This location is staffed with incompetent people. For consecutive times they “assumed” that my address was incorrect without making any delivery attempt. I have to come and pickup the packages and did not receive an explanation for their incompetence. And the staff tried to evade any questioning. Try to avoid this location.
My experience whenever I visit this location does not go well. All of my packages have their last stop at this location. And to my observation, they are always getting delayed and get delivered a few days later. If I visit to pick up my package the only explanation that I get from them is that the package is in the truck and they cannot give it to me. I wonder if all the packages are in the delivery truck what do they keep in such a big warehouse, empty boxes? And do not get me started on the rude tone of the customer representatives at this location.
FedEx customer service (my 2 day deliveries are 4 days late) told me that I could pick up my packages at the facility.When I arrived they werent there and said they would be delivered today because they were on the truck. Delivery never happened! They tell me my packages are on the truck but keep changing the status to the next day and say theyll be delivered by the same time.The facility rep (told me he was 6 months on the job) blamed the customer service rep, told me they werent trained properly and they were wrong. Nice! You know a company is in trouble when nobody has the right information and start blaming other employees!FedEx is the most unreliable shipping service! This isnt a first time issue with them. They always misquote delivery times and always seem to lie about the delivery status!If I wanted lies, I would have voted for Donald Trump in the last election!
The customer service at this center was bad. The front desk was not helpful. I paid for 2 days express shipment, but a week forward, I still havent received my parcel. Parcel arrived at the center on Monday, but have yet to deliver on Thursday. The status is on and off the truck everyday. Front desk said they are short-handed due to Covid. However, Covid didnt happen yesterday. It has been over a year now. Its poor planning, poor operation!
Had a horiffied experience. My pacakge of value $1500+ from Verizon was never delivered but marked as so. They even closed the case without contacting me, as if nothing happened.More to that:They notified me the package was delayed. I called the 1800 they advised me to pickup at this location. A lady there told me the package was here but she cant give to me because the shipper requested an address delviery. She said itll be delivered next day.The second day, the package again was delayed. I went there to pick up again, a gentlman told me its in a containment, but their workers didnt show up to work. So no way to locate it.The third day, I was minotoring the tracking status till 2pm, still shown as delayed with no known status. Suddenly at 3pm, I got a text message saying my package was delived in the front door. I went there, nothing was there. I checked the video hisotry, no fedex was ever that.I called to open a case. I also visited this location again and a lady said she will open an investigation with their security.One day later, when I called 1800, they told me the case is closed. But no progress was made. They even didnt attemp to contact me. I requested the re-open the case.Till today (a few days later), if I call in their system will just tell me the case is closed. A phone representive says I need to submit claim with the shipper.There was no proof of delivery, no signature (Verizon didnt request), no picture of delviery taken (They said Fedex never takes pictures). A broken system.Please be aware of their conduct. Dont use Fedex.
This place is a trip, like something out of the Twilight Zone. The place is poorly stocked, one of the clerks moves at the pace of a lost turtle, and the only service that is available is contempt.I walked in and there was one person in front of me and one at the counter. After 15 minutes the person at the counter who was mailing something simple was done, I ask for a box which should be stocked, but they are not keeping their cases stocked, and was told to wait. While I wait another 10 minutes for the clerk to check out the person in front of me seven more people stack up behind me. I get to the counter 25 minutes after walking in only to have the turtle clerk tell me I needed to go to the back of the line and package the contents by flopping two self-sticking tabs down. Then I get the contemptuous clerk who check me out at a brisk pace. This place is really weird.
This fedex location is incompetence personified. They repeatedly can’t deliver packages because of an “invalid address” when a search on Google maps or anything else shows that it is and has been a valid address for 5+ years. Avoid at all costs
FedEx is the WORST. Said they were gonna retain the package for 5 business days, visited on day 4 to pick it up but was told it’s returned to sender already, by a rude agent.No wonder UPS is much better than you

