I know this is a second hand store but they actually have some great accessories for guitar players. Things like: cables, clip-on tuners, picks, capos, strings, etc. Even drumsticks. All of which are brand new. I always have students asking where can I get accessories and now I always recommend this place. Nice staff too. This was a great unexpected beautiful surprise. Prices were NOT ridiculously expensive and very reasonable to say the least.

These people are awesome cheap clean clothes and dishes silverware and anything else from toaster oven s to work out benches and much more also money is used to help out people who are in need right here locally. Really happy about that.

I scheduled a donation pick up 3 weeks ago for 8/13/21: A beautiful down-wrapped sofa and love seat set, 2 matching barrel chairs, 2 ottomans, coffee and tables, bedroom suite, dining table set, range, clothes dryer, and more. The scheduler knew the quantity of my donation. I called the morning of to confirm and a gentleman stated that they would be here. As the home has narrow hallways, my husband and I carried the sofa, loveseat, and clothes dryer outside to aid in their pick up.I called St. Vincent de Paul of Jackson again at 3:00 p.m., because I hadn’t yet heard from them. The woman to whom I was transferred confirmed to me that they would indeed be coming for the pick up. She said they had a garage sale pick up in Brooklyn and would likely have to come back to the store to drop before coming for my donation. I made her aware that we moved things outside for their convenience, and she assured me that they would be coming as they were working late that day.At 5:42 p.m. I received a call from the store informing me that they will not be able to pick up my donation today and would like to reschedule for possibly the next week. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I told her no, I’m not willing to risk having to go through that again. I’ll choose to donate elsewhere.

Worker are not nice. Treat you badly. Will never come back again :(

This place has become so high priced, Im going to stop shopping here. Wasting my time. Went looking for a couple picture frames that would hold a poster. Frames were priced as much as $50 for a 18X 24 with a cheap print in it, and a couple even had broken glass. Chipped drinking glasses $2 or more... yet the parking lot was piled up with stuff they dont have room for, but they are demanding outrageous prices.

The is one of the true gems in Jackson Michigan! I always go here first for anything that you could want from household goods clothing Electronics books or even home decor. The staff at both of their locations are awesome,knowledgeable, helpful and caring.

Dont care to much for them everything is donated and they will not negotiate even a lil on prices. Some of the items are over priced and not worth it. They used to care about people and the community now they are like almost everyone else only care about the almighty dollar. They tried to charge me over a $100 for a donated box spring . I know it was donated cause I help my friend take it there.

Better prices than Goodwill. Merchandise is a bit dirty and sticky though. 😳

I really like shopping here, they always have alot and for a good price. I saw a roach in there today though, it grossed me out. Im still going to shop here, but they should definitely spray down the building.

I enjoy thrift shopping...never know what you will find. They didnt mention not delivering on up stairs..but all and all good prices and a couple cool finds..worth a peek!

This place is kind of small, not a ton of selection, or misc types of items right now, but it is a great little thrift store for clothes, shoes, or dishes, and its almost always on the way to somewhere as its right on the main drag!I highly recommend supplementing your trip with the location nextdoor that handles the furniture, books, and other furnishings that are donated.

Its so much cheaper then GooWill. Theres a lot of different things. In other building theres furniture, books, crafts ect... Very clean. Workers r friendly.

Hit or miss on finding a item that catches your eye.. I always manage to find 1 or 2 or 10 items, and the craft supplies at furniture part is way cool and priced accordingly!

They are an awesome place due to the fact that they help out. People Who have been homeless And are getting their residence. They dont charge. I see they dont have a lot of stuff. I will now start giving my stuff to them instead of Goodwill they dont have toasters or mixers. Very small store. Very nice people

I shop here all the time and there’s always the same rude employee and now he’s in there coughing up a lung WITHOUT a mask on. Unbelievably delusional and I can’t even anymore

Id rate that venue higher, but impressions are made by how those working behind the counter treat you. No greeting, no offer of assistance, no departing salutation. NOTHING.If a conversation with your co-worker discussing gossip about a supervisor or fellow employee is more important than helping a customer...perhaps working the front end of a retail store or charity, isnt exactly in the cards for you.My experience here wasnt today, or even yesterday. It was a few weeks ago, and quite memorable due to the feeling it evoked. I refuse to return to this location.Youd think with two buildings, youd get a 50/50 chance. Congratulations for blowing that out of the water. We were looking to drop a couple hundred dollars on various furniture pieces. No, thanks. Ill pass.Note to Supervisors: rethink your staffing choices.

Good place to browse for stuff. Two different buildings, one with household type furnishings and large book selection. Second building contains knick knacks, clothing, family games, dinner and cook ware. Good supply of baby strollers. Also plenty of walkers for disabled. Friendly staff.

St Vincent is by far my favorite place to shop it doesnt look like much but inside tells another story you wont believe what people give up I have found so many Treasures and name brand clothing its unbelievable....I bought a couple of things and they were Valuable Antiques..Everyone that works there is super great so dont judge a book by its cover trust me people donate so many wonderful things from Pyrex pie plates to that special antique and Banana Republic clothes!!!!!

Our visits to St. Vincents are always pleasant. The staff is always very friendly.
