We had a great experience dealing with the staff at Great Lakes. They were very knowledgeable and worked closely with us to ensure our satisfaction. Well worth the price. If I could rate them higher, I would.

The staff does not seem to be knowledgeable on items that they sell. The prices are high compared to any box store in Jackson. I had a job that decided to change their mind on the design once all the materials were delivered. I had an extra 13 sheets of drywall that were not damaged in any way. They will not return any drywall at all, they did not even come out and look to see what kind of shape the material was in. It is easier to deal with a box store for your drywall materials. I would suggest using a box store or home acres in Lansing for you material needs. Dont end up paying double!!!

This place is over priced they dont call you back and the people dont really know what materials they sell
