Inconsiderate. They dont care about the customer. And very expensive for no reason. Inconsistent with appointment. They should have a website where people can make appointment. They also should clear instructions on hair styles and cost.. Bottom line, they seriously need to be professional.

Fatou hair braiding is the best place to go, if you wanna get your hair done, nice and fast.They do all type of style you want, the costumer service is also very good!You can have more than 2 peoples braiding your hair.I got some Senegalese twist, and I kept them at least 3 months, and they were style looking good! I really recommend it to all of you girls.

Do NOT go here for tree braids!! You will regret it. The quality of the hair that they use is not very good. I wanted body wave...they only have deep wave, which they dip in hot water. (Still trying to figure out why...hair goes from hot dry mess to hot wet mess). Anyway, I spent 7 hours and $220.00 for a head full of nappy, tangled up, lion king looking weave. There are a million braids are they are all too tight. I cant fix it and Im afraid to take it down because I dont know how without causing damage. It looks so bad, the owner, Fatou, put it up in a pony tail so I wouldnt notice how bad it looked. This didnt help either. Cant wear it up, cant wear it down, and cant sleep because my head hurts.I dont even want to walk outside to get the newspaper looking like this. I NEED A REFUND!!!
