While Ive never had a bad interaction with the pharmacists, this CVS takes much longer than is normal to actually fill prescriptions, on avg 5 days. Pretty inconvenient for a person needing meds o.O
The folks here are so nice. I dont have experience with the pharmacy so I cant speak to that part. But the people at the checkout are always terrific. Its been this way for years - Ive often remarked what a friendly place this CVS is. When I got my vaccine recently I learned two of their names: Kimberly and Sarah. People like them really make you feel like youre at a friendly neighborhood store - they greet you warmly and are happy to help you with whatever you need. I really appreciate them and pretty much everyone at this CVS.
Exquisite place. Got my vaccine here. Has a bus stop right outside with pretty cherry blossoms - but that’s beside the point: the staff are nice and one of them sweetly looked through his log for the day when I forgot my name in an entranced state. Would visit again. Xoxo
Nice people, good front end service, but I have NEVER been able to get an Rx filled here without some sort of delay, even when they say it will be, or is ready :-(They really need more pharmacy staff...
Pharmacists are consistently impatient and rude on the phone. Pattern of frequent mistakes. I would recommend any other pharmacy in town.
All cvs cares about is money
They have really gone downhill in the past year. Prescriptions are never filled on time anymore, even the ones that are automatically scheduled. The app said my script was being filled on Oct. 30. Four days later, I called to check on it and they said it will be expedited and a 90-minute wait. Just not worth the hassle.
Honestly one of the worst — if not THE WORST — pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I came here for college and this one was the closest. Multiple times I have called ahead before going to the store asking if they can have my order ready by a set amount of time, and the guy tells me yes, gets my name down, tells me how long and when I get there they say they didn’t get any record of that. I had called an hour earlier just to make sure it was ready.A terrible, terrible pharmacy with inexperienced staff. Once the cashier had me wait half an hour until one of the pharmacy technicians realized my medicine had been ready the whole time in front of them in their baskets. How can you not keep track of federal/prescribed drugs? Is the pharmacy in shambles? I think so
Rudest staff possible, slow and sloppy. Took a week to get one item of my prescriptions filled, gave me a call to let me know my prescription was ready but it was not. Stay away.
A woman named Destiny was extremely rude to my friend who simply asked to not buy medication she did not need. Destinys response was its up to the pharmacist while shaking her head. Soooo that means a pharmacist has the power to withhold life saving medication if my friend did not purchase medication she did not need or want? This seems illegal and immoral and someone at this company should talk to Destiny simply so others dont feel vulnerable and extorted when they are already sick and in pain. Our Healthcare system is bad enough dont you think? The one star is also because the multiple times we have been told come at a certain date and time only to be told to come back in an hour. As if we do not work or live distances away, and understand that we must comply because.....its medicine.
Pharmacy is incompetent. They can’t figure out simple billing, and are frequently rude and give me mean looks, and loudly shouted out one of prescriptions which was very personal. They also refused to provide medical equipment which the location within target has no problem providing.I highly recommend folks go to the target CVS, where the staff are lovely and know what they are doing, and I never get weird looks and snide comments about my medications
Why in the world do you refuse to collect a sample covid test at the window because I am riding a bicycle? Even though I had an appointment. So no car = no test! Thats weird. Why make it so difficult to be tested?WellCare down the road collect samples indoor, cant you do it through the drive through window?
If your car breaks down and you’re stranded right next to this location and need to ask a question about prescriptions you have to take or you’ll die,.... keep walking and take the chance of death over trying to communicate with anyone in the pharmacy. Walk downtown to Natures Apothecary and get help with your prescriptions or just accept death as your fate.
Drove 30 minutes into town to pick up prescriptions tonight and when I got there they had closed (8:04 pm). I told the pharmacist that the website said they were open until 9:00 pm. The pharmacist rudely said, Take it up with corporate; Ive got to go. She put her keys in her bag, and walked out the back door! The cashier said they changed their hours in January, but the website still had the old hours. If you have the choice, take your prescriptions to Wegmans instead. The pharmacy there treat people nicely!
Dont buy milk here. Or any other groceries for that matter. So many out of date items. Also, they are apparently unable to reliably maintain inventory of common medications, going for many weeks without acquiring any new stock. At which point I switched pharmacies and havent returned.
Great customer service, no significant issues except for an unfortunate drug shortage (which isnt their fault, but the manufacturers). Far better service and fill times than their competitor down the road. My husband and I have been regular CVS customers for years and well keep coming back!
They text me 20 times and say my prescription is ready so I go in to pick it up and it’s not ready or not even available at all every single time. Worthless employees.
This is a new experience. First they take hours to fill your prescription. Then when you show up AFTER the time they told you it is not ready. The CVS management thinks that all the sheep will just calmly accept it. Total losers.Pharmacy customer service? Not here. Called and asked about shingles vaccine. It is on a back order. IS there a waiting list? No. Yet other CVSs have waiting lists. The person on the other side was not interested in helping.....
DO NOT DEVELOP YOUR FILM HERE!! This is the most disappointed experience ever!! We send four volumes negatives to this CVS 4 weeks ago. They only returned us 3. One of them just lost. LOST! Not to mention the low quality of the printed photo and they will not return you negatives.
Manager in front has a terrible attitude.
Great drive through. That and the text notifications app makes getting meds really fast.
I love CVS! Great sales, great prices and lots to choose from.
Friendly staff both associates and pharmacy. Standard CVS with better employees. Beer selection is a bit limited and contraceptives are a bit pricy.
The pharmacist and staff were very rude. Do what you can to avoid this location, they clearly hate their jobs.
Worst pharmacy ever. I needed a prescription filled on a Saturday. It was an emergency and I just renewed my insurance and they wouldnt let me on Friday when i already renewed it because they said I needed a new prescription from my doctor because of my renewal they said I needed a new one. My doctors office is closed on the weekends but they have an answering service and got me through to my doctor who sent in the new prescription. I called CVS at 4pm and they said they were working on it now and that it would be ready in one-hour. I came in 5 minutes before they close at 6 and she acted like she couldnt find it or that they never got it. My birthday was the next day and I was planning on leaving town the night before but I need my meds. Finally she found it and told me she cant fill it because they were closing and Id have to come back tomorrow. This ruined my entire birthday plans. I would have tried to get there sooner but I had to work and they said it would be ready in an hour which should have been an hour before. This did not only ruin my birthday but ruined my state of health I was in mentally and physically. If I could give them 0 stars and sue them I would. What a horrible experience. I have been getting my meds from there forever and the only person who was ever nice to me was a pharmacist named Nathan. All the rest give me a super judgemental attitude as if I enjoy and want or chose my medical condition. I will never go back to that pharmacy, store, or any other cvs ever again.
Usually very nice staff in the store and the pharmacy, however they can be unhelpful/unfriendly in the pharmacy, especially when its busy. Still, that is no excuse for not being professional. Overall, a positive experience.
The woman at the drive through is very rude ! This is your job u get paid to do this ... nobody owes u a favor u should be nice to your customers !!!
Great pharmacy. Friendly helpful staff.
I was surprised at how rude and unprofessional the manager was. Much better customer service at the other pharmacies around town.
Great store, has almost everything you will ever need!
Friendly helpful staff
