They fixed a crack on my windshield and did a fantastic job!! The receptionist was very sweet! And the guy that fixed my windshield was very nice and explained everything to me in a great way!! Recommend!!

They are friendly,fast and efficient. Had my window fixed the next day. The guy even went above and beyond to clean up all the extra glass on the vehicle and ground.

Fast, friendly, but very disappointed!!!!!! After windshield replacement wipers wouldn’t work and wouldn’t you know it was when we had the worst weather possible!!! Try getting back and fourth to work during rain, sleet, snow and NO WIPERS!!! AND it happened over the weekend when all I got to answer my phone call was an after hours service that couldn’t do anything to help me out until Monday!!!! A very quick fix but why wouldn’t you check to make sure everything worked properly BEFORE you turned my car back over to me?????

Great service and policy. I had my trucks windshield replaced early this year. Gravel truck peppered my windshield a couple months later and I found out they would replace it for me as a road hazard. Both times Ive been in theyve been very quick and professional.

They did the needed repair quickly and left my little S10 cleaner than when I brought it. Then as I was leaving reminded me that I had one year of glass breakage coverage free with the new windshield. Not only was the service great but I couldnt find anyone cheaper. My wife has a crack in her windshield and shes going there soon. From now on this is our auto glass repair place.

Had a windshield replaced in January 2018, very smooth process. After 17 months it got a crack at the bottom of the inside about 6 inches long. They stood by their work and product quality and took care of us with a replacement.

Just got my windshield replaced and already got a rock chip. Mike - CSR was extremely helpful and fixed very quickly for no charge. Great warranty - 1 year of rock chips and 1 replacement windshield if necessary. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He is a tremendous asset to the company. I am very happy that I had them replace my windshield and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent price and service and arranged to do on my time at my house. Logan and Peri were friendly and knowledgeable. They completely replaced Windows on two of my vehicles and were done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to others. Our experience with Glass Doctor in Jackson, Michigan was great! The whole process went so smooth from the moment I called to report our cracked windshield until we drove our vehicle away with a new windshield. Office staff helped me report my claim, set up a speedy appointment and greeted us with a smiley face when we dropped off our vehicle for the windshield to be replaced. We picked up our vehicle the same day without having to pay our deductible because they waived it as we were returning customers--we had a glass shower door installed in our home a few years ago. Josh and Logan came out to my house this past week and replaced my cracked windshield. They were very friendly and courteous. Josh was wonderful with my 2 year old who just wanted to help out and wouldnt stay out of the way. The window replacement seems just about perfect. I cant think of enough positive things to say about them. And it only took them 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again if I find myself in need of a new windshield.

They showed up when they said they would to measure the window. The glass came in when they said it would. The install guys showed up on their appointment time. Switched out the glass, very professional, cleaned up and finished in less than 20 minutes. Cant ask for any better.
