I’m said to say I encouraged my daughter who lived in Houston to purchase this hair. The hair I bought was good but I could not believe how the hair my daughter got looked!! She got the wig made by the person the OWNER referred. Here is a picture of what it looked like. HORRIBLE!! I will not buy from Goddess link EVER AGAIN. Plus she did not return my daughter calls and refused to replace the hair. 😩👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

As humble and understanding I am I’m giving this a 1 star. You get tired of supporting these businesses and when you stress a concern the customer service is horrible. Not one time the person I was emailing responded to my complaints. She only responded to questions that had nothing to do with my concerns. It took everything in me not to be rude. I did NOT LIKE MY BUNDLES. I DID NOT LIKE MY WIG. My bundles seem different from what I purchased in the store. It looked like a different batch. Not sure what went wrong when wig was sent to stylist but the hair was not worth what I spent. The curls were not holding, the quality was not it, the ends were terrible and the knots were over bleached. I was treated as if my concern was irrelevant. To make a very long story short I spent so much money into back up styles waiting on a solution just to get the same hair I did not like shipped back to me. I’ve been too nice for too long. Really Tired of stuff like this. It doesn’t take much to show a little professionalism!!! I had time today.

I really wish I could this company a 0. Let me start by saying the customer service have always been extremely horrible. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! The hair is always a different color. My stylist have and others have bought this to my attention. If I purchase two bundles I would hope that both bundles are the same color. Also, the closure I purchased this time was a closure I could have walked in the traditional hair store to purchase. The store smelled like weed. Maybe it was coming from next door I’m not sure but it smelled like weed. From the model girl with the fake dimples on down to the new boy josh the Customer service is horrible!!! To the owner your attitude is bad also. Find you some decent ppl with a positive helpful attitude that will increase your revenue because at this point. ITS A NO! A never AGAIN

This hair is absolutely beautiful! I have the Goddess Wave bundle w/closure. Im so thankful I watch reality TV and got a chance to be introduced to my favorite Belle Latrice and her business.... Im a customer for life now 😍

LOVE my Goddess Lengths bundles! Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped with a slight concern I had. I brought Peruvian 18 20 and 22 lengths, and my hair is Gorgeous! The stylist from the shop, Rae, did my hair, shes Super sweet, pleasant and focuses on hair health, not just making you look good. My sew-in is definitely one of the best installs-if not The best- Ive ever received and Im glad to say Ive found my new stylist and hair vendor!

I paid almost $400 for this hair. If it was good hair I would not have mined the hair was for a wig I was making for a very special occasion. I don’t usually do reviews but I don’t want anyone else to waste their hard earn money on this hair company. I bought 3 bundles 16, 18,& 20 inch bundles. The bundles were dry and stiff the ends are so thin you can see right through the ends. This is in no way luxury hair I have gotten better hair from the Neighborhood beauty supply or from Amazon. I just very disappointed in this company. I will encourage customers to stay clear if this company. If they have better hair they must have sent me the bottom of the barrel hair. Because the only reason I got hair from here is because I read some reviews. Some were not great then I saw so good reviews think the good have out weighed the bad. Trust me this hair is bad, bad. My original home is Jackson Mississippi, so I decided to support Goddess Lenghts.I always was cheap when it came to buying hair but I got what I paid for,a one-time use.When I purchased my hair from Goddess Lenghts i am well pleased.The hair is amazing and worth the price.Thank you Latrice for your vision

I am a former homeless woman that met the owner of Goddess Lengths during her annual Back-to-School event in August 2020 at Mbar. I told her that I wanted to look for a job and better my life for my 5 kids. She had her assistant to get my name and number. I thought she would call and just check on us. Low and behold, she personally called me and invited me to her shop. She blessed me with a new look, laptop, and money to job hunt and get a few outfits. I have gotten the hair re-installed twice and it has helped my overall look and appearance tremendously.

I purchased what supposed to be shed, matte and tangle free bundles on 01/11/2021 from Goddess length. The owner checked me out with certainty that the hair was GREAT quality. Not to mention, she charged me for Peruvian hair when I actual received the horrible Brazilian bundles. I went to the store on 01/18/2021 to discuss my concern and was advised I’ll receive a follow up with 48 hrs once the owner returns. When you purchase a car, you expect it to drive, the same is expected with any other purchase. I spent 270.00 to be exact not including my installation fees and travel expenses. The lack of concern for the product and customer service is alarming. In order to continue to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES, the respect for your product and ANY purchase should be valued. I’m very disappointed due to malicious intent to get over just to make a sale. I gave her a sale on the day it was snowing in Jackson, MS. I had a important meeting to attend the following day which led me to stray from my original vendor. I pray this is a lesson of experience that will assist the next person.

I’m always afraid to order online. I called the physical store to ask questions before placing the order. Those girls know their hair. I ordered my hair and literally got it within less than a week. It may have came faster than that, but I check my office only 1x a week. My beautician raves about how nice it was to sew in good, quality hair. I contacted Goddess Lengths and spoke with a nice young lady that asked me questions to pair my desired look for my retirement dinner to my current texture. Hello I’m interested in purchasing a wig from your shop. First because I would like to support Black Businesses, and I love the payment plan that you provided if needed. However after watching the show,and reading some of the bad reviews. Marie stated on the show that your brand of hair was fill with fiber, more than human hair. So for as the wigs I noticed ppl had the same concerns in the reviews. I’m not from your state. I just want to be assured if I purchase a unit from you it will be the best.

