By far the worst place in jackson. My mothers stove needed a part. Call and spoke to a lady who ordered a part. 3 weeks later we had to call to find out the part was in. After a 1 drive, it was the wrong part. (Ok it happens). The man looked up and ordered the right part. He told us it will be in Friday. This was on Tuesday. The next week Monday we called. After calling once a day on Monday and Tuesday, i called to speak to the store manager on Wednesday. I spoke with the same lady every time who act like she didnt have a clue what she was doing/ could care less. Her words So.... whats the problem. I repeat i wanted to talk to a manager to find the problem. Well i can help it if your unsympathetic to the issues we have with covid.1st. This lady was rude it me. I didnt want to talk to her.2nd. She canceled my order and told the owner/manager i was rude to her.3rd. They refused to answer the phone or even call back.Very rude and unprofessional place.

High prices. Rude staff.
