A lot of times you dont really know what you are paying for with a maintenance contract...well, until you need to use it. Our copier at FPC Lexington started giving us some issues with some error codes. I called the help desk and requested service. Josh Stamey came out and checked things out and ordered the correct parts. He got us working again. In the meantime, the hard drive was going out and it quit again before he could get back. I called service back and Josh came out the same day because our parts had come in that morning. Josh was here for a couple of hours working. He was very professional and our machine is up and running perfectly!! Tim Barlow and his team in Jackson have went above and beyond to keep us running with as little down time as possible. In a day where customer service is hit or miss and people dont always act like they enjoy being at work, MCC Jackson is a step above the rest. Anytime we have an issue their response time is that day or the day after. Josh Stamey is great at finding out what the problem with our Toshiba printer is and will some how fix it temporally until he can get the actual part in. Rehoboth Baptist Church ReviewToday November 16, Tim Barlow and Randy Weir delivered a new Toshiba copier to the church. I must say they were more than kind and helpful in helping us understand the equipment. How to use it and what all it does. The deliverers and installers was very nice in what all they did. Tim and Randy made themselves available for whenever we might need them for in the future. We were very please with their service.

Im Addie Lou Chase with Chase Funeral Home, Inc, in Huntingdon, Tennessee. We purchased a Toshiba copy from MCC a couple of years ago. We met with Tim Barlow at MCC and he showed us everything we could do with this copier. After purchasing the copier and us getting used to it, we ran into several operator issues on the beginning. I had Tims cell number and he has never failed to answer my call and help me. I have even called him on weekends (as our business works on weekends), and he is always willing to stop what hes doing and coach me thru my issues. We love this copier and the service that Tim and crew has given us. I have met with him several times to learn more about the copier. We could not be happier with our copier and our sales rep, Tim Barlow. Hes the best and ALWAYS willing to help, even if it means meeting at his office to print out for us. I would recommend Tim with MCC over anyone.

MCC is a wonderful place to do business with. Fortunately, we are not down with our copier much at all....but when something does happen, Randy Weir and Tim Barlow are on it. We used MCC Jackson when we needed to change copiers (and service companies). It’s been a complete JOY to work with them! We have 2 copiers in 2 separate facilities. They were able to evaluate what we were currently paying and offer us substantially more than we were getting (in hardware and service) for only slightly more than we were paying! We were more than satisfied. Also, (and this is a big deal) I will randomly get a text message or email just to ask how things are going and if there is anything we need to order, fix or get more training on. GREAT PEOPLE! I just wish that every business worked like this!

We have used a MCC postage meter in my office for years. It is serviced and upgraded when it needs to be and the service person is very nice and helpful. I would recommend them for a small business like mine.

Anytime we need something or want to know how to do something on the copier, Robin and Josh are determined to make sure they do not leave until we know how to do it.
