I was here from 2013-2016 and bought my trailblazer from Teton Motors. I have put a lot of miles on it since, doing my own basic services and having more advanced services done in shops in several states. Ive recently returned to the area and was in need of some of those shop services. Teton Moters Chevrolet services department took good care of my vehicle. They told me what to expect when it came to what they needed to do, did the work and returned the vehicle to me in great working order. I already have plans to return the trailblazer for more work while Im here.

No stars is the best I can give this organization. I was in Jackson with my horse trailer when my check engine light came on in my 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 with only 15000 miles. It was an emissions issue. I was concerned about getting back to Kansas City safely without my power being reduced. Teton Motors in Jackson, WY turned me away - too busy - couldnt help me - rude - no empathy - could care less. They asked my the year of my truck (under warranty) and immediately couldnt help me. Said it was $2400 filter and they couldnt replace until it completely failed. They read the code, which I already gave them from OnStar and cleared it. When I asked if it would power me down on the way home, they werent sure.Whisler Cheverolet was 2.5 hrs away, but was so helpful on the phone. They let me know it could clear itself on the way over, but that if it didnt they would clean my emissions filter (burn-out). I drove there. Kyle sat down with me and let me know that my emissions filter did in fact clear itself on the way over. He could see that it cleared itself 95 miles prior to arriving in Rock Springs and that there was 0 soot on my filter. It wasnt clearing itself when I was pulling my heavy trailer, but did clear itself when I drove without a trailer.Wouldnt it have been nice, if Teton Motors would have taken 10 minutes to explain how the emissions filter works and that it usually doesnt clear itself when pulling a trailer. But instead, they did nothing.

Just went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Their system for some reason didnt reflect my reservation, but Brian got me in anyway and I was out in less than an hour. Best oil change experience I think Ive ever had.

Our 2010 Malibu limped into the Grand Tetons NP and we drove to Teton Motors first thing in the morning. Staff squeezed us into their busy schedule, assessed the engine codes, diagnosed the fuel injector problem, and had us confidently back on our cross-country road trip from Oregon to Illinois in 2 hours. Kudos to the Teton Motors GM staff!

In town on a road trip from Florida. Check engine light came on . Called yesterday to try to get my truck looked at. Manager said he couldnt look at my truck until tomorrow, call him at 8am so he could fit me in. Went back the next day Brian tells me he only has one diesel mechanic and hes working on another truck. Possibly he can work on it Monday. Im leaving back to Florida tomorrow. Really? You cant stop your tech for 10 minutes to at least tell me it isnt a serious problem?

Purchased new car after looking nationwide. Rick and Chuck got me the numbers that impressed. GM Finance with great rate, awesome rebate and discount. They were super friendly and patient. Clarke in finance was thorough in explaining the agreement and offered other helpful suggestions. Would buy here again and recommend to anyone.

Im a seasonal resident in Jackson, and have received great service at this dealership over the years. The service managers are knowledgeable, and have never charged me for services I didnt need, nor tried to pressure me into having work done. On one occasion, I was given some very good advice on an issue with my year of truck, and even recommended to another shop to permanently fix it. As further proof of their integrity... This past year, while getting an oil change my pristine 2011 Sierra 3500HD was dented by a careless attendant when pulling it into the bay. We were heading to Nevada in a week for another job, but the dealership made good on their promise to repair the damage, taking care of our car rental, and the body shop bill in Reno. Theyve been in business for as long as they have for a reason.

If I could leave a zero I would. My truck front brake caliber was going out and need to be replaced. We were out of town and need my truck as soon as possible. They pretty much told me to pound sand. Said there was nothing they could do. They wouldnt even look at the truck. Never going to buy a truck from them let alone use their service department. Lucky I was able to get my truck fixed the next morning by some one else that had 100% better customer service.

Brian, Bruce, and Dustin in service always help me work within my budget to prioritize needed repairs on my truck. I appreciate this very much. Highly recommend Teton Motors Service Department!

I have not purchased a vehicle from Teton Motors, but I have used their service department when I had an electrical issue with my older Silverado. Although Teton Motors had difficulty identifying the exact problem which is typical when dealing with wiring issues in older vehicles, they were very professional with me which can be a hard service to find in this area. I ultimately had a less that satisfactory first experience with TM, but they quickly responded to my concern and addresses it in a manner that was extremely satisfactory to both sides, and left me feeling like they actually cared about me, the customer. I am a local worker who works hard for my money and I am happy to say I will be returning to Teton Motors in the future due to their proved reputation as a professional company in Teton County.

The service team advised me on the necessary items given my usage and our Winter climate - oil and fuel filter change. Finally, the service was completed in under the estimated time, while I waited (just over an hour).

New to the area, so I walked in for an oilchange. They gave me a number of times, so I showed up as scheduled. In an hour I had the car back, tires rotated, and multipoint inspection in my hand. Great job, would recommend in a heart beat.

Service department is incredible. Incredibly bad, that is, with the lowest denominator of ethics known in the business world. I checked up on basic, simple maintenance work. It wasnt completed. Tires were not rotated. If they had been rotated, they would have been rotated incorrectly, as Teton Motors proudly exclaims they rotate all tires front-back, back-front, every time, no matter what. When I pointed out the tires were not rotated, I was told that they were rotated. >>> conflict, someone is lying. I had proof. They were upset, fair enough. Simple solution, rotate the tires, right? Nope, they needed to look into it and get back with you. Never happened. GM displayed similar standards when I asked for their advice. No response from GM for 3 weeks. Never a response from TM. Returned the vehicle to Teton Motors and the tires were rotated - incorrectly. Not to mention how tense the crew was with me. Fortunately, they have plenty of super wealthy second and third homeowners, and their caretakers, to support their business. I have joined the multitude of locals who despise or refuse to deal with their service dept.

I bought a used vehicle from Teton Motors. The salesman Alex was a good kind young man but I paid top dollar for a vehicle that was detailed and that was it. Zero repairs were done to this vehicle by the prior owner or Teton Motors. I went back and forth with the used car manager and Rick Babicz the main manager and even called one of the owners! I was charged $208.36 to tell me all that was wrong with my Vehicle, they tried to fix the AC problem1X which was burning my eyes and had to drive the vehicle with the windows down! Rick stopped returning my calls and I found Sherri Wheeler at Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet in Rigby, ID - Thank goodness!! Tadd Jenkins fixed everything Teton Motors blew off and for less money!! Needless to say I will never deal with Teton Motors again!!
