The only drawback to these slippers is that I can only wear one pair at a time. Theyre comfortable, warm, chic and durable. On that last point: Im a large person, and Im active. So, when I say theyre durable, you can be rest assured Ive put half a decade into a pair of slippers worn daily in the colder months and been impressed with the results. In addition, the owners are kind, generous people who actually care about both their customers and their products.Do yourself a favor--dont waste time and money on cheaper options. You get what you pay for, as exemplified by Ithaca Sheepskin. You wont regret it.

This review is about more than just the products that the good folks at Ithaca Sheepskin make... it’s about the people that run it. I bought my pair of their sheepskin slippers over two years ago, with Christmas money I was given. I searched the internet for about two hours before picking them out. Mine felt about a half size small the first time I put them on, so I called with my concern. I was told the always stretch out a bit and to give them a chance and if they continued to feel small, I could return them for a little larger size. They did quickly break in and have fit perfectly ever since. I have referred four friends in buying these over the past two years. One did get slippers markedly too small and she exchanged them for a bigger pair that she has loved ever since. All of my friends, along with myself, swear these are the most comfortable, cozy and well made slippers we’ve ever had. As with any clothing, sometimes things don’t quite fit, if so, exchange them. Odds are you won’t need to, but the owners at Ithaca Sheepskin are simply the best you’ll ever find in friendliness and standing behind the amazing hand crafted goods they make. On a final note... after two years of wearing my slippers at least half the days out of each year, every stitch is still in place, they show almost no real signs of wear on the leather only soles, and are more comfortable than ever. They really are the best sheepskin slippers anywhere!

We found this company In search of a cozy American made pair of slippers, I received my sheepskin slippers in the mail yesterday and have not taken them off! My husband bought them for me to comfort me while I undergo surgery in 2 weeks, and I’m so glad he did. They are so soft, so warm, and feel so amazing on! I love them so much! Customer service was impeccable, they ask to allow for 4-6 weeks for shipping-my husband reached out and asked for a faster timeframe due to my operation-and they gladly made it happen for us! I love this company and cannot wait to buy a hat! Beautiful product, and a very happy customer am I!Also, most importantly MADE IN AMERICA!!!!

I received a pair of their slippers for a Christmas gift from my wife. She purchased the correct size (M12), but the slippers were very small. I understand they want the slippers to fit snuggly, but they were quite small -- to the point where my toes are curled under. This makes them obviously uncomfortable, but the leather strap that outlines the bottom of the foot is is now under my heels. So, when I walk, Im standing on the leather strap, which compounds the discomfort of the curled toes. The slippers were clearly marked with a 12 on the bottom, so this is what was intended. Ive had numerous other pairs of sheepskin leather slippers, and these are by far the worst, and Im astounded by the numerous good reviews. They are clearly well made, and Im very grateful for the gift, but I wouldve needed at least a full size up just to be snug. If you buy these, definitely buy a larger size.

Although I have never actually shopped at Ithaca NY store, I have purchased many sheepskin items online including several custom made just for me. My favorite custom made items are my slippers, my hot water bottle cover and my walker bumper. Okay, let me add my throws. I love my sheepskin throws! The quality of slippers, throws, and custom items are truly amazing. Excellent craftsmanship, customer service, fast shipping, and creative shop owner. The level of customer service and every shopping experience is superb. My expectations have always been exceeded. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of products. Thank you for multiple positive online purchases. If I’m ever in Ithaca NY I’ll be stopping by in person.

Ordered sheepskin slippers for my family, and everyone LOVES them. Super comfy and warm, and the vibram soles are totally adequate for running out for the paper. Maybe more expensive than those from larger stores but I can tell theyre more durable, plus being able to support a small business is priceless! I look forward to our next trip to the area so we can visit the store.
