Our installer was amazing!!! Super fast, beautiful job, and friendly. He should get a huge raise. He made efforts to ensure the job was finished completely even though he initially wasn’t sent the quarter round or the t-joiners. We were very very happy with the installation and it looks great.

We had new carpet installed the end of Sept 2018 . We were happy with installer, also happy with having the carpet installed soon after we placed the order . We used a different company in 2015 install a great quality carpet in house we sold recently . We changed to warehouse carpet in Ithaca. We took in a piece of the carpet had installed for a example of what quality we wanted . We were told the quality was better than the sample we took with us . So we agreed and had new carpet installed in our new house . We noticed at the time this carpet was not as plush as the carpet we had installed in our house we had soldWe use our house 7 months a year. Its been two years or 14 months since we have had carpet in our new house. We called Joe in Ithaca and told him that the carpet was matting in some areas. They had company person come out and lookat it. He agreed this should not be happening. He took several pictures to show compamy. Joe called and said we needed to have a professional carpet cleaner to clean carpet. So I called this company and talked to representative about this issue. I was told that would be a waste of our money. So I called Joe back in Ithaca, he was not available and I was told that he would call me back shortly. Its been 2 weeks now. This whole issue is the cost of the carpet was less expensive than competition. That should have been a red flag for me. We got what we paid for, a lower grade carpet. We would pay more money for a good quality carpet. (Dissatisfied)Doug Mount

We were trying to match other carpeting, and he accessed the records from six years ago, making the process very easy. He was patient and professional in explaining everything. Last month, we had some flooding at our house and needed some carpet replaced in our basement. Mitch did a fantastic job guiding us towards carpet that would meet our budget and needs; plus Eddie and his crew were fast and efficient when installing our carpet. We installed 2 new carpets through our Ithaca store and worked with Mitch and Miles. We had a great experience, they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Installation went well, and we will definitely be back for future flooring.

Installation team was very fast and obviously knew what they were doing. They recommended the installation of a sub-flooring to eliminate lines which were showing through the old carpeting from plywood underneath. Very competent crew. Some confusion though as to whom was supposed to replace a doorway threshhold - but that could have been a communication issue.

I would like to compliment EDDIES CREW for their excellent work in installing new carpet in our home. Among other things there were 6 different doorways to work around and each one was completed with excellent workmanship.

A great flooring store

Joe (store manager) was amazingly patient with our never ending demands. We got a new floor installed in our basement and Mark our installer did a fantastic job. They were also compatitive from price stand point. Were greatful that they didnt reflect the price difference on us as our project run over the original agreed price. We are highly recommending them.

These guys are great. We used them like 30 times in the past and never an issue. They can come over and measure and give you an estimate, or estimate over the phone, and they also install.