Our high end jewelry company chose FedEx as their trusted shipping company for my wedding ring. The delivery required a mandatory adult signature and to present identification in order to receive our package. When a notification came through that it had been delivered and signed for, we were literally sick to our stomach and went into a state of panic.The FedEx driver negligently failed to adhere to not only the delivery note stating where access to our front door is, but to FedExs Adult Signature Required Policy.Stating:FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address who is at least the age of majority (no longer a minor) in the destination country. Government-issued photo identification or other identification customarily accepted by local authorities is required. If there is no eligible recipient at the address, FedEx may reattempt the delivery. For U.S. deliveries, the recipient must be 21 years of age and present government-issued photo identification.Instead, our extremely valuable package ($7000) was left in our alley where weve previously had packages stolen and the driver then proceeded to forge my partners signature. This is not only against FedExs own policy, its illegal.To top off a horrible FedEx experience, the apparent lack of care and severity of what had happened by the FedEx representative was confirmed when I later received a voicemail rudely stating that the driver left the package at the back door and to check our back door for our missing package. Thankfully we were working from home today and were able to secure the package. How many other people havent been as fortunate?
New rules but they dont tell you that on there phone system or website!!!Must show proof of business address with YOUR NAME attached to the business. So if you better have a business card with your name and address on it. The lady who helped me was very nice, her supervisor was rude!!

Wearing a mask doesnt keep you nor anyone else from getting a virus less deadly than the flu. The only real heroes are those who stand up for Liberty and freedom! Update 12/15/17:I came in today to ship a package and chose to spend my money here only because of my prior experiences with the employee I see here whose name is Lisa. I will never ship using UPS or USPS again just because of this employee. Just walking in here and having her immediately always be so kind and courteous and respectful of my time just really gets my day started off on a happy note. Ive always been a person who prioritizes quality over convenience. With doctors, clothing stores, restaurants, or anything else, I will travel as far as I need to, to spend my money at a quality place. FedEx is already a reliable shipping service in itself although I certainly wouldnt say that FedEx one-ups any of its competitors in terms of reliability on shipping so it is definitely only just this employee and the experiences that I have had every single time Ive come in that make this place quality and give it a one up on its competitors. Even just sitting here, updating my review I have now seen three people walk out, and all of them still smiling walking to their car. Its joy that cant be bought, she is a genuinely kind employee who brightens peoples day and I hope FedEx pays her well because, at least for me, although Im sure that there are probably others, she is the only thing that makes me always come here. If it werent for her I would be going online comparing prices and shipping with whichever company (FedEx,UPS,USPS,DHL) offered to ship at the cheapest price.Love coming here to ship my items. They dont mind taping your box closed for you, and even helping you pack it if you need help. The employees are always courteous and respectful of my time. This is my favorite shipping center in the area.

It seems like the only people that review here are ones that have had bad experiences. I walked in with my not able to be delivered notice and my license and had no issue at all. The woman that helped me was pleasant and warm.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The man working the counter was extremely rude and condescending. I went to try and ship a monitor to my old place of work, which he refused to do. I would normally not write a review and get on with my life, but I felt I needed to do my part as a fellow human to warn others of this Fedex and its angry, rude employee.
FedEx does a great job of shipping, but there is one person who works here who really needs to move on. Constantly grumpy, unhelpful and with a bad attitude. I have never caught her name but good luck to you if you have to work with her.
I just visited this ship center this morning. The clark behind the counter was very rude with condescending tone all through my service. First he asked my phone number, and I gave it to him and also said it is on my account. He said I asked you for a reason. Then I asked if I can include a prepaid return shipping label. He said NO. Apparently, he just did not know how to do it. Then once other clark showed him how he can do the return label, he said it did not have Fedex One price on the return label. I just didnt know what to believe, his ability to do his job or the Fedex system did not allow him to do his job. I use this location often. My previous experiences were very positive until today. If this man does not like his job, he should go find his dream job, and instead to make me feel bad for the day.
I had a bad experience today with customer service with FedExs call center. I had a notification of a delivery exception, and tried to find out what had happened. I was given bad information by the call center rep, and promised something this location could not deliver. Instead of just leaving me wondering and angry when that promise fell through, I got a call from the team here, who explained what went wrong and took ownership of the problem.They couldnt get it fixed today, and let me know the legitimate reasons why. They then told me what they were doing to fix it within what they could do and what to expect to see happen. While the circumstances were frustrating, when the Issaquah team called me I actually got the answers I was looking for, presented professionally, and was satisfied even though it wasnt the answer I had been promised by the FedEx call center or what I wanted to hear. This is what good customer service looks like.

