Please do not eat here. The staff were nice. Very clean place. However I did no get what I ordered. The sour cream had been expired for months! I could smell it from about 10 inches away.

This is true Mexican food at its best not a chips and salsa Americanized Tex Mex restaurant. If you want the real deal, this is your place.

I was so pleased to find this place. What a hidden gem! This is real authentic fare. The place is not fancy inside, kind of a hole in the wall type place (grocery store in front and restaurant in the back). But the food is outstanding and the staff has been friendly every time I go.

This place is amazing. Its quaint with great people who are very patient and take pride in everything they do there; they put their all into whatever they are doing and they make sure that youre smiling when you leave. I havent had the honor of eating in the restaurant just yet but I certainly look forward to it.Thank you El Mezcal. Good place in jackson . Visited dyersburg tn several mex restaurants not soo good. Coming from milwuakee where there is lots of mexicans like myself this place food is really authentic .
