I came up to visit from Alabama and had a transmission problem. The service center is the cleanest I have ever seen. They couldn’t fix my car by the time I was going home, but Dan Thomas explained everything and said I would be ok to drive home to have it fixed there. Everyone was courteous and down to earth (something you don’t find anymore.) If I lived in the area they would be my go to shop.

I have a 2019 ram 2500 and was out camping local when my truck would not start Saturday morning. I had it towed to extreme and Thad in service was beyond helpful. He called the rental company trying to find me a truck to get my camper home and even tried to get one from there lot but there lot was about empty. Thad knowing that I was in a pickle had a technician take a quick look at it and found that the battery wire to the starter came loose and was able to get it fixed before they closed.Thanks Extreme.

DO NOT SERVICE HERE!!! I towed my truck in after it went into limp mode. They cleared the codes and sent me on my way. The truck started shaking horribly and i stopped and had it towed home. Found out that it was low on oil. how does this happen after your 33 point inspection. Plus not one of my concerns about the vehicle were addressed. if your looking for a good service department dont go here. Been here 3 times and the truck comes out worse every time!!!!

Not only did we have an awful experience when we purchased our truck, 2 years later the same dealer literally ignored our calls after the dealership reached out to us for our lease trade in. We ended up just going through the bank on our own to purchase our lease. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

I love buying cars from this place. Today came in for a oil change. I got there at 830. I was told one hour wait. It was busy yes. I didnt get my truck back till 1130 and paid 90.00 dollars. Seem like allot of people were unhappy. Trash cans in the building were all overflowing with trash. I will continue to buy here. but for service i will do it myself or go some place else. I hope things change. I drive 45 minutes for this kind of service.

I highly recommend you visit this dealership for your next new car for one reason - his name is Bill VanDam! My husband and I actually did not plan on purchasing a car from here as we were speaking with another Salesman at a different dealership further from home and just wanted to look at one real quick. When we sat down with Bill he was very no-nonsense and was not the pushy, hard-sell guy we had been dealing with so I showed him the vehicle I was looking at and the price the other guy had e-mailed me and asked if he would just make sure that price made sense before we drove all the way there (When things seem too good to be true they usually are!). Bill pulled up the vehicle and did the math and checked the fine print showing that the other guy was including an employee discount and many other incentives we would not qualify for just to get us out there... Shady...At this point we completely wrote off the other dealership and decided to go with Bill because we felt so comfortable and reassured with him. Bill said he could get the car I wanted but after doing the numbers and because we were rolling part of my previous car into the payment the monthly amount was a little more than we were comfortable with. Due to our previous experience Bill could have easily talked us into it with the standard lines (Just refinance it later.... Don/t you really love this car?) but that was not the case! He asked what I liked about it so much and helped to find the perfect Jeep with all the things I wanted that would come out to be a price we were more than comfortable with. Even after the papers were signed and there were no more negotiations to be made he still gave us 3 free oil changes!In a city like ours its easy to run into people youve done business with and had it been a bad deal it would make for an awkward situation but in the 4 days it took to get everything set and to drive off the lot in a car I love, it felt more like buying a car from a well informed friend; I hope I see Bill at Outback so I can buy his dinner!Go here, talk to Bill and you wont regret it!

Brian was also very helpful in getting the financing handled.Brian was very concerned about not taking up a lot of time when my wife and I got to the dealership to take possession of my new truck. He was not short about the time, he was just concerned that when him and I would talk about deer hunting he would say I dont want to hold you up. Brian was just being personable and friendly!!!!The atmosphere was relaxed. Another thing that I would like to comment on was the cleanliness of my new vehicle. I have had some bad experiences with a new vehicle not being delivered to me all clean on the inside. But this dealership went over and above clean on the inside and outside. The vehicle I chose needed a few things done and they not only accommodated my schedule, they did not charge me for anything extra. Additionally, I have had past vehicles serviced here and have always had great communication with their employees. I highly recommend this dealership!

NOT FOLLOWING REQUIRED MASK RULES-- Took my Dodge in for service on 7/9/20. I was met in the service center with an employee in close proximity with no mask. I observed that zero employees in close proximity with other customers were wearing masks.When picking up my car via the main lobby later that day, no employees were wearing masks inside, which of course is an enclosed public space and ALL people are required to wear masks. I saw 1 cashier with a mask on, but it was not covering her nose or mouth.As a person in an at risk group for COVID19, it made me extremely uncomfortable that Extreme Dodge was so careless for the rules which are meant to keep EVERYONE safe and healthy.That said, I was happy with their service on my car.

I dropped off my vehicle on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation and then today they were supposed to look at electronic issues. When I picked it up only an oil change was completed even though I was told the oil change and rotation were completed on Saturday. The service center is not wearing masks, even though they are asking the public to. Not to mention a guy who went got my car was not wearing a mask and then wants me to get into my closed, confined car right after he gets out. There is oil dripped under my hood, oil and dirt finger prints and the battery cover was tossed in my back seat. I would post pictures if I could. Needless to say, I will not be back to put my life at risk.

The entire deal was done between just him and I in his office. He didnt have to run out to ask or play games with anyone else. I got top dollar for my trade in. The entire deal was quick, friendly and easy. He handled the financing and everything. At other dealers I have had to into another office for financing and any questions I had had to be answered by someone other than the so called sales person. I HATE THAT. How do you schedule a service call for vehicle issues a week and a half early, knowing that a rental vehicle is required and validated while setting up the appointment and then when you get there, nobody seems to know what youre talking about? Now we have to reschedule for another week out to avoid missing work.

I definitely 10/10 recommend bringing your vehicle here for any of your maintenance needs. Their customer service is top of the line, and they really do care about their customers. Each vehicle that I bought if Ive had any problems with it they normally would take care of the problem free of cost. I get my vehicle serviced in the garage and its pretty easy to get it in there without a long wait. Ive been very satisfied with their service your vehicle and their employees. I found an ad online showing a truck for $29,000. It was showing that price for 3 days. When I messaged them about it they replied that was still available for that price. Even sent me a work up with fees and total price. However, when I called to set up with a sales person the price jumped to $38,000. I was told they made an error. Perhaps that is true but just before I wrote this they still have the ad up on Facebook for the lower amount. I have to seriously question their honesty.
