Jaimie at All Stone & Tile was extremely prompt in getting back to me when I needed my bathroom sink replaced after it cracked. She was able to schedule a repair for a day later. The two young guys who did the repair were very kind and professional, and seemed to have a good time working with each other. The repair itself seems flawless. Thanks!

My wife and I had new quartz counter tops installed by All Stone and Tile last May and were extremely pleased with both the process and the results. They were very helpful and informative, with an extensive showroom, in our decision making. they acted promptly and made sure we approved of the quartz before fabrication. Randys laser measurements were extremely accurate and, with Dan and his helpers work, the final result exceeded our expectations in every detail. They went out of their way to provide good service, including some weekend work. We recommend All Stone and Tile without hesitation.

It took 4 months to get a piece of tile cute and ready that was originally said to take 2-3 weeks. Phone calls were rarely if ever returned. We were told the tile was done and arrived to pick it up and one of the holes was not drilled, so it wasn’t done. When it was actually done, I inquired about all the mishaps with their service and timeline, 3/4 of the people basically denied it and argued what I was saying was wrong. They blamed another employee who was fired, but that is their business not our responsible as a customer. 1 manager said a poorly expressed sorry, but otherwise never took responsibility for the non-returned phone calls or how awfully long it took. We will never go there again, what a headache. This company does not know how to do business.

All Stone & Tile is the most professional vendor I’ve done business with in recent memory. I’ll be recommending them to anyone looking for related craftsmanship. Thanks for helping me out on a tight timeline and still providing value and excellent craftsmanship.

I’ve used this place for two jobs at my house. While the selection of material seems to be excellent, I have never run into an operation managed as poorly as this one.With the first job, communication seemed somewhat shaky throughout (never getting called back in a timely fashion; being told conflicting things by different individuals), and they had to remove and re-cut a counter because they had cut it incorrectly the first time. Although this took a lot of time and it was a headache, I just chalked it up to “anyone can make mistakes.“ So, when we needed some slate for our kitchen, we thought we’d try them again. What a blunder that was!We never got past getting the materials on the second job, even though we attempted to work with them for a dozen or so weeks. Similar to another negative comment from a customer above, we found stone, and they put our name on it. We asked for a price; we were given a ridiculous price, and then a couple of days later someone different gave us a completely different price. Additionally, there were some other pieces that we were told were available—later they reneged after going back and forth several times, in the end saying we couldn’t have them. We have told them what we wanted the slate for, created and brought in our own template for cutting it, and asked simply for a price to cut it and to put an edge on it. Well, you’d think we were asking for heaven and earth.After MANY phone calls, visits, and attempts to get some answers, we finally gave up on this place. We were repeatedly lied to about unimportant things, such as whether or when another employee would be in to give us information and the availability of certain pieces of stone. We are very reasonable people – not difficult clients at all – but they treated us as if they really didn’t care one bit about our business. And these were not isolated encounters – this went on for weeks and weeks.If you want customer service, or even if you just want to buy a product at this place, save yourself the headache. All Stone and Tile place is an extreme embarrassment.

I have used All Stone and Tile for multiple jobs. The last house we lived in they did an amazing garage floor coating that was incredible for 7 years - never an issue. We moved and our new house we bought 3 years ago, they also come and did the garage floor coating. I cant say enough good things about their dependability, timeliness, professionalism and the overall workmanship of the finished job! Highly recommend.

Competent, friendly and both the sales lady (Kelly) and the owner went overboard to make sure that I was well satisfied with my granite countertops. The sales lady understood the color combination I was trying to achieve in my kitchen renovation and she worked tirelessly to find me (an obscure) granite color that was just perfect for us!The owner, Randy, even came to our little house to make sure that it was all installed correctly and on-time.I HIGHLY recommend these people.

Counter staff were very helpful. Sales folks do design consultation as well and really came through in some last minute ordering help. Big selection with lots of natural stone slabs out front. See it from 13 but enter from behind.

All Stone and Tile just replaced our entire kitchen counters with granite and I am extremely pleased with their service in every aspect. They were terrific in the showroom; listening to our needs and budget and were able to design and plan a project around that. They came to our home to measure and layout the counters for fabrication in their shop and the gentleman was very polite, professional, and thorough. They invited me to the fabrication shop to see the slab of granite before they cut, shaped, and polished it and gave me a tour of the shop. They have this amazing high-tech stone cutter / shaper / polisher machine that is really impressive.When they came to install, the guys were very considerate and careful of the rest of the home, placing protective covering on the floors and making sure they did not dirty or damage anything. The installers were friendly, professional, and got the project done in a single day.I agree that the other two reviews on this page must have been posted by a competitor in the area, because All Stone and Tile is highly professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. I highly recommend them!

This company sells nice materials and has excellent equipment but its very poorly run. When we selected a piece of stone for a small counter top everyone in the shop appeared to know which piece we wanted and they would make sure it was going to be labelled. When I had not heard from them after 5 weeks I visited them to find out about the status of the job. It turned out that the stone we had selected was now committed to another customer. After a long wait, an offer to pick out another piece and various discussions it was finally concluded that there was enough material for both jobs. Then the waiting continued. Weeks pass by without any progress. Several requests to have more firm information about a possible delivery date were never answered despite promises to talk with the owner, who appears to be the only one to decide on planning but apparently never does, and to call me back with an expected date. The staff are left struggling with the only option to keep the client waiting with false promises and the excuse that there are other jobs for apparently more important customers. The staff is trying to be helpful but they are kept in the dark about whats going on and can therefore not provide any useful information.

Great shop for selecting tile and granite. I am a designer and rely on the help I receive from the staff at All Stone and Tile for information regarding the application and installation. They provide me with samples and welcome me and my clients to spend as much time as we need to make selections. The shop now supplies quartz products which have become as popular as granite for countertops.

Pretty good quality, everything in there in pricey.If you have the budget, go there!
