Normally Ive always had a pleasant experience since Raymond Rd location opened, went in about 10 minutes before closing looking for some products with the help of one of the workers who was very helpful but the Cashier with all the make up and weave/wig was so rude, rushing me to hurry up because she was tired, been on her feet all day, etc. I left the items on the counter...Employees like this is bad for any business...SUNS, you just lost a customer...I wk hard for my money and Im not going to let no one treat me that way plus were the ones paying her salary...

I always have a great experience when I shop here. The associates are always helpful when I have any questions. I do enjoy shopping here for my beauty supplies.

I JUST CALLED AT 1:23 P.M. ON 6/24/16 FOR A PRICE FOR CROCHET BOX BRAID HAIR AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK TO THE BOSS AND ASK THEM WHY THEIR EMPLOYEES ARENT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT PRICES OVER THE PHONE. I COULD BE A COMPETITOR...WHAT IN THE WORLD?! IF A COMPETITOR WANTS TO KNOW A PRICE THEY CAN PRETEND TO BE A CUSTOMER AND GET THEIR PRICES. THE STUPIDEST THING IVE HEARD ALL DAY. I WONT BE SHOPPING AT THE STORE ON RAYMOND RD. AND MAYBE THE ONE ON TERRY IF I AM TOLD THAT AGAIN. TERRY RD. STORE DOESNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE, IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL.

I have been going to this store for years until today dec 16 2017 the older black women disrespect me and said that i was not alot to wear a pajama onezy suit in the store then shr goes on and says that people still alot and was hinting that i might put some in my pants and steal . i felt they treated me horrible because i come in the stor every other day and by hair and she treated me bad . dont spend ur money here. Cuz customers r treated poorly . i want to come in a store and feel welcome not watch . BAD SERVICE. THEY WANT GET NO MORE OF MY MONEY.
