I took my Land Rover to Ritchey Automotive, a Land Rover dealership, because I thought that they would know best how to service the vehicle. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating the tires, they scraped some of the finish off of one of the 22” black wheels on my Range Rover Sport. In addition, they did not adjust the air pressure after rotating the tires, so as I was driving home, I noticed that I had 44lbs of pressure in the front tires and 37lbs of pressure in the rear tires. I took my car to the dealership because I trusted them to do the best job. They failed in their performance. On a positive note, Ronnie, the Land Rover service advisor was extremely professional. In addition, the gentleman who drives the shuttle (I failed to get his name) was very pleasant and customer friendly.

I have two land rovers. Live in metro area. Took one in for repair /service over a year ago. Said they had to order part from Memphis (3 hr drive). They haven’t called to let me know part is in as of today. Over a year. Also, I have a range rover under warranty that has some corrosion in front. I’ve talked to receptionist 16 times over the last 4 weeks. I’ve left 11 messages with 3 different people in service and receptionist has hand delivered 3 paper messages accordingly, and to this day not one person has returned my call. Run. We had a great experience purchasing our previously owned Range Rover in May. The check engine light came on on the way home. We were told it was a simple fix by replacing a sensor. In the 4 months I’ve owned the car it has been in the service department almost 7 weeks total. In June they kept it 14 days (without a loaner) and after those 14 days I went and got a loaner and kept it 11 more days. It has now been back in service since August 28 (19 days and counting). (Note we live 2 hours away.) My husband has made numerous calls every few days to check on the status and is always met with a voicemail. He has called and asked to speak to a manager and again only gets a voicemail with no return call. The few times he has talked (or mostly gotten a text) to service it has not been looked at or “we will keep you updated.”From reading the reviews they have an excellent sales team (Lawrence mostly) but their service reviews are terrible. These reviews go back a year or more when I stopped reading them. What has to be done to get better service? I just want my car back....fixed. Maybe this will get some response.

They have the worst service team ever! The Range Rovers are absolutely beautiful, the price tag is gigantic but once you leave the lot with the vehicle, you can forget about great customer service in the service department. If you leave your vehicle for service, it takes forever and a day to get it back. The service manager will not answer your call and when he does, it’s a bunch of lies (ROD). His superior, (BEN) will never call back at all so you are pretty much in limbo unless you feel like driving back and forth to this place to find out the status of your vehicle!! This whole set up is bs! You would think, if a customer spent this amount of money on a problematic vehicle then they can at least get it serviced in a reasonable amount of time!! Who gets a 2 week oil change? I would not recommend buying vehicles from this lot if you plan to get it serviced at this location. Horrible horrible horrible!

Absolutely horrible. Got my Range Rover “serviced” for $3400 when they supposedly also fixed a leak. When I got the vehicle back, the check engine light was still on and a mechanic in Nashville found a vacuum leak the day after I picked it up. Land Rover then told me to have my car towed back to Jackson at my own expense where they could look at it again and still refused to give me a loaner vehicle. I asked for my detailed invoice and 4 hours later I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

It took 45 days being in the shop and when I got it back, nothing had been done on it. Vehicle did the same thing again. During the whole process, no one ever called to give me an update. I had to repeatedly call to try and find out what was going on. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Traded vehicle.
Recently I took my Land Rover in for its second service.There were a couple of cautions lights on also.The servicemen were able to detect the problems and called me to discuss the issues and give me an estimate. Once I gave them my approval they proceeded to take care of all the issues.By mid afternoon I was able to pick up my vehicle and be on my way back home to Oxford.There was an issue with the service plan I purchased at the time I bought my Land Rover but the service department was able to handle that quickly to my satisfaction also.