This was the worst experience of my life! I am never shipping from FedEx ever again. At this location the Nancy who “helped” me didn’t accept any forms of my ID and I gave her numerous forms. She didn’t explain anything clearly, and so I was very confused the entire time. She didn’t give me any information on how I was supposed to pick up my package and so I wasted 2hrs if my day showing up to this facility to receive nothing. Personally I would fire Nancy for her incompetence, but that isn’t my decision. Like I said before terribly customer service, lack of knowledge of how the company works, and overall extremely irritating. If I could I would rate this negative stars.

This is the main freight office and the only facility in the Eastside that accepts Hazmat shipments (as far as I know). The front desk is understaffed at times, so the wait time can be quite long. Otherwise, they are quite helpful with any large shipments.

Always changing the dates and delaying items I paid $40.00 overnight shipping for and they think its ok to just delay items that are packed with ice packs to whatever date they like and will not call me back or answer the phone. This has turned out the worst fedex in the area!

Worst possible customer service.Office is a single incompetent employee who creates 50min line out of 3 people to just drop of a package with prepaid label and is on a serious power trip arguing with customers on anything, from the way how the tape attached to the package to misalignment of the label and being rude in general.End result - she simply shipped my package to the return address for unclear reason. I wish I had an option to use UPS instead but prepaid label did not leave me with choice of carriers.

Can’t be very sure but try coming late?What happens if the truck comes after 7, we can’t give you the package, and would be returned back to shipper? Really?On top of that the front desk lady is SO SO RUDE as if I’m asking a kidney of hers…FedEx needs to hire employees that are willing to help the customer, not just trying to kick them away out of the door. I received a package and although I didnt recognize the sender, I decided to open the box to check out its contents. The contents of the package was odd - something we definitely did not purchase. No packaging slip either. It was most likely a scam. I called up Fedex customer service who was nice and cordial to let me know that I can just return by drop it off at any FEDEX location for no charge at all.I did what I was told to do. Went to FEDEX Issaquah to return the package. The person on-duty at the front desk was April. I explained the conversation I had with the FEDEX customer service. Did she listen well? Nope. She was very mean, rude, loud - demanding that I had to pay the shipping cost (just because I opened the box). Even if I told her that this may be a possible scam, she even suggested that I call the sender - Why would I call the sender if this is a possible scam? Ridiculous!To the management of FEDEX Issaquah: Please do something about your front-end customer service - esp. April. My visit to your office was not pleasant. The unnecessary rudeness I got from her was uncalled for. If she is truly a customer representative, she needs to serve with patience and graciousness. Even if she has her own personal issues/struggles, she still has to be mindful not to vent it to innocent customers.

Terrible customer service. Driver doesn’t deliver packages. Claims delivered and doesn’t. Claims incorrect address undeliverable sends package back to sender. We don’t have these problems with usps or ups.

My deliveries always, always got somewhat trouble when through this shipping center. I try to avoid using here most of the time.
They dont use door tags, until its your final notice, and when they come to your unit they dont knock. They do not treat new residence in the apartment complexes well, it is like we create more work or something. They said I had 5 days to pick up my package or they are shipping it off on the 5th day, when they are closed on Sunday but count that as a hold day. All this after we requested a delivery time they did not stick to.

I had to ship a medical test kit and the packaging materials/instructions were unclear. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I simply wanted to ask if it was okay to put bubble-wrap package inside the provided cardboard packaging envelope before placing it inside the provided plastic packaging envelope that had the shipping label.The response from the person was “we don’t assist with packaging here, step aside and return when you are ready to ship your package.” When I responded again asking that I just wanted clarification that it was okay to place the contents in the cardboard envelope she proceeded to read shipping instructions that I was provided to me verbatim as if I hadn’t read the instructions 20 times already.Frustrated to be treated so rudely as if I were completely incompetent, I shoved the bubble wrap packaging inside the cardboard envelope, placed it in the plastic sleeve, sealed it and began to leave at which point she made the remark that I was “breaking the rules” putting the bubble wrap packaging with blood vials into the provided cardboard envelope…That’s why I was asking for advice/clarification lady!
