Was having issues with my phone after attempting to switch from Verizon to Visible. Customer service, sales team, and tech team all had different answers over the phone. I visited twice in two days and the service was fantastic. Only the owner and her employee, Rayne, are currently working so wait times can be slow depending on how involved an issue is, but they are wonderful. Fixed my phone in about 20 minutes. The owner truly cares about her customers and doesn’t BS you. 10/10

I was in town for a wedding on September 10th, I dont remember the young ladys name but she was the most helpful person I have met in quite awhile. I know we were in Jackson Hole and she made it possible for me to get pictures of my youngest daughters wedding

There were a few days in June where no one showed up for work at this place. Once they did open, I tried to set up an account but I have been waiting over 6 weeks to get my business account set up. I arrived at the store today and was told the person who needs to set up the account is on vacation for two weeks.I have skepticism about the accuracy of their reviews in their Google listing. Be Careful.

Summer was very friendly and helpful and had high energy with every customer in the store. I noticed that while she was helping the customers ahead of me she payed close attention to details and made sure things were done properly. I needed a screen protector replaced and she took care of me in less than 5 minutes.

I recently purchased a new phone. I then realized that the new phone and my wifi/Bluetooth camera would not communicate no matter what I tried. It was quite frustrating because I didnt have a problem with the old phone. Cody was wonderful. He was very patient, helpful and personable. The web site says open at 10 - instead, there’s a sign on the door saying appt necessary, with a different # to call, and the place was locked up. 3 of us were trying to get in. I understand that in Jackson you may be short staffed, but at least upgrade the web site!

We recently moved from Marin, California to Jackson, Wyoming and needed to change phone carriers; historically, one of those tasks anyone would wish on their worst enemy. Not so with Irving at the Verizon store.First, my wife previously came in to do some benchmarking to compare to the “other” national carrier. By accident, she left a wool coat behind with no contact information. Irving, however, stored the coat believing she would come back.One month later, we pull up at the store’s opening hour and sure enough, Irving recognized my wife and pulled her coat out from storage and had it draped over the chair where customers sit.It only gets better. It was a complicated transfer involving our daughter who was out of state and technical issues with our old carrier that could have stressed out anyone else. Irving was incredibly competent, kind and attentive.He and I talked sports and our reasons for switching carriers, all the while processing our order without delay. As a result, we were out of the business office in record time so that we could attend to the myriad of other chores associated with moving.Thank you Verizon for hiring the best staff to support your superlative technology. We’re sold for life!

Cody answered all my questions, no matter how trivial or repetitive they were. He was very polite and friendly. After having a bad experience at another store that isnt connected to this store Cody made me feel better and helped resolved my problems.

Firstly, I have to say that the system for ordering a phone for in store pick up has a lot of issues. There were a lot of hoops to jump through that should have been easier to solve.That being said, Cody was an excellent representative and handled the task well. It was his effort that made the experience a positive one, and less painful than I had expected.

Ordered my phone replacement through Asurion. Come down today at 3:30. No ones there. Closes at 4. I go over to the other Verizon in town . Says it happens often. If you want real service go to the Verizon in the hillside shopping center.

I came in to the Verizon store after falling into a frozen river while hunting. My phone got ruined. I was still in wet clothes when I arrived. I went in to get a new phone because I was overdue to check in with my wife. They were great and had me out in less than an hour with a new phone.
