’m looking elsewhere.

Kudos to Austin-came to the house during the time-frame that was given. Checked out the problem-found it-fixed it-gave idea on how to maintain the window!!

Tim and his crew look after the installation of our custom architectural glass for our clients in the south Seattle area. I have come to trust Tim and his team to handle difficult and challenging projects. Each client who has had our work installed have complimented the crew on a professional installation. This piece was installed today in Maple Valley 13 feet above the dining room floor. They did a great job. Thanks for being a company I can count on.

Was pleasantly surprised at their quick ability to come out and give me a quote, but after nearly 3 weeks and two follow-up calls inquiring about the status of this quote I have moved on and seeking business elsewhere. Very frustrating when both times on the phone I was assured Yes! I will get that quote emailed out to you right now!...and nothing.

Great people, really fair pricing.

Issaquah Glass professionalism ends on the phone. I had Tim in our home on Dec. 14 to quote two different shower door projects. The tiling is complete and are reading and wanting to make the purchase. He measured and told me that I would have a quote by the following day and they are usually about 2 weeks out for completion. 1 week later I phoned to inquire about the bid I did not receive. I spoke with Tim and heard that he was sick, really busy, very apologetic....on January 3 still no quote!! I phoned again, with an open mind because it was over the holiday. I spoke to someone who identified himself as the Commercial Sales Manager. He ASSURED me that he would personally look into this and get me a quote, taking my email address for a 3rd time. Today is Jan. 8, 5 days later and NO QUOTE!! I have been patient enough for simply getting a bid. Dont waste your time with Issaquah Glass, they clearly are not interested in small projects any longer.

Couldnt find better rates anywhere. Especially when it comes to custom fits. I was amazed at how little they charged for the extra large sliding door glass when the lawn mower threw a rock and shattered both panes. Quality glass too. Much thicker than the original glass.

Pretty hard to find their physical location . Was hard to get the phone answered and when I finally did show up the employee was about ready to leave although it was within their open hours. They did come through on my order and everything was as expected . price seemed reasonable

I was carrying my 4 year old son in the parking lot at Home Depot and a man driving an Isaquah Glass van nearly wiped us out. Extremely inconsiderate. I would never do business with such a person.
