I went in to get party supplies for a graduation party coming up in August, I was surprised the selection of balloons they had was very limited! Due to the colleges graduating, you would think the store would restock their balloon supply for our high schoolets or even grades schoolers moving up ceremonies.

This place has always got a lot of really decent party stuff. They range from the exquisite and rather expensive specialty stuff, do your basic party supplies for pretty cheap. I like the range of choices.

I do delivery for shipt. The woman whom I’m assuming is some sort of manager is quite rude. Woman with long dirty blonde hair. I had 2 orders to deliver. I asked for both. The cashier asked if I wanted to deliver one and come back. I said no I think they’ll both fit, if not I’ll bring one (meaning I’ll come back and do what she suggested) the woman with the long blonde hair proceeded to sigh and say “you realize you already claimed both” I realize I’m not the customer but that type of attitude makes me not want to deliver for them or shop for them for my own needs, which I do for my children’s parties. I responded “I understand that. I’ve been doing this. While, I’d come back for the other” she didn’t apologize or acknowledge that I said anything

All the stuff is very expensive ended

Staff is very friendly and helpful, lots of different options for any kind of party. Best party supply selection Ive found.

This is such a nice party city. It is very clean, it has never been busy during any of my visits, and they have an incredible variety of items for sale. They have more than I ever realized there, including sports fan makeup and horror makeup year round, which was very helpful.

I love going here when I need party supplies. They have an amazing selection of pinatas, gift bag stuffers, and candy! Just walking in and seeing how massive their selection is is a bit overwhelming but kind of reassuring at the same time because chances are if you need it for a party you can find it there.

Its a nice store but the customer service to go get the costumes was there got one costume an wasnt no where to be found after that

Good when you are looking for something specific like silver plastic knives for your Edward Scissorhands costume, lets say... Somthing like a morphsuit that would be $20 at Target will run you $40 here, but again, you are paying for convenience and specificity

Wanted to return two items two weeks after I bought them (just because I had no use for them anymore). Didnt know if they would provide a refund or store credit or nothing -- they gave me a full refund and did it in less than a minute! Customer service was wonderful. Would buy from here again.

Lou was exteremly rude and condescending to both of his employees right in front of me while I was checking out. He also snapped at me when I tried to intervene to clarify my purchase. I will never shop here again and I will be reporting him to the company rep. Very poor customer service and labor relation skills on his part.

We handle party goods on a scale not found in Japan. At first glance, it looks like Toys R Us, but there are no toys. Its a good place to buy cosplay goods. It might be fun to have children, but its not very useful for regular students.
