Terrific help from sales staff with yarn, fantastic array of choices, great sale prices!

Prices are very high and selection is not that great. Joanns is better.

There are so many ideas for projects to keep you busy as the weather gets cold. I made this the other day to keep me off the streets.

Ordered curbside pickup. Youre supposed to park in front of the building. We didnt realize but they still found us! Quick service and they had a great sale going on.

Yarn selection was big but was able to find a few I needed. Did find a few of the other things we were looking for. Over all not a bad trip.

Didnt purchase anything I couldnt get help. 0 associates and the 1 or 2 I DID find in the cricket Joy aisle which is what I was purchasing had no clue about the product nor did they have any interest in finding anybody who did. So I went and purchased it at Walmart

The store seems well stocked except for the Happy Planner Aisle. Lots of very nice home decor

They need to make sure they are stocking and pricing their products correctly. The shelves need to be checked to make sure of that. Went to buy candles and there was a full section of them in front of a sale sticker that apparently werent supposed to be there. I took the associate back and showed her and all I got wasWell they are in the wrong spot. Gee really. We had four boxes and only bought one because we were told they couldnt sell them to us for the sale price. They need to pay attention. There were a lot of candles in the wrong place. I dont usually shop there because of the prices and this just gives me another reason.

Love going in here. Friendly associates that like to help.Could have more of a selection, but the space doesnt accommodate that.

Only place around the Ithaca area that has craft supplies on hand. Really the prices are decent on most items. You can always find a deal on something from the clearance racks( lots of them) my only itch is all the things like tools for any kinds of hobby are literally like 2-3x higher than online. Also they are just about all bottom Barrel bargin quality. Sure they have some high end art supplys but 35-50 bux for some cast leather punches is lameo🤨😎

The staff here is super helpful. They have good programs for crafty people. We recently did a cupcake decorating class and it was fun.

If you need anything they have it. Love this store.

I had never been in Michaels before, but I came to find a specific item for my daughter. There were not many associates available, but the ones that I finally found were talking among themselves & not helpful when I asked them a question. They directed me to several different areas of the store, but did not search with me or get another associate to help me. I came across two other associates and they, too, directed me to different areas, but were not helpful. The checkout line (the only one available) had 5-6 customers & I knew it would be a lengthy wait. I put the item back & left the store. I probably wont shop there again. I wasnt impressed with this store!

When they have good deals on stickers for scrapbooking and scrapbook papers, but they barely have any yarns

I have never had a problem coming into this store ever. Everyone is always super nice and helpful;however, when I came into today and I went through the check out I was checked out by a employee named, brandy. I work in customer service orientated business so I know its hard and I get you have a bad days. But this employee was yawning and coughing . Complaining about how she wanted to be off. And treating me and my sister like we had no idea what we were doing.

Its a Michaels, so you know what to expect. The folks seem friendly and able to help. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is it seems the weekend class leaders either dont have time to prepare and just dont prepare. Weve been there twice for kid classes and the leader was reading the directions as we were doing the crafts. As someone who has taught various classes, I would hate to go into a class without having prepared before.

I always end up getting things I didnt plan on buying it doesnt break the bank! I usually end up spending what I would have saved but it is worth it. Michaels always delights with every holiday, season and craft opportunity. I was happy to see sales on Halloween and Christmas items making it easy to get a head start. I was able to get Halloweens costume supplies for the four of us us for $22. I call that a big win! Thank you Michaels for making my holiday prep easy and affordable.

This store has a large selection of materials. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My daughter and granddaughter were able to obtain all of the materials they needed for a project. Thank you!

Lots of variety and generally some good sales. I like the educational toys available for kids of all ages.

Customer service is the bomb. They generally have anything crafty im in search of. For my wedding we created incredibly nerdy decor by hand. Mind you it was basic crafts like painting, baking, organic looking succulent arrangements and hot glueing. They had everything we needed and more.

An artist heaven! They are low on some supplies but it’s understandable during the holiday. Customer Service is excellent and I will definitely be a frequent shopper here.

We found lack of staff here. We were looking for the slime workshop thing which every michaels have on weekends for kids but it wasnt here. To ask to a staff we walked here and there and finally have to walk down the cashing counter to ask one of the cashier. It is located at a very convenient spot in the mall. It is big. But if you are not helped it is not easy to find something when you are here the first time.

Quality products some seem expensive but also some great deals if you know how to spot bargains.

Almost always have just what I need at a great price!

Tip: if youre buying Prisma color pencil, look at the unsharpen end to see if its centered. If not, dont buy it (it will continuously break when sharpening). (The top one is centered and the bottom one is not)

Lots of good crafting stuff but I didnt find my favorite oil paints or brushes, or even that large a selection of canvases or painting boards...

I liked it when they were downtown better. I liked the 2 dollar grab boxs. And they had a lot of clearence but it is expensive still at both locations

There were no gummy worms. I desperately wanted gummy worms as I checked out. If it werent for the distinct lack of gummy worms, I would have given a three to four star rating.
