Ordered balloons great but stock was way down 😲

Love this store. You can find just about anything you want for party occasions and then some.

Great place, loads of party supplies if you arent buying for a huge gathering. Prices are higher than buying fine China though

The service is good, although there are very few employees to assist you. I love the big selection of merchandise and the reasonable prices. If you are planning a party or special event, you can get almost anything you want there!

Manager on duty was extremely rude. In fact I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience with a store. Long story short she got mad at one of her employees that was assisting me with my ballon order for making a very minor mistake and literally threw a pen across the counter in anger and it almost hit me and then proceeded to give me a dirty look and didn’t say anything, just stormed off. This was so off putting I will never shop here again. Plus I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with her all the time.

Pretty organized is some parts, but other parts its a total madhouse. Was never asked if i needed help finding anything. When i asked about balloons, the two employees that were filling an order had attitudes and didnt answer my questions. The cashier was very nice though!!

This place is great I had an amazing clerk last time I was there she customized a balloon for me something I didnt know they did and I have been there several times before this

They had plastic table cloths and guests books like I needed

I called in the morning about putting something on hold and when I arrived it had been sold. I live almost two hours away and they informed me at the store (not on the phone two hours prior) that they would only hold it for an hour. Very disappointing experience. Will not be shopping here in the future.

The staff are fantastic. Especially Jadyn.

I slept behind it. Luckily I found blanket next a near by dumpster. Thank you for the Wi-Fi.

HUGE store! First time visiting it or any Party City. The selection is astounding. Found the stores organization confusing. I was looking for specific items for a bridal shower and had to wander the store more than I wanted to. Some things were in places that just didnt quite make sense. Staff was very nice & helpful. Appeared they were beginning to get stock for Halloween.

Small kids, toddlers, pre-teens, teenagers & different sizes adults. Plus animals, theyve got you covered.

Great if you are looking for a variety of choices for parties. Gentleman working ther is very helpful. Good service.

Two younger girls running register didnt seem well trained in customer service they rang me out fine just a bit rude.

I went here with some friends to pick out balloons for her birthday and they have a great selection for balloons; a lot of them are blown up on display so you can see what they look like and how big they are before you purchase. They had a huge variety of party items ranging from kids treat bag items for parties, all kinds of piñatas and costumes for themed parties. Only thing I would complain about is prices because a lot of their products are expensive for my budget but great for people who want all one theme for a party because they literally have anything and everything you would possibly need for a party.

This store is absolutely wonderful!!! So organized and a huge selection of a little bit of everything! We primarily went to look for Hallowen costumes! They had a wide variety to choose from!! They also has a wide variety of sizes from adults to children! Quality of costumes were superior and the prices were great!! The bathroom was one of the cleanest bathrooms Ive ever used!! Employees were super helpful and friendly! We will def be coming in again!

The store manager was VERY helpful! Had a balloon filled and the staff didnt tie it tight enough so it blew away within hours. He was kind enough to replace it for free!! Would definitely recommend! Great service and friendly

There are big round things inside that for a price will blow thing til firm for you to then take home and watch become unfirm. Its a system thats been part of society for half a century and works to this day.

My kids love going there. We could spend the whole day looking at everything! They especially love the candy, where you can pick 12/$1

This place is almost too much! I wish it would have been around when my children were younger for their themed parties. Huge selection and great prices.

This place has everything... But @ a higher cost then you would expect. Between the dollar tree, Amazon, & Walmart... You can save way more if you plan ahead. As far as themes go they have pretty much all you would need. Only problem is they a la carte so much you feel like your getting so much bang 4 your buck til you get 2 the check out. Long story short. If you have the means & dont feel like driving store 2 store you can get all the items you need @ this 1 stop shop.

Im really surprised by this location. Im assuming that they must be doing very well for themselves with LOCAL customers, as they are completly unwilling to work with customers that are not local. The first time we called this location, they stated that they currently could not take balloon orders as they were out of helium. They said they didnt know exactly when they would have it but try after Wednesday. Just called today. Thursday and they have helium. I said great! I need to place a balloon order. Brie said we can not take balloon orders over the phone. I am traveling up I-65 from Nashville, TN to a surprise party and needed to order about 30-40 balloons. I even offered to pay by credit card over the phone. She said we can not take orders over the phone. You need to be here in person.... I explained the situation again and told her I guess ill have to look elsewhere, she said ok, have a nice day and hung up. Wow.... Thanks for your help PARTY CITY Not....... 1 star

Slow check out, but good overall

They have a great selection and lots of unusual items and party supplies, but generic items can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Building was massive and 95% stocked. It was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgable. Prices were a lot better than I thought they would be. Pretty cheap, but good quality. They have items for any type of celebration. Grad, bday, wedding, birth, cosplay, holiday and party party. Would recommend to anyone who asked where to get party supplies.

Very very very disappointed. Bought a Jojo siwa balloon a couple days ago and it has deflated. Not a happy person. Will not do business with them again. Ill go elsewhere

Approached an employee wearing a orange vest that said Halloween Expert on the back. Asked her if where can I could find treat sized cauldrons. She said, I dont know what that is. I explained its the black kettle that witches use to brew potions. She then starts making a hitting motion with her hand and says, we have those sticks that police officers carry. The sticks they hit people with.I excused myself and located them myself.

I came here for decorations for my baby shower, no one around to ask for help, we spent a small fortune on hellium balloons that didnt stay filled with air or inflated through out the party which we picked them up maybe 30min before the party started so that was frustrating and a waste of money. They have a great selection but low quality balloons for the price. Wont be getting balloons here again.
