Staff were patient as I waited likely over 10 minutes on the phone for Protect My Car to cover the cost of my oil change through payment over the phone. They had to speak to the reps of Protect My Car, and do some follow-up steps.I went to this location because I thought my tires were low and wanted to go check them somewhere. While I was hoping to do this manually, when I called them to see if they had a pressure meter, they told me they would do it for me. They did not charge me for the service, and that is why I returned to them for my oil change.Grateful for great service, both customer service and auto-related maintenance.

It seems that I am forever rushing between my job and my personal life. Thanks to Monica, my life becomes a little less stressful. My inquiries to compare brands and prices are always addressed promptly and it never seems rushed. She is always friendly, explains everything to me so well, and treats me like a VIP. The front desk attendant was very polite, courteous, and helpful. He examined my car and let me know how long approximately it would take. They completed my car way before estimated time. I was very pleased with their staff, efficiency, and timeliness.

I made my 2nd visit to Big 10 on State St today and me saying I’m highly pleased is an understatement! Monica and Dave’s customer service is/was exceptional. They assisted me last year with getting a tire during the pandemic and the service was great. Today, they assisted with multiple mechanical issues. They BOTH suggested how I should prioritize what needed to be fixed, they took their time with fixing my vehicle, and were VERY adamant about making sure I was knowledgeable about the process and the issues I was having. They ran into a problem with my alignment and Dave made sure the mechanic went the extra mile to solve the unexpected problem. The service took longer than expected but I had absolutely no problem with being patient because I had faith that they were helping me. The facility is very welcoming and clean. Kudos to Monica, Dave, and the Big 10 crew! You all deserve a raise. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

Big 10 is a great tire company, it just takes a little long because of all the customers they have. It’s definitely best to drop your vehicle off, but they’ll fix it with no problems at their busy pace.

I was in Jackson from the coast a day early to have my daughter at the Cancer institute this morning and last night I realized I had a nail/screw in my tire so I googled tire repair near me and it they were the earliest open so I went there for 7:30 they got me right in and fixed up so I could make the appt time. While waiting for the repair the woman and man at the counter were so friendly and helpful very pleasant environment and when it was ready the woman handed me a receipt and said take care and good luck with your daughter today THEY REPAIRED MY TIRE AT NO COST I was speechless at the generosity they gave to me a non local stranger IF I WERE LOCAL THEY WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE A DEVOTED CUSTOMER go see them with any needs they may be able to accommodate you won’t be sorry

We were coming from home in Arkansas headed to visit. my Father in Law in Hospice in Marietta Ga and had a blow out (new tires- hit something in the road with all the construction), Anyhow, we have a widebody challenger with next to IMPOSSIBLE tire size to find in stock.. and of course NO spare tire so had to be towed to Dodge dealer) BIG 10 had the tire in their warehouse and were QUICK to get it!! I purchased a tri-fold bed cover from here and had it installed yesterday. Not only does it look great, but I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Monica was very helpful and pleasant. When she discovered that the cover was not going to be delivered to the store by the promised date, she called me immediately to let me know.

I was truly disappointed in my experience this morning... I had a 730 appointment to get my oil changed I was there at 730 and it was almost 9 before I left for a simple Oil change... And I was Spoken to with rudeness by one of the men at the counter.... normally I’m there every three months to get my oil changed that will be my last...

I’m very satisfied with customer service I only have one complaint they do not reset my odometer to where it has the speed on it and I have problems figuring it out but all around service I give A 910 being very satisfied

Blew a tire on my commute to work- called and asked if they had the tire I needed in stock. They said they could get the tire in around lunch, but an hour after I got back to the office my car was ready to go and at a very fair price. Very helpful and friendly staff, quick service.

I work just a block or two down the street and usually, I have a coworker pick me up from there after leaving my car there at lunch. Staff was friendly. Beautiful and clean store. The prices are high. I needed a Oil Pressure switch. They said the switch is $136. I priced the switch myself at auto zone and its $44. They trled to charge me 3 times as much for that little part. They said the service would come out to be about $450 including part, I went somewhere got the part installed for $300.23. I love Big 10 specifically this location but you guys tried to pull a fast one on me and I wont let that slide.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying tires. I scheduled a time and was called by name when I walked in. The wait was brief as the tires were mounted. The price was less than I was accustomed to having to pay. I highly recommend Big Ten Tire Pros!

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Service was quick and the staff were absolutely awesome. Came back to pick up my vehicle and was greeted by name as I walked in. This place knows what customer service is all about. This was my first time there, but it certainly wont be my last!

I have a daughter going to school in Jackson, MS but I live in NH. I had a problem with my daughters Honda Civic last year and they did a great job fixing it at a reasonable price. This past week, I had a different problem with the car. They were able to diagnose the problem but were not able to fix because it needed specialized equipment that only honda dealerships would have. They did not charge me for the analysis and gave me advice where it could be fixed and other needed info. I recommend this place very highly!
