Didnt go there because they said if they broke off the spark plug they would charge me $600-700 to get it out. Dealership quoted me $160 to get it out if they broke it.

I have been taking our family’s vehicles to King’s for many years because the repairs are always done on time and throughly. I contacted Kings Auto Wednesday (4/7) afternoon to see about getting a transfer case replaced on my boyfriends chevy equinox. I got the car up there that day they were able to evaluate, express ship the part we needed and have our car back to us by Friday (4/9). By far the friendliest, fastest, most efficient car repair experience I have ever had and it was not nearly as expensive as priced at another place for a brand new part. I took my jeep in for a oil leak i assumed it was rear main seal and asked if they could put on a new oil pan an filter that i had provided to them, they were nice about it and since its all in the same area they would do it for no extra charge i was really shocked! They called me when the jeep was ready and said my rear main seal wasnt the problem it was my oil pan was so rusted and they even showed me my old pan where it was leaking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great honest work and they are always looking out to save you money on your repairs.

I have been going to Kings Auto for quite a few years now and would never think of going anywhere else. Being a single female most places would take advantage of that and try to sell me things that I dont need just to make a buck. Richard has always been honest with me and has never tried selling me something that I dont need. My sister and my daughter are both customers of kings now. I would highly recommend them, not only for their honesty but they are also very reasonable in their pricing.

Definitely one of my go tos if I need maintenance done to my vehicle. They finished my subframe replacement along with other odds and ends that needed repair in a very timely manner.

Best place to go get work done for your vehicle. Very fair prices and honest work. Recently took my car in for a fuse box, engine idler pulley and alternator. Plus a transmission issue that another car repair shop caused. King’s Auto and Truck Repair was able to fix all of those issues with a two year warranty on their work as well. No matter how hard it was to find my parts they did research everywhere just to find me the best parts for a very good price. Service couldn’t have been better. Going back for all my car needs from now on.

My 2012 Chevy trucks transmission went out a week before our memorial day trip up north. I called them Monday and they said it could possibly be done by Friday the sooner I got it in. ( no big deal if it wasnt, just happened at a bad time) They called me Friday and my truck was ready. I wouldnt expect it that fast but they had it ready and so far so good. Pulled my camper with it 5 times now.

They got my 2001 Tahoe in the same day, and had my repairs done by the next morning. They were professional, very reasonably priced, and did quality work in a very timely manner. They also let me know about a future repair I would be needing, and texted a couple days after I picked up my truck to make sure it was working properly. Ill be using them in the future for routine maintenance and any future repairs.

I am giving this company 5 starts because that’s the most I could give, if I could give more I would! Richard was earlier than he said he would and he made sure everything was good before taking off! I needed a jump and after the first time he jumped the car shut off again and he was ready to tow me but I had him try it again ands it’s been running 100% ever since! Richard also sent me a text to make sure everything was good and I can tell you, he will be the first person I call when I need a tow! Punctual and well priced!

I’ve finally had it. The first time I brought my truck here, rich knew exactly what to do. I bring my truck in to have my brakes worked on. The next day he’s calling me about my spark plugs being dirty. Which I didn’t take it for. $430 later I’m driving and break down not even a week later. Same issue with my brakes. Magically over the phone, rich thinks there’s power steering fluid in my brake system. Guess what? He was right. Blaming me for it however. Weird. That was another $150. So today as my trucks running funny I decide to check my spark plugs. I have an entire side not screwed in properly, and one of the plugs were completely broke. Stay away.

Great place to do business, i had some issues with my truck took it to Choice Auto cost me 600 dollars and my truck was not fixed so dont take your vehicle to Choice Auto they ripped me off. Took my truck to Kings Auto they diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away and the problem has been fixed ever since. Kings Auto is a great place for your Auto machine needs. With a check engine light on my Equinox I took it to Kings Auto. They were busy at the time & Id plan to come back in in the following morning. Plus in conversation, regarding the check engine, the owner mentioned a fuel additive to clean the system. On my way home I stopped & picked up the additive & used it. The cars computer reset and has not come back on. 👍The following morning I still went to Kings as I still needed to have the oil changed. The young man got to it & with a short wait I was back on the road, oil changed, tires rotated & no check engine light.I appreciate the help.

Was towed in just before opening but as soon as they opened they started working on my car immediately. Richard is very nice and made sure everything was working properly before he sent me off. Done in a timely manner and they let me know of any set backs. Great place. Richard also sent me a couple texts following up to make sure everything was still working properly and to see if i needed anything done. For someone who has never been to Jackson before and living 40 minutes away, I truly believed that my car was in the best hands when they discovered that my wheel was about to come off and my brakes were about to drop to the floor! Richard replaced a leaky pinion seal on my motorhome prior to a long trip to the U.P.We got as far as Indian River when the seal started to leak.I called Richard late in the day to see what we/he could do about it.Richard never hesitated to let me know that he would stand behind his work.I was able to find a repair facility a few miles away that replaced the seal.Richard made sure that the repair was covered with no cost to me.Richard is a stand up guy, and Im happy to do business with him .

I first went to another shop 5 minutes away and was turned off by how dismissive they were off me. Took my car to Kings next and I assume he was the owner but he helped me at least look at what the problem was for my 2011 Ford Escape. I wish they were open on Saturdays because I would have loved to give his kind self my business but they’re not and it’s understandable. The only reason I have to go elsewhere is because I live an hour away and here on a weekend camping getaway. Thank you for your time and actually looking at the problem. This place is AWESOME!!! I hopped off I94 at exit 145 for a burger. Once I slowed down there was an awful grinding sound. I was about 75 miles from home and I had no idea where I even was! The mechanic at Kings drove my car and said it was a $25 dollar heat shield. I could have cried with relief! He was so nice and honest. I know little about cars and he could have told me it was anything and charged me double. They did a once over too and he told me a few things that needed to be done soon but not right then. My faith in humanity has gotten a boost. I wish I lived closer so they could do the other repairs I need.

I had a heating issue with my 1965 Mustang.Richard and Zach spent a lot of time and effort in fixing the problem.I’m so appreciative of the effort and the extra time they put in to fix the issue.I tested the car on two 90 degree days. I believe that the issue is resolved.Richard didn’t charge me for all the time they put in.I recommend King’s Auto to anyone and I’m a customer for life.

We were in town for a wedding, my car had no power, it would start but not run. I googled possible problems and came up with ignition switch failure. I searched for repair shops and read the reviews. Kings auto had good reviews. I had the vehicle towed to kings and told him what it was doing and what I found on google. He had it checked and all it was, was a couple ground wires. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and it cost a lot less than a new ignition switch replacement would have been. To me, that is an honest repair shop when they do a repair that is cheaper than what they could have charged me. I would use them all the time if they were in the area I lived in. Thanks to kings auto for keeping things honest and fair.

Started Saturday morning with a mini waterfall in my car. Went to Kings auto repair without an appointment, and owner Richard was able to diagnose the issue without even looking at it! The air conditioner drain was plugged by pine needles. 3 days heavy rain + plugged drain= waterfall under dash. They cleaned the system out, drained water out of floor boards and placed sreen over the open to prevent future problems. All done same day for a fair price. I will return for any future service my car may need.
