Guys are absolutely awesome showed me what I needed but I did not realize it until I got home

I went there after a referral for bathroom renovation supplies. I expect that if I work with an actual person that I would get a minimal level of customer service. Its been like pulling teeth. We have to continuously call her to follow up, since she doesnt call back or return emails. Then we ordered a bathtub that we ended up pretty much researching ourselves and she didnt tell us that we needed a drain/overflow for that model, so when we got it, the plumber couldnt install it. We ordered the item and Ive been waiting a month for it now. Last week when I called (since I had not heard anything yet) she said It would come yesterday or today. I didnt hear a thing, so called again. Now they say it should arrive next week. In the mean time we have no bathroom. I should have gone with Lowes, I get better service there.

Needed some electric wire they were cheaper than anywhere I could find it and they had it in stock.

Helped me set up a pressure test kit for a radiant floor system after 5pm.

Great place to stop and grab home improvement projects.The employees are very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Generally these start stores are amazing! They are staffed by guys who work in the trades for years and then many have worked for this company almost as long they are very good at giving information about home repairs and they have or can get most of the things that you need definitely see them!

They didnt carry the manufacturer of the part I needed, but they told me about another store nearby that .. Did. Im up and running the same-day thanks to that freely given advice. Thats not just 5 stars, thats a 10 !
