Their No exchange policy a rip off if you ask me

June 22, 2021 my daughter and I went shopping for an event that we are going too so we decided to stop at this place it was 45 minutes before they closed. The door was locked already when the young girl comes to the door she looks at me and tells me we dont carry plus size clothes and blocks the entrance. I looked at her and tell her my daughter wants to see what you have and shes not plus size thats when she lets go in the store. I was so shocked on how I was treated and I couldnt say a word because I could have said plenty. The selection of clothes wasnt all that either. We left the store drove 3 minutes down the road and stopped at Divas Boutique where we where greeted so much differently and way more selection to choose from where we both got out outfits.

The lady that works there was very rude to me. I was planning on buying a faja but since I needed help on the sizing, type, form, and wasnt going to pay for something I wasnt sure of. She told the younger employee to not bother wasting her time unless she had her money on hand. Meaning they arent willing to help you unless you pay for it first without knowing anything about it. She then decided to act as if I wasnt there and started to insult my decision. If you decide to waste your money on things you dont know about then I strongly suggest you go here. Other than that choose a different store. Rubys store near has better employees. That woman will help you with what you need to know!

Worst place to shop very bad customer service!!!!!

Absolutely love this place! Its even cheaper than the boutique down the street and have almost all the same things as they do. Only down side is that I wish they couldve have more variety or a larger stock of plus size.Props to the owner 🙌🙌

Love this place! Quality is great! Customer service is great! The owner will make you feel super comfortable! Tita is awesome in styling! The only thing is that they are always super busy and parking can be a small problem, but the store service is great!

I went to this store today interested in buying a Dprada bodysuit (faja) . Told the only girl in the counter I didn’t know anything about them, but seen a lady do live videos on Facebook. I live an hr away, and she didn’t even bother to make an attempt to help me . As a customer I expect to get help. I showed her which one I was interested in, asked if it was an okay fit ? Or what size she recommends but she didn’t even look at me . She grab a book and asked me how much I weight . I then asked if the one I wanted was able to be used with strapless dress and she said I wouldn’t recommend. I’m glad she told me that. Anyways I’m supposed to go back next Saturday to get my desired bodysuit (faja) just hope I get better help than today .

I didnt hate the place had some great selections on some items, the prices on these items are moderate to expensive ... The only thing I dislike is that they really didnt try to persuade me to get anything its a small place filled with two ladies who work there ... I needed assistant finding a dress ... Eventually after 10 mins of struggling to fit in dresses I finally asked if they had any flattering dresses for my gut but she was to be busy texting on her phone to listen to me ... My expectation for this place is dont expect help just go in browse if u see something try it on buy it if not then dont 😂 bc youre on your own

Girls this store does not care for the customer, I bought a jumpsuit that was too big on top because the owner told me to go to a place where they fix it and I ended up paying 65 + 40 = 105, the owner offended me saying that I fixed it as I could because she did not intererate what I did, she did not even give me the opportunity to change it for something else .... CLAUDIA THE OWNER KNOWS THE DEFECT THAT THIS CLOTHING HAS GIVEN ME THE DISCOUNT .... I never come back!
