The staff is very nice there but tired of going in there and people not wearing masks. A few women in line right in front of me weren’t wearing them. I understand staff can’t police but I see this more here than at the Ann Arbor store. Also when an item is sold out please remove the clearance signs. When paper is 79 cents apiece but there was some for 25 cents and tray is empty, remove the sign. I saw that by the stamping department too.

I always go here for Copic markers and am always pleased to find coupons on their website that help pay the hefty price. They also have sales on the markers fairly frequently that will pair with the coupons a lot of the time. Such a good spot to buy these.

There were a lot of people there at lunchtime but they opened two additional registers and got everyone through check out quickly.

They usually got just about anything we need. Prices are not posted well on items though so youre left guessing the price sometimes.

Limited selection on most crafts, over priced on most items... However the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The store is very nice, but only one cashier makes for a wait in line to cash out.

Very good craft store with many great options. The store is decently clean and fairly stocked. The biggest complaint I have is the coupon they put out. Mine as well say this is a marketing ploy and can not be used on any item store or on line.

I so love this place. I could spend hours just shopping in this place. I love the coupons which make me spend more. They have a wide selection of children activities for those hot summer months. My grandchildren love the arts and crafts we get for them.

As a craft store it has a lot of variety and old school type of merchandise. I was looking for 4 battery operated clockworks with hands and numbers. What I found was three which were all there but the packaging was all busted up. I asked for scotch tape to tape them up so I wouldnt lose any of the parts in transit. It is unfortunate that Michaels couldnt or wouldnt fix the problem before I found them. It gave me a reason to pause and wonder. Service is important to me, and I believe it is to most people. Maybe Michaels needs to realize that. Just saying.

One of my favorite stores! Good supplies, plenty of variety and prices (especially with coupons) are great. However Id be happy to be charged more to cover the cost of the more employees - both within the store aisles helping with questions and especially at the check-out. Suggest changing check-out que to one line rather than each register having its own (for the rare times there are two or more registers open).

Have had some very nice conversations with the employees at this store. I dont go there often but they have a good selection of crafting supplies. Not too expensive depending on what youre buying

We went just after christmas. They had what I needed but it was slightly picked over from the holidays. Great prices and coupons too.

Went in for a few specific things. They were out of all of them. One cashier ringing up a growing line. The store has packed so much inside, you cannot find anything easily anymore. Wont be in a hurry to go back any time soon.

Michaels has a good variety of hobby supplies. I wish they had leather tooling stuff because I cant find any in the whole city of Jackson. However, what they DO have, you can go to their website and get a coupon and they will scan it right on your phone; other places wont do that. Their prices are a bit high without a coupon.

I love this store for so many reasons. I can make a bouquet of flowers for my grandmothers grave. I can make cards and envelopes using their cardstock and paper. I can buy paint for rocks to hide around town. I can buy stuff for writing calligraphy. Though I dont use it, they also have frames. I adore their large selection of boxes, which I place letters and happy mail in.

Whats not to like about Michaels, they have a great selection for just about any craft or decor project. And great coupons and sales along with a great phone app!

They have a great selection of anything you may need or want. Couldnt find anyone working the floor to ask where an item was located. Had to go to the cashier ( only one working) and ask her for help.
