Yo! This place is awesome! I just went there today and got the best board ever!! Im a very rough person on my board and I got a great replacement! Also the staff there is super nice and really helpful!! 10/10 also one of the guys there took some pics of me and my board, it was very cool!

0/10 do not recommend. This establishment is completely tone deaf in regards to the city where it resides and it’s citizens. Too many times they create these tongue-in-cheek t-shirts, mugs, etc that are a poor attempt at humor at the expense of Jackson’s citizens. Plus the other stuff don’t even be hitting on nothing to go there as if there is no alternative. Whatever Publix good they actually do does not atone for their poor taste. I’m not saying they should be shut down. But just take that store somewhere where those “jokes” will be tolerated. I promise no one will miss them.

This is honestly the best skateshop/clothing shop I have ever been to. Great customer service and very helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

I came here recently to purchase a new skateboard and some skate shoes since I had been wanting to get back into skating since the last time that I skated, which was about 7 to 8 years prior. I have always heard very good things about this shop and I do prefer supporting local businesses rather than shopping online.So lets start with the good things.Large shoe selection for skaters and non-skatersNice boards on display from respected skating companiesFriendly employeesGood customer serviceThe issues that I had are as follows:I was not offered any form of discount for purchasing a complete custom deck. Not a huge deal, I can afford to pay for what I want, but it was kind of expected on a purchase this large.I also had a problem with one of the new trucks I bought having a messed up bushing, so I came back about an hour later to get some new bushings installed and to purchase a multi tool. I was offered a discount on both of these items, so that was appreciated, but this is where my main issue comes into play. While I was originally browsing the decks, I was told that the boards on display were all that was available at the time due to limited supply. Understandable considering the Coronavirus. But when returning to fix the issue with the truck, an associate brought out about 15 new decks that were more in line with what I was looking for in the first place for about $75 less than what I paid for a custom deck. It could have been that the associate that I spoke with didnt know that more was in stock,, but I find it much more likely that this was just to move older products first. Will this deter me from shopping here again? No, but its doubtful that Ill purchase another custom board here.

No refunds only store credit. My wife tried to get some jeans and they didn’t fit. She bought them and went out to try them on and came directly back 10 minutes later for a refund and they only offered store credit. Will not be back.

The shop is a small unique place. I feel like the customer service could be better. We were barely greeted and were not asked if we needed help or anything. Its hard to try to support local businesses with the customer service sucks.

The products they have are plentiful and diverse, but the best place about this store is the service. They always willing to answer questions, give advice, and work with you on things you want. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get shoes, boards, shirts, or anything

The employees make it so easy and comfortable to shop here! I bought a skateboard from here and they assembled it right there with no problem! Awesome people! Awesome shop!

Great people and product at this store. The sneakers are the best and the local T-shirts are my favorite.

This is one of the coolest gems in Jackson. Stance socks, a massive Vans selection, tons of Poler and Herschel bags, really nice clothes and skateboards. This store packs a big punch for being so small. It has more selection than stores 3xs the size. This is a poler bag that I just got. Absolutely love it!
