Was deciding between Penske and U-Haul, Penske was the best of the two by far. Needed a 16” truck for a move inside the city. The people were super friendly and helpful in demonstrating the equipment. Everything is very user-friendly, even if you are not familiar with moving equipment. The inside of the truck was extremely CLEAN, I was impressed. Returned the keys at night in the drop box, woke up the next day and my bill was completed with accurate mileage and everything. I would strongly recommend this store to the entire Ithaca & Cornell community.

I reserved a 16’ truck online several days in advance. After waiting 30’ minutes for them to process m credit card (which I had already given online) they told me that all they had was 12’ trucks. Why bother having an online reservation system if your not going to provide the equipment reserved? And they did not even bother to contact me in advance to tell me it was not available. I ended up going to UHAUL down the street and had a much better experience.1 Star because the the guys working the desk was very friendly.

Fewer trucks than UHaul, but the employees are much more trustworthy.

Fair rates; they were cheaper than the competition however, it was way more expensive to do a one way rental.
