Must-go store for all expectant mothers! They have everything from cribs to car seats to strollers and gifts. I was so very pleased with our stroller and car seat from here. The selection of brands was incredible and it’s great to be able to learn how to collapse the stroller and click the car seat in and out of the base. We ended up going back and getting a rocking chair- which was such a fun experience! We sat in all the chairs and picked out the exact fabric that worked with our nursery color scheme. I have been telling all my expecting friends that this store is the best place to start when prepping for baby! Prices are reasonable and their selection of brands is impressive.

First time going in there today and the women were so polite and helpful! This place reminded me of what a baby store is supposed to look like. The prices were very reasonable and they offered a lot of high end brands there I couldnt find anywhere else. I will definitely be returning to purchase items from there.

My husband and I ordered a glider and a crib from Play Pen. We were very impressed with the quality of the items they carry, but you do pay extra for that quality. Our total was nearly $1400 for the crib and glider. Both the crib and the glider had to be ordered. We were promised the glider in 4-6 weeks, and the crib in 8-10 weeks. The glider came in as expected, and I was very pleased with it. However, it took 13 weeks for my crib to come in. After 10 weeks, I started calling the store to ask where my crib was. I was never given any explanation other than, Well call you when it ships. Well, I called once or twice a week checking on it, and each time the ladies answering the phone seemed more and more annoyed with me. Finally my crib was promised to me on a Thursday, and that as soon as it came in I would receive a phone call. Play Pen closes at 6, so my husband and I both made arrangements to get off work a little early that day so we could go by and get the crib. By 4:30, I still hadnt heard from anyone, so I called, and the lady that answered told me that they had received a shipment but that no one had had time to see what was on it, and that they would call me tomorrow. I was livid. My crib was already 3-5 weeks late and now its in and I cant go get it! I convinced her to check to see if my crib was in, and it was, and they agreed to let us come get it that day. The owner helped us load the crib, and told us some wild story about how the wrong freight company had picked up this order of cribs and basically held them hostage because he refused to pay this freight company because he likes to use the other freight company. So, I, along with who knows how many other customers, had to wait, with my due date fast approaching, an extra 3-5 weeks to get my crib because he had some personal vendetta against this freight company or refused to pay a little extra to use them or whatever. And, to top it all off when we got the crib home and started putting it together, we noticed it had been slightly freight damaged. The damage was just cosmetic and after all the stress Id been through with Play Pen just to get my crib, I didnt even bother reporting it to them. Ill just have to live with a few nicks and dings in my $700 crib.

Fast delivery, great customer service and cute curation of baby items. Found a hard-to-find item on their site for a rush birthday gift and it came immediately. Definitely recommend.

This place has AMAZING customer service. There was an issue with my order, no fault of the store, it was the post office. I couldnt figure out what was going on with it. Mary Morgan took it upon herself to call multiple post offices and find out the issue. She called me to let me know what happened and then followed up the next to make sure things were still on track. She spent a lot of time making sure that my order was correct and would be received in a timely manner. It was much appreciated and hard to find good customer service like that.

Exceptional customer service and an absolutely massive selection of items. I was considering ordering some christmas presents from Walmart.com for my sisters kids, but decided to get out of the house and support my local small businesses instead, even if I had to pay a little more. When I walked in an associate walked to me, cheerfully greeted me, and proceeded to help me find exactly what I was looking for AND it was cheaper here than online at Walmart! And dont be fooled, I thought it was going to be all baby stuff when I was first walking in but they had some awesome toys for kids of all ages. Low prices, clean and well organized store, and top notch customer service. I think 5 star reviews are handed out far too frequently on the internet now, and im honestly a bit of a stickler when it comes to my reviews online, but these guys just nailed it. 5/5, Ill definitely be back!

I have not one good thing to say about the customer service at this store. If you buy something here, make sure you want to keep it because they will nickel and dime you for everything if you try to return it. They will charge you the shipping, if you got it with free shipping, and a restocking fee of 25%. Also, be prepared to waste your time and energy fighting for the remainder of that money because they dont make getting the remainder of that money easy. NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!
