Seems like no one cares to much about this job i thought that it was for customers not allowing workers to close wen they want to i made it at 8:30 the sign on the door states that they close at 9 even at 30 mins the customer should b satisfied especially since i get off late i dnt have much time to do anything but my proposal is that its false advertising wen u have a sign and a website stating that you close at 9 but workers are gathering laughing and joking like a family reunion this store really needs to b shut down especially since i caught a few ppl selling shoes on the street from this place thinking no one will catch them place is sad case Hibbett sports stayed open till i left at 9:10 just to make sure i was satisfied and they are on the same strip in western plaza

Great urban fashion wear store. They have great clothes shoes and accessories. Their customer service is very good and so are their prices.

I will not shop there anymore they gave me two different size shoes and had the audacity to ask me if I still had my receipt and box for the shoes I bought for my baby that was not even 1 at the time. Bought the shoes on December 24 and just now realizing that it was two different shoe sizes. Now I’m stuck with shoes my daughter CAN NOT EVEN WEAR. The manager was very unprofessional rude and had not one care in the world.

My experience today was horrible. I was there ten minutes before the store closing and the door was already locked. I knocked and waited for a rude employee to come and tell me I picked a fine time to come and even went as far to yell at me and say I better come back another time

Service could have been better if I had help or assistance from the cashiers
