DON’T WORRY about any of the complaints about mean staff because they’ve all been fired lol. The new employee Christina is so incredibly sweet and made what could have been a stressful trip super easy! I came in with a shopping list for bleaching my hair and she grabbed all the best things in 30 seconds and made me feel super comfortable and confident about all the torture I was about to inflict on my scalp 😁 If you want to do anything to your hair GO TO THIS STORE and at least you’ll have a head start!

Dont expect good advice at this store !!!!! Especially when the worker has purple overprocessed hair trying to tell you how bad your hair looks and what products i should be using. Sallys pick some better looking staff not like they stepped out the trailer park

Walking in, I was greeted cheerfully by the staff. They offered to help me, but I immediately saw what I needed. They were super nice when conducting the purchase, and were very knowledgeable about the item I was trying to purchase. Buying was quick and easy, and I left very satisfied.

Showed up at 10:15 no one was there it was still closed. So I left came back at 10:30 the lady finally showed up to open store watched a customer go in and back out. Went to go in and the door is locked so no one can get in. They need to find someone who can get to work on time and actually wants customers come in.

I visited Ithaca last week! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this store! I have been to other Sally stores and this was one of the nicest ones I have ever been to! There was a young lady who immediately greeted me with a warming hello and pleasant smile! I was looking for a certain product and she helped me find it and told me what else to use that would help my skin look better! Again, Praises to the blonde that helped me I believe her name was Keesa. We need more people like her, also, the prices were very reasonable!

I was able to find what I was looking for on my own thankfully as the sales help was not too helpful

They charge you for conditioner packets when youre not looking to meet their quotas. Check your receipts

This store is very deceptive in the pricing. They list one price, but charge you a higher one if you are not a member. The cashiers did not explain the policy.
