I love to ship items to my grandchildren and children in Knoxville, TN 37922 and Las Vegas, NV. Store is beautiful clean and staff are great. And they have a large selection of all kinds of cards. Never had a problem mailing items or getting them to my family on time. I use to drive all the way to the Spring Arbor Rd store, but this one is so much closer to my home for me. Had to have a couple things notarized .. only only person working behind counter with many people waiting in line .. I thought it was going to take forever .. she was very fast and friendly .. We were in and out in less than ten minutes .. she never rushed anyone, treated everyone the same with a big friendly smile .. took time to answer questions .. it was a very good experience .. we recommend this place for your mailing needs

I have went here a few times now and they are consistently excellent at customer service. Its really convenient to have all the major shipping services in one location and they have always been very helpful even if I am using prepaid labels and not spending any money. You just dropped the stuff off pay for anything that you need and they handle everything as far as packaging and getting it shipped.

Decided to give them my business again after I screwed up by making too many copies of my passport without being charged for the extras. Returned a week ago to ship my disassembled (and expensive) desktop PC 2,000 miles ahead of me to western Canada. It arrived yesterday in excellent condition, and my fragile components (graphics card, hard-drive, etc.) were wrapped in several layers individually and double-boxed with foam inserts. No damage to be found anywhere at all. The woman who helped me even reached out shortly after our transaction to give me updated information on my tracking number.This is an excellent business that offers peace of mind for a very reasonable price. Being able to drop everything off and having them take care of the packing and labeling for you, especially when shipping fragile electronics internationally, is a great service. The people who work here are warm and friendly as well. Thank you again, guys!

I’ve been in this business a handful of times and every time, the people who work there are very rude. As you can see on their comments to their customers dissatisfaction. Just very unprofessional and I don’t see them being around long.

Spend quite a bit of money here but was refused to drop off USPS boxes as well, told to go somewhere else. Not coming back and will just do things myself instead.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the West Ave location. After shipping very delicate stained glass Snowflakes out of state, I had three out of eight that had broken tips. I did add the insurance on this package due to there delicate nature. Although the client that bought these was very happy, she did ship them back to be fixed. In the meantime I made up three more so she would have them by Christmas. I then went back to Ship N Pack asking about the insurance and my work was critiqued by Maryane by letting me know that my work was SHOTTY. I will assume that she knows very little about stained glass as after posting this on Facebook my clients were all appalled. Very uncalled for and unprofessional. I will be skipping the middle man and going directly to UPS and FedEx. Thanks but no thanks.

I went to drop off 2 packages at pack and ship today. Neither of the 2 employees were wearing masks and only 1 of the 3 customers in the store had a mask on. I regularly used this business before covid19. I will not be returning.

I cant even begin to describe how unpleasant my visit here was. I had what i thought was a simple request, I needed a receipt for my drop off package. Boy was I wrong! Maryann was extremely rude and unprofessional. After sighing and giving me a dirty look, she tried to tell me she was too busy to give me a receipt. Told me I was wasting her time and that I needed to check my attitude. To me, that is unacceptable. You need to train your employees better!

Went in to get a pc packed that I had sold to someone. Was denied service because she doesnt have time. Have been a regular customer for years but after that experience I wont be returning.Edit: Reply to owner: The information you presented here is false. The item was a PC, not a TV. It was 10 minutes to close, not 4. And there was 1 person in front of me, not 4. If you are unwilling to complete services after a certain time, then perhaps your “open hours” should reflect that or you should have separate hours that you are available for packing. Regardless, I will be “planning my time better” by going elsewhere in the future.

Update, now the same exact thing has happened to a second bid that we shipped with pack and ship, now we have lost over $280,000 worth of work because of FedEx and pack and ship. First time,Shipped a $263,000 bid to a customer on Monday, with guaranteed overnight shipping. The bid documents we mailed did not show up when promised, and did not show up at all now 3 days later. We did not get the job we were bidding due to this. So now we are out a bunch of work and money.....

I went in to drop off a package and they was very professional. Check the package to make sure it was correct and I was there for a whole 2 minutes
