Store is always clean and well kept. Cashiers are helpful and informative. Stock Availability matches the app everytime. Today was a great find, had my heart set on CoD:Cold War but for about $5 less than that one game I came out with 2.

People were great helping me with all my needs ! They had the PS4 games that my son was looking for and also saved me money 🤑 on both games I purchased!

Always been a good, reliable store. Just need to look into a couple of the employees knowledge of basic video games. Good place though.

A full service gaming store with all your video gaming and collectible needs. They have many Current and last gen games and systems going back to wii and x box 360. There are many video game and movie collectibles here also. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will help with whatever you need. I would recommend this location.

Poorly managed. They will not order restock dont care about getting a pay check. They need new workers!

Like the store and concept but wish it was larger with more options to choose from. Definitely a first stop for us when looking for anything gaming. Its definitely the gamers favorite place in our area as there arent a lot of other options. Always helpful and nice.

I just dislike my experience generally. Might find a deal on a rare occasion but I assure you, if its cheap here, its cheaper most anywhere else.

These guys & girls are great. We placed an order for a game online, and they had it ready for us when we walked in the door 30 minutes later. They have a good selection of new and used games. Staff is very friendly.

Treats my nephew with respect and answers his gamer questions patiently and with good info. A difficult task when hes only 13. Staff is well informed and helpful.

The lady working there with a total idiot did not know which controller for Xbox one have Bluetooth built-in we had to drive plum to the Northside of Jackson Tennessee she should not work there she doesnt know anything about what she is selling

Friendly service and the young lady went out of her way to make me happy.

Team Leader likes to talk it up and smile for her friends, but when asking a general question, with kindness mind you, I got back snippy remarks... got a scratched game with severe finger prints all over it, took it back in and she said with an attitude its not THAT bad then proceeded to hand back a game that was even worse... I just wrote it off and tossed the game, it was only $8 rather than have attitude... but when a customer is kind and simply asks for an exchange... no attitude is needed... if you did the job to begin with, the games wouldnt be messed up, or maybe an im sorry, lets make this right and get you a nicer disc...