I purchase a wig from Goddess Length and I asked them was it human hair and would I be able to be bleached wig the young lady told me yes it was human hair and it will be able to be bleached. The wig was very thin and the tracks were split throughout the unit. I bleached the hair and the wig started shedding. I called back and spoke with the young lady about the wig and she told me that there wasn’t anything she can do about the issue. I called and asked if I could speak with Latrice and she said she wasn’t in. So I took the wig back and she told me her stylist would look at it. A couple days later, she called me to come pick the wig up and I took it home to wash it and noticed there was different wave patterns sewn into the unit. I’m very unhappy with Goddess Length at this moment because I spent over $300.00 dollars on this wig and she think it’s a joke. I told her this was a bad wig and I am not satisfied with the issue. This wig has synthetic fiber in it that one thing I know.

I only wear Goddess Lengths wigs while I preach the word of the Lord. People always want a picture, so I have gotten use to my hair looking a certain way that only you all can deliver like I deliver the word.

I ordered from the 613 Collection and Edge Tamer. Shawty had me outchea looking like an entire Char meal. I’m glad I saw the vending machine in Northpark.

The online selection is HORRIBLE, always out of stock(lashes and longer lengths), also NO variety of wigs. I mean whats the point of having a website if everything is ALWAYS out of stock.

Love the hair !! I ordered 3 bundles 14,16,18. At first my order got messed up where it looked like I ordered different lengths so I contacted customer service. She addressed the issue right away and corrected my order and sent it right along ! I will be ordering in the future.

Beautiful atmosphere and the owner is simply amazing. The staff is courteous and friendly. The prices are a little high, but not out of the normal for the quality of the products offered.

I purchased the Indian Hair in January and I am now on my second install! I am so impressed with this hair because each time I wash my hair, it looks absolutely identical! I absolutely love the hair here. I have purchased at least about 4 times. The front clerks are very helpful and courteous, however I cannot say the same for one of the hair stylist that I set up an apt with. She calls herself Adonis world. I had an 8 am apt and she basically cancelled on me without a notice. I waited on her nearly an hour before i decided to send a text to find out what was going on and she text back immediately pretending to not have received confirmation that I was still coming and informed me that she had went back to bed AND will not be coming anytime soon. She was extremely cold and unprofessional about the matter and told me that I was the one who wasted her time and that someone else couldve had my spot... As if I did not set up an apt, show up ON TIME, and wait all that time to get my hair done. VERY inconsiderate and awful customer service. I love the hair but I will have it applied elsewhere for now on. Otherwise I wouldve given this business 4-5 stars

I have been shopping at goddess lengths for at least 5 years and they always had good quality hair. I decided to purchase from the wig collection and those wigs are absolutely terrible and are not made from the same bundles in store . The wig matts together so bad you can barely comb it . It sheds really bad even when you’re just standing still . My customers had been complaining about hair being all over the place . I treat this hair like any other virgin hair I had ever gotten from them and nothing works . I wish I could insert pictures to show just how bad this wig Matts up . I reached out to the company and they basically told me it was my fault and there was nothing else they can do about it . This wig is really bad and I hate I wasted 400 dollars of my hard earned money .

When I purchased my hair, I was very pleased by how it felt and that it did not shed. However, after only a month of wearing my 3 body wave bundles and closure, I started noticing the thinning of my closure. Now mind you, I only had this hair installed for 4 weeks and my closure was to the point I could see the actually lace. For the price of the closure, I am very disappointed in its shedding and balding. I may purchase bundles again, but I will pass on the closure and lace frontals.

They have really good hair. The price is about the same as everywhere else. But after yrs of wearing virgin hair, its the ONLY hair Ive reused for a 2nd install. The makeup lady Adonis made my daughter look like a princess for prom. So I give the a +10.

Very good product I bought 4-30 goddess wave and a frontal absolutely love it. Im a pro when it comes to hair and often when you get inches longer than 26 they tend to be harder to manage because its so much hair so you may get a tangle here or there, let me tell you!!!! This hair is fire because it doesnt tangle, shed, anything its just perfect. I dont normally do reviews but I told yall once I called this hair is amazing and its a must I do a review!!!!!!

The hair I purchased last summer 2015 smelled really bad. I used several washes to get rid of the smell but it never went away. The hair was a disappointment for the hundreds of dollars I spent on the bundles.The only great thing out of my purchase was the closure that didnt smell.

I love the hair it doesn’t smell or look bad. The frontals and the hair do start to bald but it’s the customer service. i ordered hair for more than 300 dollars and I suppose I had put my address in wrong.I was worried because I dont order things online for that much ever. PayPal told me to contact goddess lengths about updating my info. When I had they replied in a somewhat demeaning way saying I could just reorder the hair and wait for my refund and this time I could enter it in correctly. It’s weird how they don’t have an option where I can do that stuff from their website. I just had a pit in my stomach the whole conversation and who ever was on the other end made it larger. If you buy hair I recommend just going in rather than ordering it online.
