They are fast n friendly they got my car in n out promptly and understood my situation and took it into consideration. Very professional wouldnt mind using them again in the future.I just got my car back from Collision a week or two ago and it runs like a brand new car they did an amazing job fixed everything I asked at little to no cost to me. Hope to never hit a dog in the future but if I do I will most definitely be back to Collision.

Took my wifes car in and they did all that was asked and detailed it.

I have used Collision Specialist in the past both for my personal and company vehicles.  Two years ago I left them a review here with 5 stars. They have always done a great job and have been curious and professional.  That is why I was so disappointed in the way I was treated in my latest encounter with them. I wonder if they are under new management?  I got an estimate, filed an insurance claim, and scheduled an appointment.  droped my truck off as soon as they opened Monday morning. I was told Ms. Williams would call me and let me know when I could expect to get my truck back.  I called later that afternoon and left a message for her again.  Still having not received any communication from Collision Specialist by Wednesday, I called again.  Ms. Williams did return my call almost an hour later.  She told me my truck would be ready “no later than Friday”.  I called again Thursday to see about what time Friday I could expect to pick up my truck.  I was told it would be later Friday afternoon.  I called Friday morning and let Collision Specialist know I was leaving town and would have to pick my truck up Monday.  I was told “it will be waiting for you first thing Monday morning we open at 7:45”.  I called Monday morning at 8 just to make sure it was ready to go.  Ms. Williams said “Let me go make sure.  I can put you on hold or I can just call you right back”.  I made sure she had my number and waited for a return phone call.  At 9:42 I called back.  She told me it was not ready yet but that she would give me a call as soon as it was.  At 12:45 I called to ask what time I should arrange transportation to come get my vehicle.  Ms. Williams told me it would be ready at 3pm.  At 3:40 I came to get my truck.  It was in the front parking lot.  I paid my deductible and signed papers.  Then the lady at the desk handed my keys.  Only my truck key was missing.  She called someone and ask where the key was.  She told me they would bring it out to me.  I stood around and waited … finally a man came out with my key.  It was broken.  He said “it broke but I fixed it”. (See attached photo) I asked him if that was hot glue?  He smiled, laughed and said “yes it is.”  When I got to the truck the repair looked great.  But there was some sticky residue on my tailgate”. (See attached photo)  I then noticed that my brake pedal had been damaged. ”. (See attached photo)   And that not only had they broken my key but they also damaged my key fobe! ”. (See attached photo)   NOW, I am waiting (again) for Ms. Tana Williams to return my calls.  so I decided to up date my Google review.I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and respect for me and my truck.   I will not be using them in the future, nor will I be recommending them to other as I have in the past.

When I was in an auto accident, I was referred to Collision Specialists Inc. of Jackson Tennessee, and I am extremely glad I chose this place to take care of my vehicle. Thankfully, I was still able to drive my vehicle to their location, but in the chance that I couldn’t, they offered me some options to get it there. Once I arrived, I noticed they weren’t allowing people into the front door unless it was decided that it’s necessary, in order to reduce the risk of any infections. I was fortunate enough to be able to go inside and wait for a pickup from a local car rental company, and I saw that the inside of their building was extremely clean and that they had a lot of seemingly friendly people working there. It didn’t take long at all for one of their estimators to come outside with me to record all of the damage from the accident, and then to estimate the cost of repairs. They worked extremely efficiently and seemed very trained for their jobs, and after about a week and a half, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived there again, I saw that my car looked like it did before the accident, and it drove wonderfully again. Thank you all at Collision Specialists Inc. for your hard and very knowledgeable work!

I have been using Collision Specialist for 20 plus years. They have never failed to deliver the best quality work with the most professional service. Josh Smith has always taken great care of me he goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. He is courteous and up front with me. Their work is second to none, my vehicle has always come back to me like a new vehicle. They are my first and last collision repair place I will ever use.

My brand new car was hit by an unknown driver. I was able to get an estimate for repairs the next day. Collision Specialists worked fast and easily with my insurance to get everything inspected and taken care of (their quotes were also almost the same, which is unheard of with insurance inspection trying to find cheaper repairs). Collision Specialists even detailed my car at pickup to insure everything matched again. Would recommend this company 100%.

They went above and beyond to finish my car. When I got it back they even washed and vacuumed it out. It looks perfect. I highly recommend!

I have met Steve (the owner) from my previous employer. When my car was given back to me from my ex it needed a lot of body work done to it. Collision called me the next day and had determined that the total damages were more than the value of the car. They sent everything to insurance for me and took great care of me.

Hey nice new front piece they put on my car. The color was almost a perfect match to my car. Just a shade lighter. But again looks great and put together sturdy.

My husband was extremely pleased in the quality that was done to his truck. Got my front bumper and grill replaced. It is impossible to tell that it is not the original. Perfect color match. All corners and edge joints are even, no gaps or anything else.They did a great job.

I have used Collision Specialist in the past but this is the worse experience I have ever had. My service van was there for over 30 days. No updates were given during the first three weeks. I had to call myself to find out what stage was it in & finally I get a called about my van after the fourth week saying it was ready...Poor communication & overspray on the molding