They need more help in the servicing department. The people that work in it are great but their work load is to much in my opinion, which slows things down. Plus there is no consistency with the workers seems every time I call there, there’s a new worker in that department and the company as a whole. In a year and a half they’ve had about 5-6 new people in the service department alone. So when I call in about a problem with my vehicle or for a servicing I need done, I have to start from scratch and explain my warranty to the new person which slows things down tremendously which slows me down. 1 or 2 more people working in that department I think would be good for a better flow of getting people in and out, which is good for business

My wife went to this dealership to have here car serviced three times. Each time they promised to have her a loaner car so she could go to work. She wasted three trips and the car is still not serviced. This writing space is not large enough to detail the other service issues, including management being uncaring and unresponsive. We both have owned Range Rovers and this dealership has the worst service we have ever experienced. We also have an Infiniti and their service is an infinitely much better experience.

It has taken 4 months for them to fix a broken door handle on my new 2015 Range Rover. I bought the car in May its almost September and still dont have the door handle fixed!!!! First they try and put a cream colored door handle and they told me I know its not white but itll fade to the color of the car pathetic. There was a recall on my transmission and they dont even tell me about it. They let me drive my car for 3 months without knowing anything about it. I brought it in to get an oil change and they say oh you have a recall on your transmission we will need to fix that too its ridiculous that Ive spent so much money of this car and it has always been my dream car but now I dont even like my car because I have to go through heck to get anything done to it. Its ridiculous. And the owner of the place is just as bad as the associate over the Range Rover. Everyone there should not have a job. I would recommend you buy your car from a different Range Rover place and trust me its worth the drive. Im also not the only one to go through this because every time Ive gone up there to see if my car is ready or my door handle is in (because they dont answer the phone or return your phone call) there is always someone chewing Tammy out for not having there car ready ect. My advice it DO NOT buy a car from here and definitely dont go and try to get anything fix or replaced because itll take FOREVER. They LIE OVER and OVER about when the car will be finished or when the parts are in.

Just left from getting an oil change from the dealer (12/11/2017 @ 3:50pm) Land rover of Jackson, MS. Let me first say this. I had an LR3 land rover and took it to the dealer. I paid no more than $160 for an oil change. On top of that, if they saw something else that was wrong with the vehicle they would let me know in hopes of me getting that fixed as well.Today, I paid $230 for an oil change on my LR4. They wanted to charge me $120 + tax for windshield wipers. They had no suggestions of if something else was wrong with my vehicle, they told me that I would have to pay for a diagnostic. Never again will I go to this Land Rover dealer. EVER!!!! They are out their minds!!! Good LUCK to whoever goes there!
It looks like 1 out of every 4 reviews of them is bad. So line those people up and u can usually double the good ones bc more people write bad reviews and just being real thats still bad. This 1 star is for the sales manager that thinks 10,000 miles is worth $400 off a car and whomever is in charge of the internet cars and details. We drove 3 hours on bad information. I think our sales person could do a better management job there. Oh and they wanted to throw me out the door bc (i dont get ripped off) all bc of $300. They prob dont even read these. If you dont check details of listed cars then you prob dont care about reviews. Lets just say dont expect them to try too hard in the money dept.
Sherri and I are very pleased with the product and service from the team at Land Rover Jackson. After a long wait for the 2016 models to come on line, we are happy. Our current suggestion for the product is to add a power rear door as my wife can not reach the door while it is in an open position. Often, she must ask a complete stranger for help .....which in some areas is not a safe thing. Even an optional strap would be a plus. On the dealership side, the purchase procedure was very lengthy compared to BMW. Perhaps some of that basic info could be completed in advance. Mr. Wondries has made bounds of progress over the East - Holman period of ownership. Give them a try. Building a team takes time. They have a good location, building, and we love a Jaguar/ Land Rover (British product).
Terrible service. We recently had a motor replaced at the cost of over 11 thousand dollars to discover that 6 short months later the motor mount was loose (improperly installed) which resulted in a cracked radiator hose at the least. I recommend this facility be utilized as a last resort and I certainly wouldn’t trust their opinion at all.
The Service department was exceptional! While a part had to be replaced, on my new Discovery, they took every opportunity to ensure I was able to continue my travels! Thank You for keeping me moving and not allowing any delay in my schedule. I love my Land Rover!
