Only thing I would change is cut off the restaurant better from the market. The fresh fish area stinks horrible but thats what you get with all kinds of fresh caught wild fish. Also move chips/candy/snacks to front of store and freezer/fridge against fish stuff... the treats take on the flavors and smells in the air and its not good... love the store and restaurant but needs a little bit of rearranging to be perfect.

Absolutely love this place! Wonderful experience every time we visit. They always have what were looking for. This visit involved us Gathering ingredients to make Vietnamese pho from scratch. They even had the large bowls that we needed for serving up the pho. We were buying the individual spices and ran across a all in one packet for making pho. This packet included a bag to boil the spices in, making them very easy to use and removed from the finished broth. The huge beef bones that they had in the frozen section were perfect. They also had the tripe and soft tendon that we needed as well. As usual, One-Stop shopping for what we needed.
Love Mr.Chens food,its always delicious and authentic.The feel is of an Asian streetmarket,with all kinds of oriental spices,sauces,fruits and meats. You can browse the market while waiting on your food,so its a win-win!

Good place to shop for basic Asian grocery needs, they have more Vietnamese and Chinese stuff, few of the Filipino items . They have meat, seafood and produce section. Their price isn’t so pricey like some of the Asian store I been to in this state.They have cameras around but too weird that when you are checking around aisle to aisle there is an older man that seems to keep observing you or looking at what you are doing.

Inside this Asian grocery is Chens restaurant. They sever very authentic Chinese dishes. The most amazing dish is their whole roast duck. No matter what other dishes you try this is a must order. The group that I was with ordered 10 other dishes and all were very good. Even better the dishes are very reasonably priced. What this place lacks in fancy decor is more than made up for in the quality of the food and service.

Love the variety of foods that I can enjoy here. Also the Mr Chens resturant in the market is Awsome. Have eaten there many times have never been disappointed. The market has fresh seafood and kitchen supplies that you can not get at other stores. You can buy large aluminium pots resturant style. Woks and buffet style pans. Large kitchen style strainers and bowls. They also have a large selection of oriental foods not just limited to Chinese. Hispanic. Philippine foods. And Japanese items for making sushi if you want.

This place is very authentic. they have live frogs. there are ducks with the head still on them that have been cooked. and so many different foods it is such a wonderful place, now i have to warn you the place does have a smell. but that is from the fish and everything. it is a super market. THEY HAVE DRAGON FRUIT. ok that right there is all the reason you should stop by this store.

OK I went five months ago had a fantastic time me and my daughter went back twice in two days not one person said anything to us would not help us we had to download a Google translator to help me figure out the things I need it because yes they are in Chinese Korean Vietnamese Japanese and I do speak only English but when you ask for help everybody who stocking shelves or Latino Americans who speak no English and Asian people are behind the counter and they don’t want to help you and when you do ask for help they act like you’re bothering them wow if I could give a 2 1/2 stars I will this was totally shameful you should be happy to be open and serving the people and want more people from different backgrounds to come and see what you have so we can open our minds
Mr. Chens restaurant open for takeout only. One of the best asian grocery stores in Jackson, MS. Produce section is rather small but stocked well. Frequent produce surprises like longon, lychee, and rambutan. Seafood and meat section, small but choices and surprises. Great rice choices including Nishiki and Tamaki. Plenty of parking.

There are so many awesome things in this store! They have fresh seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, tons of spices, teas & sauces. They have 50+ kinds of noodles, snacks and cooking equipment, and a frozen section that has so many delicious items! Theres some very unique items here and its always awesome to shop and try new things! I look forward to making another trip!
Very different for a supermarket style place.
Very large oriental supermarket and restaurant. They have a vast variety of products. The supermarket seafood section is packed with things you wouldnt expect. They have decent customer service and prices. And a added piece of history this building they are now in was the home to Jacksons oldest Chuck E. Cheeses till they moved to their new location not far away where they built a new building from the ground up.
A good place to buy raw seafood and have the chef cook it too. A good restaurant the food is always tasty. It is also a Oriental Market.

The store always the best prices on mine and my wifes favorite Asian dishes to make at home. Big bottles, too, not the small puny ones in the regular grocery stores. Excellent value on their products, as a result.

It didnt bother me personality, but it did bother my other family.Other than the smell, it was a really nice store!On the plus side, they had fresh kimchi for sale, and it was delicious!

Nice traditional Chinese food restaurant. I think I have eaten there once. I usually go there for the supermarket finds. I love to get the 20 lb. bag of Jasmine rice. The produce can be a little pricey but very fresh and some unusual things you dont see at other supermarkets.

Fresh fish and they will clean it while you wait (worthy of a tip). Three stars because its not a Kroger or Whole Foods type environment, but very nice for this type of establishment. There is a restaurant inside, will come back and try the cuisine. The people were professional. I like that.

This supermarket is the biggest Asian supermarket youll find in Mississippi. I come here whenever Im cooking an Asian cuisine for dinner. They have all the spices and seasoning that I need in order to make my dishes.

I think its the most consistently authentic Chinese food in metro Jackson, So authentic that it may be over the head of many Americans, i.e.: six kinds of pork intestines on the menu. I think its fabulous - but I still havent summoned the courage to try the aforementioned.Once I ordered the daily special on a Sunday, and the waitress said I should not get that, it was for Chinese people. LOL, I love it.

Went to buy some lobsters with my husband. And the young lady declined my card on purpose. Just to say Not enough money. Like we would be in the store if no money. The third time my husband said something. And she let it go through. I found the whole situation real tasteless.
