I tried to buy a dishwasher from JH appliance but no one would return my calls. I left two voicemail messages, and one time spoke to a person on the service side who was very nice and took my info and said a salesperson would call me back, but that never happened. So 3 times I left messages, no return call. I ended up ordering from Home Depot in Idaho Falls and paying $150 for delivery to Jackson. Such a shame as I prefer to shop local but I guess this place doesnt need the business if they cant return a call.
We simply requested an inspection of an appliance, in this case being a kitchen range made by Wolf.Wade came out on the appointment date, visited for three minutes, and assured me the range is working as it ought to. Great!Instead of JH Appliance submitting an invoice that simply states the inspection proved to reveal a perfectly functioning range, there were words added that did not reflect the inspection...tecnhichian alligned burners.The burners were alligned, everything was working perfect. Cindy was unable to help me correct the invoice (acting totally confused as to what the simple solution might be), so we waited the weekend out to speak with Wade. When explaining to Wade the simple correction we wanted made to the invoice, he became irritated and told us to not worry about the invoice and to forget it. We want to pay the invoice, just make it relflect the services rendered. Still sending JH Appliance their check, but wont deal with them again.
We needed repair on our refrigerator before we left town for an extended amount of time and received a referral from a friend who had her dishwasher fixed by this company. JH Appliance was fully booked for appointments, but called back when they had an opening. They came exactly when we expected and fixed the problem quickly without a mess. Absolutely would recommend them! Thank you JH Appliance!
