I purchased a used vehicle from Robinson Toyota. The vehicle was a reasonable price and I got a good price on trade. I worked with Kim and James on the sale side and Ryan in finance. I spoke with several staff members over various questions and they gladley answered the questions I had. Nice job ladies and gentlemen.

I took my car in for service when check engine light came on, I was told that since it was a weekend I wouldn’t get my car back until Tuesday, I was fine with this as I have other vehicles to drive. But as soon as I left I got a phone call that the technician wasn’t satisfied with Tuesday and went found a Saturday Delivery! I was able to get my car back the very next day and the price was very reasonable too!

My wife and I looked at vehicles online before coming to the business. We had been shopping for a mid size SUV with third row seating for about a month. The dealership had two vehicles we wanted to see and we contacted Carl Diffee to let him know of the two vehicles we were interested in and to arrange a time for us to come by. When we arrived both vehicles were pulled out side by side for us to check out. We test drove both and my wife (who is really picky) decided that she liked one of the vehicles, a used Nissan Pathfinder. I had a roof rack replaced on my 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. Service advisor was great, but the repair required replacement of a bolt above the headliner and the technician bent the headliner leaving wrinkles and left grease marks on the interior panels. Would have preferred more care being taken.

I did not have an appointment. They treated me as if I did. They took my 2019 Avalon Hybrid right in and started the service. They later came in the waiting room and told me that there was a recall on my car and they had the part in stock for the recall. They asked if I wanted it done to save me a trip back in. Service and recall accomplished with very little waiting time.

First of all, this visit came after numerous calls, text message, voicemail and logged email to my service advisor, Sammy C.. Because I never received any followup from Sammy, I elected to just appear.Before I could state my concerns to Sammy, I was addressed by April, the most disrespectful, sarcastic, unprofessional and ill- mannered employee working in a highly customer-oriented environment venue. Her approach was to insult, question and undermine my interpretation of how things transpired with smirks, shoulder and eye rolls. Even interjecting rolling back cameras to validate her point and not mine!!Once again, I asked for someone in upper management to speak with, while both Sammy and April stating there was noone. Both lied to my face, as Courtney appeared and offered assistance peacefully. She manned Sammys computer and with ease offered recommendations and discreetly asked had transpired. Long story short, she stated she was their (Sammy and April) manager. I can see why she is. I asked her to be my service advisor going forward. Her no- nonsense,respectful and knowledgeable expertise will serve me in all my future visits.

The service department is wonderful! I’m only giving two stars because I have been waiting for them to do their tire sale in October. I found out that they are not doing it this year. With times the way they are you would think they would want to do all they could to help their customers old and new and bring in revenue. I don’t want to have to go anywhere else. I hope this review will be read and they will reconsider their decision.

Work was performed as requested(oil change and inspection). Extra care was taken to protect interior of vehicle with seat cover, floor mat protector, and gear shift cover. Only negative was an oily handprint was left on painted front panel.

This place is really great, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only problem is they are super slow. I’ve been going there for 2 years now, it takes at least 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That’s my only complaint, but like I said they are great and do a good job

From service counter through technicians, service was great. Courtney (sp?) is a jewel. She would be a good example of what you want your service counter folks should be.

They have always been great when scheduling my appointments. Courtney is the best and continuously takes care of me. Their wait time is always correct or sooner. What a great group of people taking care of you once you arrive.

I drove an hour to get a recall done. I waited three hours. They never even touched my truck. They told me that they were short staffed, meanwhile I did have an appointment and I was there on time. They never tried contacting me to tell me that they were unable to perform the work. So of course I was completely disgusted! After all that time and the inconvenience.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Vince was very easy to work with and when needed we look forward to working with him again.

I waited for 3+ hours to get my Prius an oil change and tires rotated. This is not good. Yes I made an appointment with Robinson and still had a long wait. They should have called me when they couldnt met a normal time and rescheduled me. I have 2 Prius and will Not wait this long again. I will drop off my car and let them call me when its done. Went in to test drive a 4Runner and left with a 2020 Certified black Limited Nightshade Edition. Gave me a great trade in (no haggle) on my 2017 Subaru and a fair price on the 4Runner. Car broke down near Nashville, had towed to Robinson. Three main issues. They returned it quicker than expected BUT within three days all three issues I brought to get fixed ALL came back. I dropped close to $500 and NOTHING THEY DID WORKED.So, I am taking back when I can get it towed there.I REALLY hope they deliver on this opportunity to do the right thing and she quality customer service.Stay tuned for the next review. My appointment was not put on the books even though I spoke to the service person the week before. I the service call was reasonable, took an hour and forty-five minutes. However upon getting my car back it was not cleaned up, I found a greasy foot print in my carpet because they don’t use liner paper. I got an oil change and actually found the previous sticker on the floor along with the backing for the new sticker in the car, I will never come back, I will just get my car serviced in Memphis.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The whole process was easy and quick.

On a trip through Kentucky my Prius had a service light come on. I drive into the service bay and even though there were no open appointments Mark in the service department said he would get it looked at the next morning. I got a call later that day that it was diagnosed and by 11 the next morning the inverter coolant pump was replaced and I could continue my trip. The service department was very accommodating and the price was very reasonable. A great experience overall.

Excellent customer service. Curteous employeees who were timely and transparent about my vwhicle issue and cost to fix. I paid more for the work going to a dealership instead of a shade tree mechanic, but I know the work was done right (you get what you pay for) and peace of mind is priceless.

I was told the car has a performance package on it,it don’t. The car was not cleaned inside it was dirty, I was told it would be detailed. The car needed a part from the manufacture dealership, was told how much it was gonna cost but when I purchased the part it was double. Also found out that labor was double to install the part. They did take 200.00 off the price of the car to take care of the part and installation but was not enough. The people were friendly just not totally truthful. I drove 4 hours to get the car.

Everything went well. Courtney handled all from start to finish. Im satisfied with their service.

Traveled from Lebanon Tennessee to purchase a GMC truck, Was told it was mint condition, That is was not. NOT saying i was lied to, its just i know what mint looks like some folks dont. However i drove off with a Ford f-150 that was extremely nice. I NEVER write reviews on car dealerships but i have to say they treated us nice and was very fair.
